Boötes (constellation)

Boötes is a northern constellation containing Arcturus, the fourth-brightest star in the night sky, with no life, including intelligent life, anywhere in the constellation publicly acknowledged by the mainstream scientific community or confirmed by SETI.[citation needed] According to Elena Danaan, compiling contactee and catalogue testimony, it is nonetheless home to one of the largest concentrations of documented NHI civilizations in the galaxy — occupying densities that range from the ordinary physical third density to the ninth density — including multiple species affiliated with the Galactic Federation of Worlds as well as reptilian factions aligned with the Alpha Draconian Empire, established there for a span no source dates. The constellation hosts Arcturian civilizations, the Anakhim, the Noo-Lin, the Glaideai, the Anaki, the Elfaff, and more than a dozen additional species catalogued in Elena Danaan's Encyclopedia Galactica.

Life

Boötes hosts civilisations at markedly different densities. The Anakhim of the Arcturus vortex tradition, the Anaki of Izar, and the Elfaff of Theta Boötis are described as ordinary third-density, physical biological beings, occupying the same reality as embodied human observers. The Arcturian peoples of Ora range higher: the fully physical Glaideai and Noo-Lin at the 5th and 6th densities, and the Ohorai at the 9th density. The Ohorai and Noo-Lin are the constellation's clearest case of documented Earth-awareness, enrolled together in the Envoy Program to Terra and leading Federation and Andromedan Council dealings with Earth; no source states whether the Glaideai, the Anakhim, the Anaki, or the Elfaff are similarly aware of, or in contact with, Earth or with one another across the constellation.

Arcturus and the Arcturian civilizations

Arcturus (Alpha Boötis) is an orange giant approximately 37 light-years from Earth and the dominant star of the constellation, orbited by the blue gas-giant Ora. The Arcturians — described across contact traditions and in Edgar Cayce's readings as among the most spiritually advanced beings in the galaxy — share the Ora system as three groups: the Ohorai, 8-foot blue-skinned 9th-density beings who lead Federation and Andromedan Council dealings with Earth as "Great Ohoran Elders" renowned for healing and light-manipulation; the Glaideai, a less-evolved 5th-to-6th-density offshoot serving as guardians of Ora's moons; and the Noo-Lin, a tall, pale, communal people of the icy moon Ora Mura enrolled alongside the Ohorai in the Envoy Program to Terra.

Anakhim and the Arcturus vortex

Arcturus (Arakh-Nara, "portal starlight," in Anakh language) is described as the site of the Anakh Empire's first Milky Way outpost — a stellar-core vortex through which the imperial line, headed by Anu Atta Ra, arrived some 700,000 years ago before the empire's centre shifted to the Sirius B system. A distinct Boötes-associated tradition places the Anak as ancient-giant figures remembered in Sumerian and Mesopotamian antiquity, identified in that reading with the Anunnaki and the biblical Anakim rather than with the empire's ruling line.

Izar and Theta Boötis

At Izar (Epsilon Boötis, Anak-Imann in Anakh records), the Anaki — a ferocious grey-to-brown reptilian people of the Reptilian Collective subject to the Alpha Draconian Empire — inhabit the system's second and third planets and were involved in ancient interbreeding programs and the Dulce incidents. At Theta Boötis (Arsellus Primus), the Elfaff inhabit the twin worlds Harsana-Mubunu and Igir — a peaceful, benevolent small grey species that assisted the Black League resistance during the Orion Wars.

BL Lacertae region and the Boötes Void

Boötes also contains BL Lacertae, the prototypical BL Lac object — an active galactic nucleus — and the "Boötes Void," an unusually large region of space containing very few galaxies that has attracted speculative interest in the context of megastructure theories and anomalous large-scale structure.
