QHHT
QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) is a hypnotherapy method developed by Dolores Cannon (1931–2014) that guides subjects into the somnambulistic level of trance — the deepest stage of hypnosis — in order to access what practitioners call the Higher Self or Subconscious: the higher aspect of the subject's being, believed to hold complete memory of all the subject's experiences including past lives, suppressed memories, and off-world experiences. In exopolitical and UFO research communities, QHHT has been applied as a primary method for recovering memories of alleged secret space program (SSP) participation, extraterrestrial contact, and suppressed knowledge of off-world events — subjects the Higher Self is claimed to address directly when the practitioner formulates appropriate questions during the trance state.
Development
Dolores Cannon developed QHHT over a career spanning more than four decades as a hypnotherapist, beginning in the 1960s. Elena Danaan describes undergoing her first quantum hypnosis session in December 2019, crediting the process with unlocking abduction memories that had been suppressed for decades: "When I underwent my first quantum hypnosis session in December 2019, I was terrified in advance... this is when the missing parts lined up like the pages of an open book." Danaan had sought hypnosis specifically because a series of intrusive memories involving Grey beings and medical instruments had become too persistent to suppress. Her method focuses specifically on the somnambulistic state, which she distinguished from lighter hypnotic levels as the only stage at which the Higher Self can be reliably contacted and will consent to speak directly. Cannon published her findings and methods in a series of books including The Convoluted Universe series and Between Death and Life. She founded the Dolores Cannon Academy (later the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Academy, QHHA) to train and certify practitioners in her technique. Cannon died in October 2014; her daughter Julia Cannon continued the Academy's operations.
Cannon's earliest practice
Cannon initially developed the technique in the 1960s while assisting her husband Johnny Cannon — a career Navy officer — in amateur hypnotherapy. Both discovered that subjects could be regressed not only to early childhood but to apparent previous lifetimes. After formalizing the method over decades of solo practice, Cannon named it QHHT in the early 2000s, at the suggestion of students who had been using the descriptor "advanced past life regression." Cannon's findings were published across 20 books including the five-volume Convoluted Universe series and The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth (2011), which systematized accounts of clients who described past lives on other planets and volunteer soul incarnations to assist Earth's consciousness transition.
Method
A QHHT session typically follows two phases. In the first phase, the practitioner guides the subject into a deep somnambulistic trance and the Higher Self selects past-life or alternate-existence experiences for the subject to observe — the experiences it deems most relevant to the subject's current-life circumstances and challenges. The subject may visit one or more past lives, abstract energy states, or non-human existences, male or female, as directed by the Higher Self. In the second phase, the practitioner transitions the subject into direct dialogue with the Higher Self, which then scans and heals the subject's body, identifies the emotional and energetic root causes of physical ailments, and answers questions the subject has prepared in advance. Practitioners describe the Higher Self — also called "that part of them that knows everything" — as giving the subject exactly what they can handle in a given session, and as holding complete memory of all the subject's experiences across all lifetimes.
Screen memories and SSP recall
In the context of secret space program testimony, practitioners have noted the phenomenon of screen memories — false or partially constructed memories implanted to mask actual experiences — as a significant challenge in QHHT sessions with SSP witnesses. The Higher Self is considered able to penetrate screen memories over successive sessions, revealing deeper layers of experience that the subject had not previously consciously accessed. Mark Domizio, an SSP witness, described how his first QHHT session revealed only partial confirmation of experiences he had been suppressing for decades through drugs and alcohol — with successive sessions over a six-year period progressively uncovering Diego Garcia as a location in his SSP recruitment, a cell companion who died in custody, and a soul contract made with a Reptilian entity during a period of interrogation.
QHHT Academy and tiered practitioner system
After Dolores Cannon's death on October 18, 2014, her daughter Julia Cannon assumed leadership of the QHHT Academy, which trains and certifies practitioners worldwide in a tiered system with Level 3 as the highest credential. Level 3 practitioners have applied QHHT across a range of research areas including ET contact, secret space program memory recovery, and historical past-life investigations into Atlantis and Lemuria.
Sarah Breskman Cosme, a Level 3 practitioner who describes her entry into the field as directed by external guidance, applied QHHT to multiple clients who independently reported past lives in Atlantis and Lemuria, recovering consistent accounts of extraterrestrial seeding, crystalline technology, and DNA-altering ancient vaccines. Her 2020 book A Hypnotist's Journey to Atlantis documents these accounts alongside her own regression experience of having been a judge in Atlantis who decided who remained and who was relocated. Breskman documented Higher-Self-mediated physical healings: in one case, a client's tumor reportedly resolved after a session in which the subconscious identified the illness's purpose as fulfilled.
Suzanne Spooner, trained by Dolores Cannon in 2012, has also conducted QHHT sessions on contemporary exopolitical topics including the 3I/Atlas interstellar object event and the role of the Trump administration in disclosure.
Practitioners in exopolitics
Dolores Cannon's QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) (QHHT), developed over four decades of regression practice and refined by practitioners including Suzanne Spooner, accesses what Cannon termed the "Higher Self" — an interface between individual soul consciousness and the total knowledge available at higher density levels.[citation needed] Spooner reports that QHHT sessions routinely produce testimony about non-physical dimensions, previous lives in extraterrestrial environments, and contact with beings who function as higher-density guides — testimony produced by subjects who have no conscious prior belief in such frameworks and often actively reject the possibility before the session.[citation needed]

Suzanne Spooner — a certified QHHT practitioner who has worked extensively with SSP witnesses, most notably in a six-year ongoing series of sessions with Mark Domizio. Spooner describes SSP sessions as having expanded her own understanding of phenomena she had not previously encountered in her practice, and states that the Higher Self opens floodgates of detailed recall once the subject is ready to receive the information.
-
Alba Weinman — a practitioner of both QHHT and Spiritual Life Between Lives hypnosis who has published numerous session recordings online, many involving subjects describing extraterrestrial contact, galactic missions, and non-human lifetimes.

Niara Isley — a former USAF radar specialist and SSP witness who trained in Cannon's method and uses it in her Encounters with Healing practice. Isley stated: "I have learned to do Dolores Cannon's method of quantum healing hypnosis technique." In a separate interview, Isley described wanting to use quantum healing hypnosis to explore suppressed memories of Mars experiences: "If I could just relax, then I might get in touch with a friend of mine that does quantum healing hypnosis and try to look at the Mars stuff more."
