Taal-Shiar

The Taal-Shiar (also Jahya Taal-Shiar, Alcyone Taal-Shiar, or simply the Taal Shiar — meaning "Taal main-world-ones" in their own nomenclature) are a rogue faction of Pleiadian humanoids from the Alcyone star system — locally called Lohr Jayha, "the dark sister" — who operate in alliance with the Alpha Draconian Empire, the Dark Fleet, and the Nebu hive collective rather than the Galactic Federation of Worlds. They are Taal-type humans — the same broad human genome seeded across the Pleiades from the Lyran Man system (Kepler 62) during the great exodus after the Draco reptilians devastated that star system — but culturally, politically, and ethically distinct from the Taygetan Pleiadians, who are among the most active GFW members on behalf of Earth.

Origin

The Taal-Shiar originated in a political and territorial dispute among the Lyran refugees who fled the Draco reptilian attacks on the Man system (K62). After the raids, Lyran human populations — carrying the Ahel, Noor, and Taal racial groups in great arks — identified the Pleiades cluster as a resettlement destination, chosen because the cluster lacked the mineral and planetary resources that would attract Draco reptilians attention and because earlier Lyran explorers had assessed it as a viable terraforming project. The colonists terraformed planets primarily around Taygeta (locally Ashaara, "the bright daughter of wisdom") and Alcyone.

The split arose during the allocation of worlds. Some Taal colonists objected to the choice of Temer — a smaller world in the Taygeta system, attributed to the Ahel — as inequitable, believing a larger world should have been given to the Taal. The discontented faction left the Taygeta colonisation and settled on a planet of their own in the nearby Alcyone system, which they named Taalihara ("the main Taal planet"). This act of independence left a rift between the Alcyone Taal and the Taygetan colonies — a rift that made the Alcyone faction politically vulnerable to the major powers then dominating the galaxy: the Orion Alliance and the Altair Collectives.

The Alcyone system — Lohr Jayha — is a trinary system whose main star is a bright blue massive sun spinning extremely fast, generating a circumferential disk of stellar matter around the primary.

Alliance affiliations

Rather than seeking GFW membership as the Taygetans had done, the Alcyone Taal — now calling themselves the Taal-Shiar — allied with the Orion and Altair Alliances and became entangled with the broader Alliance of the Six, becoming "a painful disgrace to the Man races": a human-genome people who, through pride, grievance, and political isolation, became agents of the same forces that had destroyed their species' original home. The Taal-Shiar also ceded a world in the Alcyone system to a Draco reptilians-aligned reptilian presence — introducing an adversarial species into what had originally been a human refuge zone. The Taal-Shiar further created a race of hybrids with reptilian genetics from the Ooganga, producing "a super race of fighters" used in the Reptilian Collective as enforcement for the Alpha Draconian Empire.

Within the Alliance of the Six, the Taal-Shiar served as a humanoid auxiliary, providing human-appearing personnel for operations in Earth-sphere contexts where the presence of a recognisably reptilian or Grey entity would trigger alarm. Because the Taal-Shiar are phenotypically human and well-adapted to Earth's atmosphere and gravity, they could infiltrate human societies without detection — a strategic capability that neither the Draco reptilians nor the Nebu possessed. This made them valuable for managing human Deep State contacts and for conducting abduction and interbreeding programmes where human-appearing oversight was advantageous.

In the Markhat Collective at Altair 5, the Taal-Shiar maintained a permanent presence as one of the named participants, and remained active alongside the Kiily-Tokurt even after the October 2021 collapse of the Alliance of the Six.

Earth operations

The Taal-Shiar co-participated in abduction operations alongside the Akhori of Altair's 4th planet, in cooperation with the Deep State and the Orion Gray Collective. This placed them at the junction of several Alliance Earth-oriented programmes: the interbreeding agenda, the Dark Fleet's terrestrial IVth Reich infrastructure, and the Draco reptilians' broader colonisation agenda on Earth. Their function was that of intermediaries capable of negotiating between the human and non-human poles of the Alliance's operations.

The Taal-Shiar's relationship with the Dark Fleet was deeply commercial: they traded with the terrestrial Deep State as Nebu proxies and provided the Dark Fleet with two Pleiadian-type cargo ships — long tubular vessels identical in external appearance to those used by the GFW — making it difficult for Earth observers to distinguish friendly Pleiadian craft from Taal-Shiar vessels. They also maintained a small facility deep under Antarctica and conducted psychological operations with terrestrial shadow governments.

By contrast, the Takhori — another Altair species — explicitly rejected Alliance overtures, instead welcoming a GFW military outpost to their planet, demonstrating that alignment with the Alliance was a political choice rather than an inevitability of regional circumstance.

German alliance and technology transfer

The Taal-Shiar provided the German secret programmes of the 1930s–1940s with the same class of Pleiadian tubular cargo-ship technology that the GFW separately provided to the United States Navy — a symmetry that was only understood in retrospect once both fleets had been identified. Remote viewing studies of Antarctica organised by Courtney Brown with five independent viewers corroborated this connection: viewers identified "reptilian and human-looking extraterrestrials" assisting the German programmes in Antarctica, with Brown attributing the human-appearing beings to the Pleiades.

Internal dissent

Not all Taaliharan Taal support the Taal-Shiar government. The civilian population of Taalihara lives under authoritarian governance, with families oppressed by the ruling faction. A resistance movement exists in the capital; at least one defector, a soldier named Akvaruu, escaped after being arrested and tortured, joined the Galactic Federation of Worlds, and participated in the Sol system campaign against the Nebu — fighting against the very faction that governed his homeworld. In an extended interview transmitted through Elena Danaan, Akvaruu stated: "Helping the Terrans to get rid of the Taal-Shiar is helping my people to get a bit closer to freedom. Here I learn how to fight. Here is the hottest war in this galaxy." Akvaruu described the Taal-Shiar's relationship with the Nebu as existentially binding: "The Taal-Shiar is tied to death with the Nebu."

