Ganymede
Ganymede is the largest moon of Jupiter and the largest natural satellite in the Solar System, with no life, including intelligent life, publicly acknowledged or confirmed in its subsurface ocean by the mainstream scientific community or by NASA and ESA missions to the Jovian system.[citation needed] The exopolitics researcher Michael Salla, drawing on what he holds to be three independent sources — the contactee Elena Danaan, relaying reports from her Galactic Federation of Worlds contact Thor Han Eredyon; the Andromedan contactee Alex Collier; and a military witness identified as JP — concludes that Ganymede is nonetheless the location of a major GFW underground facility used as a command center and diplomatic hub for coordination of Earth-sector operations, including meetings between GFW representatives and human delegates described in these accounts from 2021 onward, at an installation Danaan's contact Thor Han Eredyon told her directly has "been there for a very long time" — a duration no source consulted dates more precisely. Salla, in his own book on the subject, describes the GFW Ganymede installation as a subterranean complex accessible via tunnel systems beneath the moon's ice layer, used for diplomatic meetings because of its distance from Earth's political complexities and its proximity to the outer Solar System operations zone. Thor Han Eredyon has himself separately described a further arrival at Ganymede, identifying the newcomers as the Intergalactic Confederation and stating that "high officials are staying at the Council of Fire facility on the moon Ganymede."
Groups present at Ganymede
Several distinct extraterrestrial and human groups are described as maintaining a presence at Ganymede, all as ordinary physically-embodied visitors or operators rather than at any stated elevated density: a Galactic Federation of Worlds installation used for diplomatic and command functions; a separate, larger facility run by the GIN people on behalf of the Council of Five and serving the Intergalactic Confederation (described by Danaan and by Alex Collier as Founder or Seeder races); Nordic-type beings conducting solar-system supply runs; and, per JP's account, a further ET group at a site distinct from the Federation base. The Earth Alliance and its member nations' delegations are the human party at most of these meetings. No source consulted addresses whether these several groups coordinate with, or are even aware of, one another beyond sharing the same moon. Each is covered individually below.
Physical characteristics
Ganymede has a diameter of 5,268 km, exceeding Mercury in size, and is the only moon in the Solar System with its own magnetic field. NASA's Juno spacecraft conducted a close flyby in June 2021 — the first in over twenty years — coinciding, in Danaan's timeline, with increased GFW activity in the Jovian system. Ganymede's subsurface ocean, estimated to contain more water than all of Earth's oceans, is described according to Elena Danaan as accessible from the base's deeper levels.
Jupiter Agreements
Elena Danaan reports a series of meetings on Ganymede in late 2021 referred to as the "Jupiter Accords" — in which representatives of Earth's major space-capable nations, Galactic Federation of Worlds delegates, and other galactic parties negotiated the framework for Earth's transition to acknowledged galactic membership, including protocols for UAP disclosure and the handover of reverse-engineered technology programs. Michael Salla published the first public account of the Jupiter meetings on 19 July 2021, describing them as "secret meetings near Jupiter" determining the future of the Solar System.
The Ganymede Hub
Subsequent contact material from Thor Han Eredyon, transmitted through Elena Danaan, describes a construction project in the outer orbital zone of Jupiter — distinct from the Ganymede surface base — designated "the Hub." The Hub is described as a large space station built at the most distant gravitational orbit of Jupiter in a stable position that does not revolve around the planet, designed to serve as a trade and commerce platform for representatives of galactic organizations, the Intergalactic Confederation, and the Earth Alliance. Thor Han states that construction materials must meet specifications for sustaining different densities and gravitational forces beyond what Earth can currently supply, and that the Earth Alliance is contributing personnel — primarily military — while the Galactic Federation supplies materials. Per Thor Han's 2023 update, when the Ganymede underground base proved insufficient for the volume of visitors following the solar system's liberation, the Hub project was initiated to create a dedicated trade facility outside Ganymede itself.
Diplomatic neutrality
The choice of Ganymede as a meeting venue is described according to Elena Danaan and corroborated by a second independent contact source as reflecting the moon's status as neutral ground — distant from Earth's political complexities while proximate to GFW outer solar system operations. The 2nd source interview confirms that "typically it's Jupiter or one of Jupiter's moons like Ganymede or the rings of Saturn" that serve as venues for inter-civilizational agreements affecting the solar system's future.
Ancient ruins and space ark connection
JP, a U.S. Army soldier who has reported multiple SSP-adjacent missions through Michael Salla's Exopolitics Today interviews, describes visiting ancient ruins on Ganymede during a mission and noting that the hieroglyphic-style writing found on the Ganymede ruins matches writing found in the space arks discovered beneath the Atlantic Ocean and at lunar sites — suggesting a common origin for the ruins and the arks. He states that the Atlantic space ark is "more connected to Ganymede" based on the shared writing system.
