The SSP Alliance (Secret Space Program Alliance) is an alleged coalition of defectors and breakaway personnel drawn from multiple rival secret space programs — including Solar Warden, the ICC, and the Dark Fleet — who allegedly pooled assets and intelligence in opposition to the control structures of those programs and the entities they served. The SSP Alliance operates a governing body, the SSP Alliance Council, through which major operations are nominally approved. Per Corey Goode, who served as a civilian liaison and witness to SSP Alliance proceedings, the Alliance's ultimate goals include a mass release of all suppressed technologies simultaneously to humanity and the establishment of a "Star Trek future."
Structure and membership
The SSP Alliance is a cross-program coalition, not a single program. Its membership drew from defectors across Solar Warden, the ICC, the Dark Fleet, and other SSP factions who abandoned their respective commands and took with them assets — vessels, personnel, and intelligence — as defection events occurred over time. The SSP Alliance Council provides collective governance; significant offensive actions were understood to require council authorization, though this constraint was violated in at least one documented case (see Mars atrocity).
According to Goode, after the Sphere Being Alliance erected a planetary quarantine barrier and Blue Avians provided defensive technology, patrol of Earth's orbital perimeter was transferred to the SSP Alliance. The Alliance received from the Blue Avians only defensive-application technology; no offensive capability was transmitted.
A recurring SSP Alliance liaison named Gonzales (pseudonym) operated as the primary interface between the SSP Alliance Council and Corey Goode during the period covered by Goode's testimony; by 2021, Gonzales had essentially severed his earthly ties and integrated fully with the Mayan group, a fourth density civilization he operated alongside.
Operations
Mars atrocity
In a major unilateral action later described by Goode as an atrocity, a faction of the SSP Alliance — acting on intelligence from recent Dark Fleet and ICC defectors — attacked an ICC manufacturing base on Mars that produced a critical technology. The base reportedly held approximately 250,000 human slave laborers, who were treated as acceptable casualties in the attack; the action was carried out without authorization from the SSP Alliance Council. The resulting explosion was reportedly visible to outside observers; its cause was reported in news sources as unexplained.
ICC infiltration
The SSP Alliance separately infiltrated ICC colonial facilities, detonating devices at production sites used for trade goods and sabotaging ICC vessels, leaving some derelict to be discovered by other groups.
Intelligence dissemination
Intelligence about the Dark Fleet's true nature and operations — provided by defectors and then passed on by Gonzalez and Goode — was transmitted through the SSP Alliance to at least three other SSP factions, including the Global Galactic League of Nations, which used it to begin searching for embedded double agents.
ICC lockdowns
The ICC responded to SSP Alliance pressure by locking down its colonial cities and facilities on the Moon, Mars, and elsewhere in the solar system. The alleged assassination of SSP Alliance officer Sigmund on Lunar Operations Command premises was reportedly a precipitating event for the lockdown period.
Sphere Being Alliance relationship
The SSP Alliance served as the intermediate human organization through which the Sphere Being Alliance interacted with Earth's political and military situation — receiving defensive technology from the Blue Avians and patrolling Earth's orbital perimeter after the Sphere Being Alliance erected its planetary quarantine barrier. The Alliance's stated goal — simultaneous global release of all suppressed technologies followed by establishment of a Star Trek-style civilization — aligned with both the Sphere Being Alliance's consciousness-elevation mission and the Earth Alliance's public-facing space program.
Relationship to supersoldier programs and extraterrestrial agreements
Elena Danaan, in a 2021 interview with Michael Salla, provided testimony that contextualizes the SSP Alliance within a much longer history of agreements between human authorities and extraterrestrial races — agreements that date, in her account, to approximately 600 AD for reptilian agreements and to 1954 for the Greada Treaty with the Grey Alliance. These agreements authorized the use of human subjects as "super soldiers" sent to engage with extraterrestrials in regions where incidents occurred, with world leaders maintaining secrecy through a worldwide organizational structure. The SSP Alliance, in this context, represents a faction of former program participants who broke with the control structures established under these agreements. according to Danaan, agreements with reptilian races predating the Eisenhower-era Grey agreements created a framework in which extraterrestrials "operate behind the scenes secretly, just communicate with world leaders, and they would go to different places where they would fight with soldiers or take people" — a pattern consistent with super-soldier deployments managed, in the current era, by SSP Alliance-era structures.
