P-52K Orions (also P-52,000 Orions or P-52 Orions) are a population of future human descendants originating approximately 52,000 years ahead of the present — the same temporal point as the P-52 J-Rods — but representing a divergent evolutionary branch whose members retained or developed a tall, human-appearing physiology, broadly corresponding to what UFOlogical literature calls Nordics or "Talls." They are identified according to Dan Burisch as the more spiritually and philosophically oriented of the two major P-52 factions — distinct from the P-52 J-Rods, who were more biologically focused and operated from the Gliese system — and played the lead diplomatic role in the Tau-9 treaty negotiations and in the initial formal contact with Eisenhower in 1954.

Origin and taxonomy

The P-52 Orions share their temporal origin with the P-52 J-Rods — both populations descend from humanity approximately 52,000 years in the future, after a pole shift catastrophe split the human lineage into divergent branches. Where the J-Rod lineage diverged toward the diminutive, large-headed Grey-type morphology associated with J-Rod peripheral neuropathy, the Orion branch retained tall human proportions. Burisch described them as representing "the more positive of the two [P-52 groups] because I consider the positive aspects of humanity to be the spiritual aspects."

The two P-52 factions — J-Rods and Orions — "are from the same general time frame, the same 52,000 years into our future as the P-52 J-Rod group, but they have a completely different philosophy, a completely different view of things... more peace oriented... they would be brokering" negotiations between factions and between humans and other groups.

In Schratt's notation, this population is designated P-52K Orions, where K is standard metric notation for thousands throughout the system: P+52K = approximately 52,000 years in the future. The same convention applies across all J-Rod sub-groups — P+24K (~24,000 years; the Roswell visitors), P+45K (~45,000 years), and P+52K (~52,000 years).

According to Burisch, the P-52 Orions and the abduction-conducting P-45 J-Rods lie on the same Timeline 2 roughly 7,000 years apart, and the intervening intergrade populations spread across those seven millennia cannot be contacted under the treaty system. In their own ~45,000-year era the P-45 J-Rods reportedly did not know that the Orion lineage had survived at all; according to Burisch they learned of the P-52 Orions' continued existence only as a consequence of the time-travel contact and the present-day treaty negotiations. Burisch accordingly referred to the P-52 Orions, considered at the earlier 45,000-year point, as "P-45 Orions" — a conditional, retrospective label for the same lineage viewed at an earlier timepoint rather than a separately attested population. No distinct "P-45 Orion" race is described in any source: the term denotes these same P-52 Orions as they would have been at the 45,000-year mark.

1954 Eisenhower contact and the Orion Cube

In 1954, representatives of the P-52 Orions met with Dwight D. Eisenhower at Edwards Air Force Base in a pre-arranged formal contact event, resulting in a treaty — distinct from and subsequent to the Greada Treaty brokered with the P-45 J-Rods — under which the Orions provided Majestic 12 with the Orion Cube, a holographic quantum-viewing device capable of displaying probable future events. This meeting was reportedly captured on motion picture film reels stored at S-4. The Orion Cube (also referred to in early Majestic 12 leaks as "the Yellow Book") could only be operated without distortion by a P-52K J-Rod or P-52K Orion, or a human trained through entrainment by them; untrained operators risked projecting their own fears and expectations onto the output, producing misleading results.

A P-52 Orion craft was housed at S-4 in Hangar Bay 4 at Level 4-1.

Relationship with P-52 J-Rods

Both the P-52 Orions and P-52 J-Rods shared a mission to present-day Earth: to advise Majestic 12 to decommission Project Looking Glass devices and Stargate devices before they triggered the catastrophic pole shift that had destroyed the J-Rod timeline. Their motivations differed: the J-Rods sought a biological cure for J-Rod peripheral neuropathy, while the Orions acted as strategic and philosophical mediators in the broader timeline negotiations. Chi'el'ah was described as a "specially trained and specially appearing P-52K J-Rod" embedded in the Gliese base "for diplomatic efforts on the part of the P-52K J-Rods, with the P-52K Orions."

Tau-9 and the abduction ruse

At the Tau-9 Conference (2003–04), the P-52 Orions participated alongside the P-52 J-Rods in negotiations with the P-45K J-Rods over the cessation of authorized human abductions. The P-45K J-Rods were "successfully talked out of treaty authorized present human abductions (terrestrial abductions) by the use of a ruse involving the Orion Cube."

Cross-tradition parallels

Elena Danaan's description of positive Orion-region beings — including those affiliated with the Galactic Federation of Worlds — presents a structurally parallel picture: benevolent tall humanoids with Orion-region connections opposing the abduction-conducting Nebu (a role that maps loosely to the P-45 J-Rod faction in Burisch's taxonomy). Both frameworks place aggressive Grey-type abductors in Zeta Reticuli and positive tall humanoids in the Orion region; the two accounts offer incompatible metaphysical explanations (future humans vs. independent species) for apparently analogous factions.
