Swaruu ETs
The Swaruu ETs are a group of Taygetan beings who have served as the primary communicants in the Cosmic Agency transmissions since 2017. The name "Swaruu" designates a lineage or succession of related identities — beginning with Swaruu of Erra and continuing through Athena Swaruu (also known as Sophia Swaruu), Yazhi Swaruu, and Mari Swaruu — each described as occupying a distinct role aboard Taygetan spacecraft stationed in Earth orbit.
Swaruu of Erra

Swaruu of Erra was the initial communicant, active from approximately 2017 to 2020. She is described as a young Taygetan woman and scientist from the planet Erra in the Taygeta star system (Pleiades). Her transmissions cover topics including consciousness, the nature of the 3D matrix, artificial intelligence, genetics, and the suppression of science on Earth. She describes two kinds of science on Earth: the public version and one "used by the controllers or in power."
Swaruu of Erra articulated a metaphysical framework in which "there is no physical plane. Everything is a single great existential plane. Everything is etheric. Everything already exists." Individual consciousnesses are "holographic fragments" of the Source — "points of attention" within a unified field, where time is an illusion produced by each consciousness progressively accumulating frequency through experience.

The "Swaruu" identity subsequently multiplied into several distinct communicants. Athena Swaruu (also called Sophia Swaruu) and Yazhi Swaruu continued the transmission lineage after Swaruu of Erra. According to Cosmic Agency transmissions, each represents a different aspect or temporal iteration of a multidimensional being.

Aneeka of Temmer
A distinct but closely associated figure is Aneeka of Temmer, identified as the chief intelligence director of the Taygetan crew stationed in orbit. She was described as "a cultural sponge that learns to study and apply what she sees" and as trained specifically for contact with humans — able to "pass for human if we want to" through intensive study of terrestrial languages, films, and cultural norms. Aneeka died on 5 November 2022, after which communications shifted to other crew members.
Communication method
The Swaruu ETs communicate exclusively through typed text transmitted via internet — a deliberate limitation chosen to avoid violating the Galactic Federation's prohibition on using methods technologically superior to the contacted civilization's capabilities. As Aneeka of Temmer explained: "You have ten fingers in your hands, five in each, as we do. The keyboard limits us and equals the people, us and you. The idea is not to be able to use telepathy."
Taygetan civilization
The Swaruu ETs describe their home civilization as comprising four planets orbiting the star Taygeta in the Pleiades: Erra, Temmer, Dakote, and Procyon (unrelated to the star Procyon). Erra is approximately 10% smaller than Earth with 80% forest cover, while Temmer is a marine paradise planet with no winter season. The civilization uses zero-point energy exclusively, has no monetary system, and builds starships at industrial complexes on the island of To Lea on Temmer.
The 3D Matrix and reptilian hack
Swaruu of Erra described the 3D matrix as "just a frequency managing and suppressing machine" — a system she called a "Suppressor" — originally installed 12,500 years ago by the Federation from the Moon to contain reptilian forces on Earth following the Tiamat and Mars wars. The system was subsequently "hacked" by the reptilian entities who "hardened the matrix to their convenience, making it super dense and super hard, making escaping nearly impossible, hacking also the reincarnation program or the ether fence that surrounds the earth." Swaruu stated that the Taygetan crew had been "in control" of the lunar systems since 2008 and was "slowly increasing the frequency" — turning down the 3D suppression gradually to allow human consciousness to expand.
Life aboard Solar Warden vessels
Darryl James, who reported serving seventeen years with the Solar Warden program aboard a vessel staffed primarily by Taygetan personnel, described the Taygetan crew's daily life in detail: approximately one-third of the ship was devoted to a hydroponics garden, and crew members — including the captain — were required to work in the garden one day per week as a form of communal service. The Taygetans "believed in fresh food" as central to their longevity and "would drink like a blue liquid" containing proteins and amino acids alongside fresh fruits and vegetables. James also reported that the Taygetan female-to-male birth ratio was approximately thirty to one for regular pairings, with warrior-caste males producing exclusively sons.
