Ceres Colony Corporation

The Ceres Colony Corporation (CCC) is an alleged covert corporate entity purportedly governing human settlement, labor, and trade operations on Ceres, the dwarf planet in the asteroid belt, described as operating as a subsidiary of the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC). The CCC is part of a network of analogous ICC entities — including the Mars Colony Corporation (MCC) and an Enceladus Colony Corporation — each governing a separate celestial body under the broader interplanetary corporate structure. The colony's physical operations were allegedly conducted inside the hollowed interior of Ceres, with population, trade, and governance structures described in detail by Tony Rodrigues, who served approximately thirteen years there as a slave laborer and cargo engineer.

Corporate structure and ICC relationship

The CCC is described by Rodrigues as a corporation parallel to the Mars Colony Corporation (MCC), answering to the ICC as its umbrella conglomerate. He confirmed the broader network of colony corporations by name: "There's a Mars colony corporation and a Ceres colony corporation and an Enceladus colony corporation and on and on and on — there are over hundreds of them in our solar system, corporations." Corey Goode likewise described the ICC as operating individual colony corporations for each celestial body it governed, with over 100 bases already established by the early 1990s.

Above the CCC, the chain of command ultimately ran to a Draco base near Jupiter "inside a temporal bubble," with a secondary command layer at the Antarctic "High Command" of the Dark Fleet. At the colony level, the military ran all civic functions; there was no independent civilian government — the Dark Fleet command held total authority over both civil administration and security. Colony commercial businesses — bars, restaurants, and services — were managed by a pre-existing non-human species, described as approximately nine feet tall with egg-shaped skulls, beady eyes, and a need for low-gravity environments; when the Deutsche arrived, they assumed political authority over these managers while retaining them in their commercial roles.

The energy infrastructure of the CCC was leased rather than owned outright: the colony used a form of free energy whose generators were maintained by another species, and the CCC leased access from them. Power output was the dominant technical constraint: ship performance statistics were measured primarily in energy output, and portal-jump capability was limited by it — the CCC had no access to the personal teleportation technology available on the Moon, which Rodrigues was told required "an unimaginable amount of power."

Facilities

The main infrastructure of the CCC was built inside the hollowed interior of the dwarf planet. A military hangar bay approximately 15 miles long occupied one sector; it was large enough for massive spacecraft to enter via a giant airlock and dock inside an atmosphere-maintained cavity. The hangar bay included a gymnasium used by both ship cargo crews and military units transiting through the colony, fire-rescue stations using modified electric Unimog vehicles — all combustion was prohibited; all internal vehicles were electric — and police substations. Rodrigues learned only in his final two or three years of service that several additional military and civilian hangar bays existed around the planetoid beyond the one he was stationed at.

The colony interior was linked throughout by train routes, with at least two main rings running around the interior. Small towns were under continual construction during the late 1990s. Some caverns were natural and large enough that their ceilings were invisible — "it was black" — while others had been converted from ancient pre-existing structures, including chambers with telepathically-responsive stone doors later adapted into crew apartments. One area held a deliberate replica of a northern European city — possibly Copenhagen — maintained as a cultural artifact for the Deutsch population. A commercial district included restaurants, bars, and a red-light district. The colony operated on a 20-hour day rather than a 24-hour one. No surface structures were built on the exterior of Ceres, and even surveillance equipment was concealed — the CCC made a deliberate policy of hiding all signs of habitation from external observers, fearing forcible takeover by other interstellar powers.

Trade operations

The CCC's primary commercial activity was interstellar trade. Merchant vessels based at Ceres conducted near-daily runs to Earth (primarily Diego Garcia and underwater entry points to Antarctica), the Kuiper belt (where hollowed-out icy asteroids served as warehouse depots), and facilities in Jupiter orbit used as interstellar trade exchanges. The CCC also transported troops and cargo for other organizations as a neutral carrier, including combat units aboard its merchant vessels en route to engagements elsewhere in the solar system and galaxy.

Trade reach was constrained by the CCC's use of slave labor. The colony was barred from interacting with civilizations near Saturn, Venus, and Pluto, all of which refused contact with slave-holding societies. The CCC also went to considerable lengths to conceal its planetary identity during off-world trade contacts, fearing that disclosure of its location would invite forcible regime change. One recognized corporate insignia Rodrigues encountered aboard his vessel — a gold triangle with a red circle — belonged to a separate corporate security force whose personnel outranked ship officers and were described as authorized to kill crew members on sight without consequence.

The CCC's acquisitive drive is said to have reached beyond the solar system. According to Rodrigues, the Corporation entered a labour-for-technology arrangement with an extragalactic organisation on the far side of what he takes to be the M51 Whirlpool Galaxy, supplying consciousness-transferred slave labourers — himself among them — to a decades-long star-building project in a distant nebula in exchange for advanced science and technology. Rodrigues reports that the Corporation regarded the exchange as highly profitable and terminated it once it had obtained the few items of technical data it most wanted, counting the deal a success even though the star-building work was left unfinished.

The CCC's labor force was divided between free Deutsch civilian settlers and colonists on one hand, and an enslaved population drawn from Earth and Mars on the other. The total population Rodrigues was given was approximately 225,000, which he believed may represent only the slave population of one sector, given the colony's rapid expansion during the late 1990s and his estimate that the barracks area alone held around 40,000 people.

Slavery was justified to the civilian population on the grounds that all enslaved persons were criminals. The population had been told that Earth was destroyed; slave status was presented as criminal punishment — which Rodrigues compares to the exploitation of prison labor permitted under the 13th Amendment loophole in the United States. Slaves wore collars, lived in barracks Rodrigues compares to prison environments, and were offered a theoretical prospect of earning freedom through service merit. He eventually reached the rank of cargo engineer and received approximately $20 per week in buying power — described as "more of an allowance because they liked me."

The colony publicly promoted atheism system-wide — officers used arguments such as "there's no afterlife, there's no nothing" as a management tool for the slave population — while the senior command privately maintained a creator-god religion accessible only to those of demonstrated moral character across multiple incarnations. Women in the Deutsch civilian culture had limited rights; marriage was arranged, with family authority vested entirely in the husband, and children were educated in an alternative history of Earth. Production was treated as a central colonial value; the command tracked labor output meticulously and used data on productivity to enforce operational norms.

Dark Fleet exodus from Ceres and Mars

In August 2021, Elena Danaan relayed field communications from Thor Han Eredyon of the Galactic Federation of Worlds reporting that the Earth Alliance and the Zen Council had decided to expel the Dark Fleet's military personnel from Ceres by force rather than evacuate the civilian colony, and to declare Ceres a free world. Rodrigues and Dr. Michael Salla observed that, absent the military command structure, the CCC would likely continue to function as the governing corporate entity — since all the colony corporations in the solar system interact with each other on a corporate level rather than a governmental one: "I think that if the military aspect of it has been removed, then it will continue as a corporation...because I believe that's how they interact. All the colonies are interacting with each other on a corporate level." The Galactic Federation of Worlds indicated that the long-established civilian population had acquired legal status as planetary residents, and that Ceres belonged to them rather than to Earth.

Remote viewing investigation

A blind remote viewing project by Courtney Brown and the Farsight Institute in 2022 targeted two core claims in Rodrigues's book and concluded that the base inside Ceres and a military engagement on Mars "actually exist and happened," and that the administration of the base was "done by former Europeans, indeed former German Nazis."
