FBI Memorandum 6751
FBI Memorandum 6751 is a classified FBI internal memorandum dated July 8, 1947, bearing serial number 6751 and designated a "memorandum of importance," which former FBI Special Agent John DeSouza identifies as a key document in the Bureau's UFO file archive.

Written by an undercover FBI agent to the scientific community at the height of a global UFO sighting wave shortly before the Roswell incident, the document describes an alien informant telling the handler that:
- UFOs are not piloted but are "remote controlled"
- The craft are not made of metal but of a shifting plasma-like matter capable of changing shape
- Both the craft and their operators enter dimensional portals — described in Vedic language as lokas — to travel between levels of reality
- Extraterrestrials can assume physical form only for short periods of time
DeSouza held the control file for this document during his 25-year FBI career and considers its claims consistent with observed events such as the 1952 Washington D.C. UFO incident, in which UFOs penetrated restricted airspace over the U.S. capital for two weeks and outmaneuvered military jets.
The memorandum's description of interdimensional visitors and remote-controlled craft is consistent with the broader pattern of government UFO documents suppressed from public view, as documented by Timothy Good.
