Arctic space ark
The Arctic space ark is a space ark described as located beneath or near the Arctic region — specifically described as "northwest of Russia" — and mentioned in the broader catalog of ancient buried arks that Elena Danaan and Michael Salla have compiled from contactees and insider sources. Unlike the contested Ukrainian ark, the Russian-Arctic ark is described as secured by Russian authorities who received extraterrestrial briefings on its operation before 2022, making it the one Earth-based ark whose post-activation custody was resolved before the Intergalactic Confederation fleet's arrival near Jupiter.
Context
Thor Han Eredyon of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, relayed through Danaan, stated in January 2022 that Intergalactic Confederation arks are distributed across multiple Earth regions and confirmed "northwest of Russia" as one location — a general description covering both Arctic and sub-Arctic territories. Thor Han's January 2022 message described the arks' activation as simultaneous, triggered by the resonance signal of the approaching Intergalactic Confederation fleet: "When the fleet from the Intergalactic Confederation approached this star system, the arks activated. It was time."
Russian custody
In Thor Han's messaging relayed by Danaan, the northern Russian ark was contrasted sharply with the Ukrainian ark: while the Ukrainian ark had been located by the deep state and subjected to repeated failed activation attempts, the Russian one was described as "in good hands" following direct extraterrestrial engagement with Russian leadership. Thor Han's March 2022 statement was specific: "There is a 2nd arc in the north of Russia, but Putin already has control of it. Putin has been taught by positive extraterrestrials how to use this technology. It is information without consequence because this arc in North Russia is secured and in good hands."
This makes the Arctic/Russian ark unique among the disclosed Earth-surface arks: the Ukrainian, Atlantic, Antarctic, and Himalayan arks all required active Earth Alliance or contactee intervention to secure or assess, whereas the northern Russian ark was described as pre-emptively transferred to Russian control through positive extraterrestrial diplomacy before the January 2022 activation wave.
Alex Collier, an Andromedan contactee, referenced the Russian-Ukraine dynamic around the arks in March 2022, noting that Russia's rapid military move toward Kherson paralleled the U.S. military's documented pattern of securing ancient sites: "Russia has kind of did the same thing in Ukraine. I mean the first city it captures or the region it captured was Kherson and that's where this arc is located under the ground of Oleds National Park. So again, the same." Collier implied that Russian authorities, having received guidance on their own northern ark, were acting with foreknowledge of the ark's importance.
Distribution and the AGFTS framework
Elena Danaan's 2020 book A Gift from the Stars lists Greenland and Siberia among the locations on Earth with significant extraterrestrial underground facilities, consistent with the broader ark-distribution framework that later emerged in 2022. The listing of Greenland and Siberia both at the highest latitudes is consistent with the "northwest of Russia" description from Thor Han — a region that encompasses the Kola Peninsula, Franz Josef Land, Novaya Zemlya, and adjacent Arctic territories, all of which fall within the broadly described northwest-Russian sector.
The 2022 ark activation wave, triggered by the proximity of the arriving Intergalactic Confederation fleet near Jupiter, is described as simultaneous across all buried arks in the solar system, meaning the Arctic ark would have activated at the same time as the better-documented Ukrainian and Atlantic arks. The simultaneous activation is framed by Thor Han as an intentional design feature — the arks respond by resonance to proximity of the Confederation motherships, effectively serving as beacons that signal when their custodians have returned: "They received the signal and responded by resonance due to the simple proximity of the mother fleet. Remember what I showed you? Certain ships are living entities. They woke up."
Intergalactic Confederation seeder context
Within the overall space ark system described by Danaan and Salla, each of the 24 Intergalactic Confederation Seeder civilizations left at least one ark in the solar system before withdrawing following great wars: "A long time ago, the Intergalactic Confederation had several colonies in this star system on Nara, Venus, Terra, its moon Tyre, Mars, and the 5th planet. Great wars occurred when the Anunnaki and the colonies left, but before leaving, they gathered the essentials of their knowledge in arcs they buried deep on the planets I mentioned." The Arctic ark, like all Earth-surface arks, preserves the essential knowledge of a specific seeder civilization's colony on Earth, encoded in crystalline technology designed to endure across millennia and across dimensional densities.
