Lohm Kodo and Uduk
The Lohm Kodo and Uduk are two spacefaring civilizations sharing the planet Giri Uduk in the Dell 24 star system (Nikawiy/HD 136418), a G5 type yellow star in the Boötes constellation.
Lohm Kodo
The Lohm Kodo are a human race who arrived on Giri Uduk during the massive diaspora from the Orion zone, when the Nebu wars forced the evacuation of threatened worlds by the Black League. The Uduk refer to them as the "Sky People."
Uduk
The Uduk are a unique reptilian species native to Giri Uduk. They are oviparous, polygamous, and live in a tribal society with a deep spiritual connection to their planetary matrix, which they call "the Spirit of Giri."
Contact with the Lohm Kodo
The Uduk had no interest in venturing beyond their world until the arrival of the Lohm Kodo. Initially extremely reluctant and fearing disconnection from the Spirit of Giri, a group of Uduk eventually chose to befriend the newcomers and move to their cities, where they were educated in technology and space exploration. The majority of the Uduk population, however, still distinguishes between "the Giri People" and "the Sky People."