Nordic supply missions
In a 2022 contact experience reported by JP, a convoy of Nordic extraterrestrial craft transported him from Earth to Ganymede as part of a supply run to a base belonging to another extraterrestrial group — distinct from the Space Command-associated base JP had previously visited in late 2021. The convoy consisted of multiple craft of the same bluish metallic disc shape, accompanied by a larger cigar-shaped vessel. At Ganymede, JP observed the supply transfer from inside the ship: the Nordics went down the ramp and offloaded materials — described as including instruments for communication and medicine-type supplies — to the ET group at the base, which was located in the bottom portion of the moon he had not accessed before. JP understood the purpose of these missions from the Nordics' perspective as helping with conditions throughout the solar system: "They want me to understand that the Nordic are working with us and they're doing what they're doing because they want to help in our solar system and other solar systems that are going through the same situation."

GFW and Intergalactic Confederation hub
Ganymede hosts separate facilities from different positive extraterrestrial groups: a GFW installation, and a larger facility operated by the GIN people on behalf of the Council of Five, which serves the Intergalactic Confederation. Elena Danaan visited the GIN facility in 2020, describing an underground landing bay with yellow and purple fluorescent lighting, an acidic (vinegar-smelling) atmosphere that became tolerable within 20 minutes, and an oval conference room containing a large holographic galaxy display used for planning sessions.
Earth Alliance meetings (2021): independent multi-source corroboration
In mid-2021, per Elena Danaan and Michael Salla's source Val Nek (relayed through contactee Megan Rose), fourteen spacefaring nations of the Earth Alliance had completed meetings at Ganymede, agreeing to a multinational space alliance "similar to Starfleet," with Thor Han Eredyon indicating that the Earth Alliance would be assigned management of the Ganymede hub as positive ET groups transferred operational control to humanity.
The arrival of this new group was independently noted by four sources. JP reported a large Earth Alliance convoy departing the Moon and heading to Ganymede to meet the visitors and deliver equipment, with a human-looking extraterrestrial named Laurent informing him that the convoy was imminent. Elena Danaan's GFW contact Thorn provided more detail, identifying the arrivals as the Intergalactic Confederation — described as Founder or Seeder Races — who were stationing their fleet around Jupiter pending further movement toward Earth, with high officials residing at the "Council of Fire" facility on Ganymede, to collaborate with the GFW and evaluate progress in dismantling the Dark Alliance. Alex Collier reported that the visitors had made directly for Jupiter and established a presence on Ganymede, and that its enormous facilities date back many thousands of years.
Val Nek provided further intelligence on 15 October 2021, constituting a fourth independent source. He reported that the Earth Alliance had completed its first mission to Ganymede — held at an Ashtar Command base on loan for the meetings — and that Earth Alliance leaders were deeply moved by their encounter with the Intergalactic Confederation, whose quantum frequency triggered a "knowing within them — a knowing that they are not a body but a soul." The meeting discussed the timing and strategy of full public disclosure of extraterrestrial life, producing a plan formulated in coordination with the Intergalactic Confederation, which described the GFW and Earth Alliance plan "encompasses the best interest of the Terran people." Val Nek added that the Earth Alliance leaders' combined space programs would be federated under a new name chosen at the Ganymede meeting — not yet disclosed publicly — and that aerospace corporations including SpaceX, Blue Origin, and Virgin Galactic were present at the meetings.
JP's own Ganymede mission account (December 2021) describes the surface installation in detail. He was transported in shuttle craft between three pyramid entry-points — each with a glowing blue crystal providing breathable air — that connected to underground colonies, oceans, and a library facility containing rock-button terminals from star systems across the galaxy. At a horseshoe-shaped cluster of igloo-shaped buildings — where he provided security — all soldiers experienced synchronized heart rates and overwhelming wellbeing attributed to highly evolved beings within. He also reported six types of spacecraft arriving and departing during his watch — saucer, oval, triangular, and plane-like craft — and described the underground oceans as hosting creatures three times the size of whales, with smaller organisms living symbiotically inside pockets on the larger creatures' bodies.
Dark Fleet Jupiter trade station
A parallel and structurally distinct use of the Jupiter vicinity as a commercial hub is documented in Tony Rodrigues's testimony, corroborated in Michael Salla's 2015 analysis: Dark Fleet freighters were required to visit a Jupiter-area trade station — described as not under Dark Fleet authority but operated by a separate extraterrestrial group — before any extra-solar mission, to file advance notice and secure permission to enter other star systems. Rodrigues described this station as hosting "time anomalies" where craft entering at a given time would exit in a different temporal frame. Salla contextualizes this alongside Goode's testimony that the ICC itself had concluded trade agreements with "almost 900 civilizations" using Jupiter-area logistics infrastructure: "There was a place around Jupiter that wasn't German. It was an ET base. It was a trade, like a trade... You had to get permission to go to another system, and begin negotiations." This trade clearinghouse near Jupiter pre-dates the GFW/Earth Alliance hub described by Elena Danaan and represents an earlier, less regulated use of the Jovian system as an interstellar commerce node.
Earlier accounts
Contactee Josip Ibrahim visited Ganymede, as detailed in his book I Visited Ganymede. South American contact reports have also referenced a "Confederation of Planets" based at Ganymede.