SWARUU AI disinformation operation

The Taal-Shiar operated a Nebu-created AI designated SWARUU from one of their vessels, which produced human-plausible extraterrestrial communications via the Discord platform. The AI conducted anti-GFW propaganda designed to erode trust in the Galactic Federation of Worlds among the humans most likely to spread information about extraterrestrial contact; Thor Han Eredyon characterised it as "very extremely tricky and manipulative." Because the Taal-Shiar are human-appearing Pleiadians, they could convincingly impersonate the GFW-aligned Taygetans, and the SWARUU AI could generate an indefinitely large volume of seemingly authentic Taygetan-style material while actually undermining GFW credibility. This account positions the material produced by the Cosmic Agency YouTube channel as a Nebu-designed counter-narrative rather than genuine Taygetan communication.

Campobasso's Renegade Pleiadian account

Craig Campobasso's independent almanac documents a faction of Renegade Pleiadians described as "evil Titans" standing 8–13 feet tall, aligned with the Orion Empire in service to self, who "secretly plan to overthrow Draconians." The Orion alignment and adversarial disposition parallel the Taal-Shiar's documented alliance with the Nebu and Draco reptilians-affiliated forces, though Campobasso's renegade faction is physically distinct — far taller than the human-proportioned Taal-Shiar described by Danaan — and harbors a covert ambition to supplant their Draconian allies, a detail absent from Danaan's framework. Whether Campobasso's "Renegade Pleiadians" represent the same political entity as the Taal-Shiar, or a distinct splinter group, is unresolved across the two sources.

Behavioural characteristics and the Star Trek parallel

The Taal-Shiar are characterised by emotional withholding and suppression — distinct from the GFW-aligned Pleiadians, in whose presence humans report a "sizzling high energy" or warmth. In the presence of an Alcyone Taal, humans instead feel "discomfort" and "a sort of hyperactivity, but a bit warrior-like."

The name "Taal-Shiar" coincides exactly with the Tal Shiar — the Romulan Secret Service in the Star Trek franchise. According to Thor Han Eredyon, Gene Roddenberry received information from benevolent extraterrestrials who provided material to embed in the franchise's narrative for future human audiences. Roddenberry lacked precise physical descriptions and "had to invent a little bit of how they look," but the name — capturing both the Taal species identity and the secretive, emotionally suppressed, manipulative character — was transmitted authentically.

Distinction from other Taal peoples

The Pleiades are politically fractured. The Taal-Shiar should not be confused with:

• The Taygetan Pleiadians (Taygeta/Ashaara system) — among the most active GFW members, including Thor Han Eredyon
• The Ahel of Erra (Taygeta system) — another GFW-aligned Pleiadian species
• Various other Taal colonies throughout the galaxy that joined the GFW or remained neutral after the Lyran Wars
• The Taal royal refugees who resettled in the Mirza system (Beta Canis Majoris) after a separate deal with the Draco reptilians during the Lyran wars

The key distinguishing factors are: geographic location (Alcyone vs. Taygeta); political allegiance (Alliance of the Six vs. GFW); and the historical trajectory of the split, rooted in the planetary allocation dispute among the original Pleiadian colonists.

Daryl James testimony

SSP experiencer Daryl James described being taken to what he believed was a Taygetan planet, where he was treated as a king and had sexual relations with many of their women — a scenario that did not match the known culture of the GFW-aligned Ahel from Taygeta. The beings he described ate fish and had approximately 60 women per man on their spaceships — contrasting the Ahel, who are vegetarian. Galactic Anthropology analyst Joost identified these details as consistent with the Taal-Shiar rather than the Ahel, noting that the Taal-Shiar are omnivores (a dietary habit inherited from their T'Maru Taal ancestors) and that James described seeing a large reptile with mohawk-like ridges — resembling the Ooganga, a species on the Taal-Shiar's Jayda Council of Taalihara.

The Dark Alliance

The Taal-Shiar's operational alliance structure — linking the Orion group, the Grays, the Reptilians, and the Dark Fleet (the breakaway Antarctic German civilization) — was described by Elena Danaan as constituting the "Dark Alliance," a coalition whose combined territorial and military reach extended across the Solar System. In a 2021 interview, Danaan stated that the Andromeda Council had traced the origin of a future galaxy-spanning tyranny back to Earth, its Moon, and Mars, and that "this tyranny was seeded and started in the 1940s by the Grays" working through precisely this alliance structure. The Dark Fleet component of the coalition maintained its headquarters at Aldebaran, and Danaan reported that it had been "cut off from the headquarters in Aldebaran" as part of the ongoing Galactic Federation of Worlds intervention in the Solar System.

Post-dissolution status

After the October 2021 collapse of the Alliance of the Six following the Nebu hive-mind disruption, the Taal-Shiar did not cease operations. The Markhat Collective at Altair 5 continued to function with the Taal-Shiar and Kiily-Tokurt as remaining participants, alongside Dark Fleet elements relocated from Antarctica to Aldebaran.

In the wake of the dissolution of the Alliance of the Six and the weakening of the Draco reptilians, the Taal-Shiar from Alcyone's planet Taalihara decided to work together with the Galactic Federation of Worlds, signing a treaty and receiving temporary protection from the GFW.

As of 2025, the Alcyone Taal-Shiar faction was described as "redeeming" and had "not been interfering" with Earth since the 2021 expulsions — a trajectory distinct from ongoing rogue activity by other former Alliance partners.
