Project Plato

Project PLATO is an alleged United States government program tasked with establishing diplomatic relations with extraterrestrial beings. The program was established after Project SIGMA had successfully made electronic contact with a group of Grey aliens orbiting Earth near the equator, and was responsible for negotiating the terms that became the Greada Treaty.

Negotiations and the Greada Treaty

Through Project PLATO, the United States government negotiated directly with the Grey alien delegation, culminating in a formal treaty — the 1954 Muroc Air Force Base meeting — signed at Edwards Air Force Base in February 1954 in the presence of President Dwight D. Eisenhower. The resulting agreement — later known as the Greada Treaty — stipulated mutual non-interference, secrecy regarding the alien presence, technology transfer to the United States, and a limited program of human abductions for medical examination, with abductees to be returned unharmed and without memory of the event.

The treaty also established a permanent exchange of ambassadors and authorized the construction of alien underground bases under Indian reservations in the Four Corners region and at S-4 in Nevada. Diplomatic channels opened under Project PLATO continued through subsequent presidential administrations, with the treaty renewed on a nine-year cycle. The final known renewal, designated the Tau-9 Conference for the Preservation of Humanity, took place in approximately 2003–2004.

Project Aquarius sub-program

The Project Aquarius Briefing Document lists Project Plato among the sub-programs operating under the Project Aquarius umbrella. Unlike Project SIGMA — which handled communications — Project PLATO was specifically charged with the diplomatic and treaty-negotiation function.

Treaty violations

By 1955, it became apparent that the alien treaty partners had violated the terms negotiated under Project PLATO: mutilated humans were found alongside mutilated animals across the United States, the aliens were not submitting complete lists of abductees, and abductions were being conducted far in excess of the authorized numbers. Despite these violations, the diplomatic framework established by Project PLATO remained the basis for continued US-alien relations through subsequent treaty renewals. The Nordic first contact (1954) had been rejected before the PLATO negotiations began, and Majestic 12's authority to conduct these negotiations derived from the 1952 MJ-12 surrender agreement.

Majestic correspondence with Bill Hamilton

Bill Hamilton reported that he received direct correspondence from "Majestic One" confirming a timeline of events "starting with Eisenhower's meeting with the aliens" and describing a "1st treaty signed near Los Alamos" in 1958 — a date corroborated by a photograph Hamilton received from an independent contact showing a "Majestic team 1958 right outside of Los Alamos."
