NASA

NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) is the United States civilian space agency, established in 1958. In secret space program testimony and exopolitics discourse, NASA is allegedly assigned a dual role: a publicly visible space program managed separately from the classified programs, and an institutional repository of allegedly suppressed knowledge about non-human intelligence purportedly encountered in near-Earth orbit, on the Moon, and during deep-space observation. Corey Goode, Tony Rodrigues, and other secret space program witnesses have reportedly described NASA as a "cover program" — allegedly a civilian front whose public missions parallel classified programs that purportedly have been operational since the late 1950s and operate with technology decades more advanced than publicly acknowledged.

Apollo program discoveries

Apollo astronauts allegedly encountered evidence of prior NHI presence on the lunar surface and in orbit. Edgar Mitchell — Apollo 14 lunar module pilot — stated publicly that UFO phenomena were real and that the U.S. government had been suppressing knowledge of extraterrestrial contact for decades. Gordon Cooper, Mercury and Gemini astronaut, similarly testified to observing UFOs during his orbital missions and encountering suppressed evidence of non-human craft at Edwards Air Force Base.

In Elena Danaan's contacts with the Galactic Federation of Worlds, the Apollo lunar landings are described as having occurred with the tacit awareness of both the Draco reptilians and Federation-aligned beings already present on the Moon — and the classified debriefs following each mission included information about NHI structures observed on the far side that was never publicly released.

Karl Wolfe and image airbrushing

Karl Wolfe, a U.S. Air Force sergeant who worked in the Lunar Orbiter program's photographic analysis section, testified at the Disclosure Project 2001 press conference that he saw NASA lunar photographs at Langley Air Force Base in which structures — including towers, spherical buildings, and a base on the far side of the Moon — were visible, and that colleagues in the same unit told him NASA was routinely airbrushing anomalous structures out of publicly released lunar imagery before distribution. Wolfe testified that when he asked the colleague what he meant by "a base," the colleague replied simply "mushroom-shaped buildings, spherical structures, and towers." Wolfe died in a hit-and-run collision in 2018 reportedly shortly after giving renewed interviews on the subject.

Gary McKinnon and NASA network intrusions

Gary McKinnon, a Scottish systems administrator, hacked into approximately 97 U.S. military and government computer systems between 2001 and 2002 — specifically targeting networks he believed held classified data on UFOs and free energy. McKinnon confirmed in his account that he accessed a NASA network and found: (1) a high-resolution image being processed in the Building 8 photographic lab at Johnson Space Center, consistent with the facilities described by Donna Hare (a NASA photographic technician who testified that images were retouched before public release); and (2) a document on a U.S. Navy network titled "Non-Terrestrial Officers" — an Excel spreadsheet listing names, ranks, and ship names consistent with a classified space fleet, alongside records of materiel transfers described as "fleet to fleet" and "ship to ship." McKinnon described the exotic craft image as consistent with Donna Hare's descriptions of structures NASA was concealing — confirming in his account that Building 8 at JSC was a processing node for sensitive imagery.

The U.S. government sought McKinnon's extradition under charges carrying a potential 70-year sentence, describing the intrusion as "the biggest military computer hack ever." The severity of the response was interpreted by McKinnon and his supporters as disproportionate to the stated damage — and consistent with the government's desire to suppress his public disclosures. After a decade-long legal battle, the UK Home Secretary declined to approve extradition in 2012, citing McKinnon's Asperger's syndrome diagnosis and the risk to his health.

NASA and UAP disclosure

NASA established a formal UAP study team in 2022 and released its first report in September 2023, acknowledging that a subset of UAP cases remain unexplained and recommending systematic data collection — a public institutional acknowledgment after decades of official denial under Project Blue Book. In exopolitics analysis, the NASA UAP study team is interpreted as a limited disclosure measure — releasing enough acknowledgment to shift public opinion while withholding classified knowledge about NHI contact accumulated over seven decades of space operations.
