Boeing

Boeing is the world's largest aerospace and defense company — manufacturer of commercial aircraft, military systems, and space vehicles. According to William Tompkins, Boeing — having absorbed Douglas Aircraft Company through the 1997 McDonnell Douglas merger — inherited the institutional knowledge chains from programs he describes as originating at Douglas Aircraft in the 1950s–1960s, making it one of the primary defense contractor organizations in the classified reverse engineering and advanced propulsion program network.

Phantom Works

Boeing's advanced research and development division — Phantom Works (equivalent of Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works) — has produced the X-37B orbital vehicle (autonomous unmanned spacecraft operational since 2010, with missions lasting years at a time), the X-32 demonstrator, and classified satellite systems. The X-37B's extraordinary longevity in orbit and its classified mission profile have led exopolitics researchers to propose it as a component of the acknowledged edge of the SSP infrastructure.

Michael Salla, an exopolitics researcher, and other SSP researchers describe Boeing Phantom Works as one of several major aerospace divisions — alongside Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works and Northrop Grumman's Advanced Technology unit — whose senior personnel have compartmentalized knowledge of secret space program projects, coordinated through what insiders have called an "interplanetary corporate conglomerate."

Steven Greer has stated that a former McDonnell Douglas / Phantom Works / Boeing scientist who worked with Greer's disclosure team personally witnessed extraterrestrial consciousness-interface technology in the 1960s, tracing a direct institutional lineage from James McDonnell's classified investigations through the corporate mergers that created modern Boeing.

Salla has separately emphasized that antigravitics research does not require facilities of the scale of Boeing's Phantom Works, arguing that illegal USAPs housed in Phantom Works and equivalent divisions actively suppress publicly replicable technologies in order to maintain classified monopoly on advanced propulsion.

Alien Reproduction Vehicles

Anton Anfalov, a Russian aerospace researcher, has named Boeing's Phantom Works alongside Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works as the primary corporations alleged to manufacture Alien Reproduction Vehicles (ARVs) — craft back-engineered from recovered non-human technology — specifically the TR-3B triangle, flying rectangles, and disc-shaped craft attributed to the secret space program.

Crash retrieval and extraterrestrial body recovery

A.H., a surface technician at Boeing's Long Beach facility (formerly McDonnell Douglas), testified that a friend and colleague at Boeing had been hand-picked by an Army CIC agent for crash-recovery operations beginning in 1947. This Boeing employee guarded crashed discs with an M1 carbine under shoot-to-kill orders, was transported to multiple crash sites in vehicles with blacked-out windows, and personally carried non-human bodies — beings with almond-shaped eyes, four-fingered hands, and bodies the size of a nine-year-old child — placing them into body bags. The craft were circular, extremely lightweight — six people lifted a sixty-foot-diameter disc onto a flatbed — and contained fiber optics and internal slide switches beyond any terrestrial technology of the period.

A separate contact — a security guard at McDonnell Douglas who had previously worked for the Treasury Department and knew people in the Secret Service — confirmed awareness of the alien-connected projects within the company, and described at least three crash-recovery operations he had knowledge of in New Mexico and Nevada.

Area 51 logistics and Utah operations

Boeing performed trucking and logistics for Area 51, with Boeing employees escorted to the site from the main highway. By the time of A.H.'s testimony (December 2000), Boeing was transitioning from a transportation-only role to direct aircraft involvement in the classified programs, with an anticipated full integration by 2001 — facilitated by Boeing's existing operation in Salt Lake City, Utah, near the facilities to which an estimated 35–40% of Area 51's operations and materials had been relocated.

Space launch and ISS

Boeing manufactures the Space Launch System (SLS) for NASA's Artemis program and the CST-100 Starliner crew spacecraft. Its deep institutional relationships with NASA — going back to the Saturn V (Douglas built the third stage) — place it within the institutional infrastructure that in exopolitics research is described as the visible layer of a classified space program with much greater capabilities than publicly acknowledged.
