Supersoldier programs
Supersoldier programs are alleged covert military initiatives purportedly designed to create enhanced human combatants through a combination of genetic selection, cybernetic augmentation, psychic development, and trauma-based conditioning. Witnesses describe a layered recruitment and modification pipeline that allegedly draws on MILAB (military abduction) networks to identify genetically suitable children, then enhances those subjects through programmes operated across Dark Fleet, Mars Defense Force, and Solar Warden-linked facilities.
Recruitment and induction
Witnesses consistently report that selection begins in childhood, often through generational family involvement with defence contractors or intelligence agencies. Rebecca Rose's father's employment with Sanders Associates (later merged with Lockheed) and his holding of a Top Secret clearance is cited as the likely reason she was identified as an infant. Rose was taken to a Dark Fleet base on the Moon from age four, where she was used to telepathically interface with captive non-human beings and extract DNA signatures for a central database, before being formally signed into a 20-and-back programme at age nine following processing at Great Lakes Naval Station.
A parallel recruitment pathway involved age progression technology. Chris O'Connor was taken at age two in 1970 and age-progressed to a 25-year-old body through immersion in a biogel derived from off-world materials and injection of the gel directly into bone and organs, preserving continuity of consciousness and prior-life memory throughout the growth process.
Cybernetic and psychic enhancement
The term "cyborg supersoldier" refers to modification programmes that combine chemical, biological, mechanical, and psychic augmentation. The process was a staged research-and-development exercise in which programme managers continuously pushed human physiology to its limits, seeking to determine the maximum modifications a subject could sustain before biological integrity was compromised. Subjects assigned to Mars Defense Force patrol duties were also tasked with psychic reconnaissance, deployed in bonded pairs to maximise collective remote-sensing range.
A related stream used children to operate jump-gate technology at Montauk Project facilities, with Montauk-based artificial intelligence directing the overall programme rather than human commanders. Children's biology created a frequency fluency that made jump-gate operation more efficient; Rose was used to transit cargo between a Moon base and Dulce Base.
Trauma bonding and conditioning
Multiple witnesses identify trauma-based programming, derived from Nazi and Illuminati protocols, as central to the super-soldier conditioning process. The deliberate creation of psychic twins — subjects bonded through love, mutual dependency, and forced betrayal — was used to forge operationally effective units while creating psychological control mechanisms that persisted after service.
Selection through hypnotic susceptibility
A selection mechanism for Black Triangle-based super-soldier programs involved covertly screening military personnel in officer-candidate training through induced sleep: "They get all these guys in a room, they turn up the heat, they get a guy in front of them talking in a drone aspect for, you know, hours and hours. The first ones to fall asleep are the guys they pull out, they put them in the mind control programs, and then they put them on the big black triangles. That's how it works because they're easily hypnotized." Supersoldier programs are reported to routinely include a delayed suicide command: "they usually do program most of the Super Soldiers people to kill themselves eventually. That's part of the programming and it's very easy to program someone to get to that state."
Extraterrestrial agreements context
The supersoldier program is placed within a framework of agreements between human authorities and extraterrestrial races stretching back over a millennium. In the earliest agreements — dated to approximately 600 AD — reptilian races secured arrangements under which human leaders would supply soldiers to engage extraterrestrials in specified locations. This multi-layered agreement structure predates and undergirds the 20th-century MILAB and Black Operations programs: "These agreements with extraterrestrials and human leaders go back to around 600 AD where there was agreements reached between human leaders and extraterrestrials where the extraterrestrials would no longer openly appear — they would operate behind the scenes secretly, just communicate with world leaders, and they would go to different places where they would fight with soldiers or take people."
A second wave of agreements — specifically with the Grey Alliance — was reached around 1954 under the Greada Treaty framework; Eisenhower attempted to prevent these agreements without success.
Known participants and researchers
Disclosed participants include Rebecca Rose (20-and-back on Mars with cybernetic modification), Randy Cramer (Mars Defense Force combat service), Arkheim Ra (Montauk Project involvement via TAG program), and Max Spiers (supersoldier conditioning; died 2016 under disputed circumstances). Elena Danaan has placed the programs within a multi-millennium extraterrestrial agreement framework.
