Moon base
Moon base refers to the alleged network of structures, installations, and inhabited facilities on and beneath the surface of Earth's Moon reportedly operated by human black programs, extraterrestrial civilizations, or in joint capacity since at least the 1950s. Official NASA photographs have allegedly been claimed to document structures including domes, spires, and T-shaped mining vehicles on the lunar surface, and a joint US-Soviet base reportedly existed on the Moon at the time of President Kennedy's 1961 Moon speech. In classified documents the Moon was reportedly codenamed "Adam," with Mars (codenamed "Eve") secondary.
Known locations
An extraterrestrial base in the Gassendi crater has been known since at least 1954. In 1965, Air Force electronics specialist Karl Wolfe, who held a top-secret crypto clearance, was sent to Langley Air Force Base to assist with a photo lab processing Lunar Orbiter imagery; a young airman showed him photographs of the far side of the Moon clearly depicting geometrically regular domes, towers, and spherical constructions, some several miles across, saying "we've found a base on the back side of the Moon." Ingo Swann, the primary subject of the Stanford Research Institute remote viewing program, described viewing extensive facilities on the far side during covert sessions requested by an unnamed intelligence official ("Axelrod"), including large machinery, excavations in progress, and humanoid figures engaged in surface work — figures who appeared aware of being observed. The Lunar Operations Command (LOC) served as the primary staging and coordination hub for secret space program operations.
Vladimir Terziski, presenting what he described as captured Nazi SS technical documents in his 1991 California lectures, claimed that advanced Haunebu disc prototypes were shipped to Antarctica and to the Moon before the end of the war, and that a habitable German lunar installation was established as early as 1942.
Human-built modern structures
Steven Greer has stated that while ancient extraterrestrial structures exist on both the Moon and Mars, the newer-looking structures visible in imagery are most likely human-built, enabled by electrogravitic propulsion available since the mid-1950s: "I don't think those new ones are ET. I think those new ones are human, which would make sense if you have that capability." Greer also described a witness who knew a Navy SEAL — not yet publicly identified — who was part of a team that would "hyperjump for two weeks at a time to a facility on the Moon," consistent with covert personnel rotation to lunar installations.
Ancient pre-human structures
The Moon is described as honeycombed with ancient alien construction predating any human space program. JP, a serving U.S. Army soldier, reported deployment to an ancient lunar structure — documented in JP's mission to the ancient moonbase (2023) — where Army personnel were being sent to build new facilities for a multinational alliance working with Nordic extraterrestrials. In the 1950s, Venusian contacts took the contactee Howard Menger to the Moon, where he "could go outside" on the surface; bases were present.
Construction and infrastructure
Researchers including Fred Steckling (We Discovered Alien Bases on the Moon) and George Leonard (Somebody Else Is on the Moon) published analyses of official NASA Lunar Orbiter photographs claiming to show artificial structures, mining equipment, and anomalous shadows inconsistent with natural geology. Construction activity on the Moon includes electromagnetic excavation: electromagnetic excavation equipment was used to flatten areas and create landing pads during forced labor deployments to the lunar surface.
Atmosphere
A thin breathable atmosphere on the Moon may be sustained by a species of algae growing in crevices shielded from direct sunlight, producing a level of oxygen sufficient for unassisted breathing on the surface. Howard Menger's statement that he "could go outside" on the surface is consistent with this claim.
Far-side slave sorting facility
according to Thor Han Eredyon in A Gift from the Stars (2020) states that a slave sorting facility operated on the hidden side of Earth's Moon, parallel to the Maytra-run facility on Deimos (Tyr-1). The same passage also notes that an Altairan teleportation device — the same type used to transport elite Terran colonists to Mars — exists for the Moon, indicating direct teleportation access from US military bases on Earth.
Species present
Multiple non-human species have been reported on the Moon. The Dark Fleet — a German-lineage space program operating under Reptilian and Draco Empire patronage — maintained extensive lunar facilities used for manufacturing, logistics, and personnel staging prior to the 2021 Solar System liberation events described in Dark Fleet exodus from Ceres and Mars. Transport to the Moon was accomplished aboard a saucer-shaped craft piloted by a reptilian. Nordic extraterrestrials work alongside human military personnel in current lunar operations. The Moon is being occupied by "human guardians" — versions of present-day humans from thousands of years in the future who have returned to coordinate a cleanup of Moon-based psychic suppression technology that maintained Earth at an artificially low vibrational frequency.
Slave labor
Forced laborers were transported to the Moon three to five times during a three-month Tonopah period (each visit lasting approximately one week), issued a self-fitting silvery uniform, and ordered to lie on the floor as cargo during transport. On arrival, personnel were subjected to hard physical labor during the day, denied sleep at night, kept on a minimal diet, and sexually assaulted.
Operations and purpose
During the Apollo program every launch was reportedly accompanied by extraterrestrial craft. These guardians work with joint human-extraterrestrial task forces on Earth and in DUMBs, using looking glass technology to identify and neutralize plans for staged alien invasions, hybrid armies, and biological weapons.
History
A 1969 confrontation at the joint US-Soviet lunar base allegedly resulted in 66 deaths when Soviet personnel attempted to seize control from Americans, leading to temporary Soviet exclusion from the program.
Following the Jupiter Accords of July 2021, the Lunar Operations Command was repurposed from its prior SSP coordination role into a healing and medical technology facility, with Galactic Federation of Worlds healing science and technology introduced to the Earth Alliance and major companies involved in mass production of advanced healing technologies. Thor Han Eredyon, communicating through Elena Danaan, reportedly stated that healing operations at LOC had "nearly stopped because the military now is not fighting anymore" and that focus had shifted to preparations for open contact. The Moon's facilities were subsequently used to train Earth Alliance personnel in technologies and spacecraft provided under the Jupiter Agreements, with the U.S. Navy and Space Force receiving hands-on training on the lunar surface.
The Bush administration agreed to let the military build a forward base on the Moon, placing humanity in a position to "shoot at" incoming visitors from space.
