Jump room
A jump room is an alleged small-scale portal device for single-person instantaneous transit between terrestrial or interplanetary locations, operated within military and intelligence programs as part of the secret space program. Per Swaruu of Erra, jump rooms were supplied to human agencies by regressive extraterrestrial groups rather than independently developed by humans, and are consistently characterized by Sumerian or ancient motifs and symbols in their décor — a reflection of the Sumerian coordinate encoding that underlies the underlying ring portal technology.
Technology
Jump rooms function on the same toroid electromagnetic principle as large-scale ring portals, but at low power output allowing only one person at a time to transit. The Aeronautical Repositioning Chamber (ARC) at the El Segundo Mars Jump Room facility operated via a chamber that "morphed from a box into a cylinder" — a consciousness-interfaced mechanism that Basiago described as producing nearly instantaneous transit to the Martian surface. Swaruu states that because the underlying ring portal technology miniaturization is beyond current human engineering, human jump rooms depend entirely on devices supplied by regressive groups — the same constraint that drives the development of CERN as a human-engineered alternative for large-volume transit. Jump room usage leaves detectable electromagnetic signatures including gamma-ray remnants, making it trackable by monitoring agencies.
The Mars Jump Room program (1980–1984)
The most documented jump room program is the Mars Jump Room (1980–84), a DARPA/DoD-administered program — not a CIA program, per Andrew Basiago's correction — that transported participants from the Aeronautical Repositioning Chamber (ARC) at 999 North Sepulveda Boulevard in El Segundo, California, to the surface of Mars. The facility operated from approximately July 1981 to August 1984 under the direction of Howard Hughes' aerospace infrastructure; Basiago estimated approximately 20 round-trip missions at intervals of "every month or six to eight weeks." Participants reported that seven to eight receiving facilities existed on the Martian surface distributed across mid-latitude zones, and that return trips could also route through a secondary arc "immediately west of the George Washington Bridge in New York City."
ARC device mechanics and training
The ARC (Aeronautical Repositioning Chamber) operated by the rectilinear walls of the elevator-sized chamber morphing into a cylindrical tunnel — participants described having to brace themselves against the tunnel wall to remain upright during transit, before emerging on the Martian surface. Basiago described the mechanism as potentially more inter-dimensional than purely interplanetary — the device may have been accessing "a Mars-like reality in another dimension" rather than the physical planet — but concluded that physical evidence (red Martian dust on boots, atmospheric oxygen consistent with Mars, visible Martian moons Phobos and Deimos overhead) strongly supported a genuine physical destination.
Pre-mission training at the College of the Siskiyous in Weed, California (August 1980) under Major Ed Dames covered: identification of lethal Martian predators (a 16-foot "reptoid" predator and a garbage-truck-sized insectoid); evasion tactics (zigzag running patterns to tire pursuing predators); weapon operation (a "photo flash gun" with three settings: stun/heat, and kill); and ethical guidelines — participants were explicitly told it was acceptable to sacrifice themselves rather than kill a Martian humanoid if they did not wish to do so.
Physiological effects
Participants reported consistent physiological effects upon arrival on Mars: hypoxia from the thinner atmosphere (equivalent to exertion at approximately 18,000 feet altitude), occasional hyperventilation, and leg stiffness from oxygen shortage. Bernard Mendez collapsed from oxygen deprivation on one mission and had to be carried approximately a mile back to the Jumproom by Basiago, who himself experienced severe hypoxia during the effort. Participants were provided a rudimentary oxygen concentrator pump and a cyanide suicide capsule in case of capture by a lethal predator. Upon return, memory suppression via the reverse-engineered Soviet LIA machine was applied immediately, producing a "binary mindset" where participants could function normally at UCLA without conscious awareness of their off-world activities.
Named participants include Andrew Basiago, William Stillings, Barack Obama (then traveling under the name Barry Soetoro), and Regina Dugan. Basiago recounts observing Obama on the Martian surface on multiple occasions, including an exchange in which both acknowledged their location; the program reportedly used Obama's pre-public identity "Barry Soetoro" throughout. Basiago's father reportedly informed him during this era that precognitive intelligence had identified both Basiago and "Barry" as future U.S. presidents.
Other known locations
Swaruu identifies additional jump room locations at Area 51, Wright Patterson, the Pentagon, and multiple deep underground military bases worldwide, with reptilian-supplied portals also present in DUMBs used for transit to Mars and Venus.
JP, an active-duty U.S. Army soldier, reported observing a large portal in a military hangar — "a big round thing, it looked like a big round TV but the fabric of it was moving" with stars visible behind it and a large craft approaching through the opening — guarded by Space Force personnel in all-black uniforms. This facility was operating as an active transit hub: ships were cycling through the portal in rotation, with the hangar structured like a transfer airport.
