Earth-native reptilians are a reptilian species that, according to the Lacerta Files and independent contactee accounts, evolved from dinosaur ancestors on Earth and has inhabited subterranean environments for approximately 65 million years — since an alien-caused catastrophe that was not a natural asteroid impact but a deliberate detonation of "a special kind of fusion bomb" that created "deadly radiation, an over-production of fusion-oxygen" and "a nuclear winter for nearly 200 years." The species is distinct from the off-world Draco reptilians (Draco Reptilians).
Physical description
The species' skin is predominantly pale green-beige with irregular brown dot patterns; eyes are slightly larger than human with black slit pupils and bright green irises; ears are round and smaller than human with a muscle-lid seal; the nose is more pointed with a V-shaped indentation — a vestige of ancestral heat-sensing ability.
The body proportions are broadly humanoid with scale-like skin structures on upper arms and legs and longer, thinner fingers with small sharp horns on the middle fingers (used by infants to break through the eggshell at hatching). A bony plate-structure running along the spine from head to hip functions as a thermoregulatory organ: when exposed to sunlight, the plates fill with blood and warm the reptoid circulatory system. The species is oviparous, with embryos developing inside chalk-shelled eggs within the mother's womb.
Diet
Flesh is biologically obligatory: "our body needs the proteins. We can't live completely vegetarian like your kind because our digestion would stop working and we would die after some weeks or maybe months without flesh." The species can consume substances toxic to humans.
Underground civilization
The species inhabits large cave systems — not a hollow Earth interior. Major settlements are located beneath the Arctic, Antarctic, Inner Asia, North America, and Australia, with cities incorporating dedicated UV-lighting zones for thermoregulation. Former interplanetary colonies numbered seven — the Moon, Mars, Venus, and four moons of Jupiter and Saturn — of which five were still active as of 1999.
Entry points near the surface take the form of apparently natural caves that become progressively smoother-walled at depth, terminating in round technical rooms with ventilation systems, elevators, and gray metal doors marked with reptilian symbols.
Technology and propulsion
Lacerta described craft propulsion as exploiting a fourth aggregate condition of matter — a plasma state that borders what she called the Feldraum (sphere of influence) — producing a stable plasma envelope that interacts with gravitational and inertial fields.
Authentic reptilian craft are metallic bright-gray cigar-shaped cylindrical objects between 20 and 260 meters in length, producing a deep humming sound, with five bright red lights on the surface. Disc-shaped craft belong to other alien species; triangular craft are human military using alien technology.
Paranormal abilities
Telepathy and telekinesis arise from a "para-layer" of the Feldraum lying between morphogenetic information layers and matter layers, capable of interacting with both solid matter and conscious minds. The pituitary gland generates the frequencies needed to engage this layer. Humans lack the blocking capability that most non-human species possess against unwanted consciousness absorption.
Mimicry
When moving among surface humans, the species employs telepathic disguise: by "touching" the human mind and inducing the command "See us as one of your kind," they appear as normal humans. This ability requires a maturation threshold — use before the "Age of Enlightenment" (an adolescent developmental stage) is forbidden due to the risk of discovery.
Diplomatic contact with human governments
Some members of the species are "in direct contact with human scientists and politicians from the surface, but this is top-secret and nobody of your public knows anything about it."
Tim Tactics independently described a contact with the species' female leader through a technological interface in Italy. The species' longer planetary tenure gives them legal standing in interspecies councils: "because dinosaurs and reptiles were here longer than humans there are groups in every government who actually go down into the earth and talk to these dinosaur beings in order to negotiate what's going on with the planet."
Remote viewing corroboration
The Farsight Institute conducted a blind remote viewing study of the Lacerta contact case using four independent viewers, none of whom were told the nature of the target. All four described a female reptilian interacting with a human subject. Michael Salla summarized the results: "All four contact described the Reptilians, the female Reptilians interacting with this human subject, this Swede who just used the pen name... And they stated that it really did happen. They corroborated that this was a true case of extraterrestrial contact."
Off-world reptilians in Antarctica
Earth-native reptilians should not be confused with the Draco reptilians and other off-world reptilian groups alleged to have operated alongside the Nazis in Antarctica. Remote viewing data from the Farsight Institute and whistleblower testimony from William Tompkins describe a separate group of reptilian extraterrestrials who assisted a breakaway German colony in establishing underground Antarctic bases during and after World War Two — a "very tall, powerful Reptilian" commander who was "ecstatic" after the defeat of Admiral Byrd's forces. These off-world reptilians are described as imperial in orientation, in contrast to the indigenous Earth species documented in the Lacerta Files.
