Claimants typically describe their programming through trauma-based mind control beginning in childhood, often associated with the Montauk Project or similar DUMB (Deep Underground Military Base) facilities.

Witnesses in this category typically report being selected as children, either through MILAB abductions (military-conducted abductions mimicking extraterrestrial encounters) or through family lineages already connected to classified programs. Psychic abilities, physical resilience, and genetic markers are cited as selection criteria. Rebecca Rose, interviewed by Michael Salla, described progressing through stages from super soldier to more advanced roles, and characterized super soldiers as "the most weaponized" individuals within the programs.
Arkheim Ra, a Montauk Project claimant, described childhood programming linked to the development of psionic abilities, with the programs using trauma twinning — pairing subjects with a "trauma twin" to create deep psychological bonds that could be exploited for programming compliance and psychic amplification. Christy Campbell, interviewed in the same session, described twins as particularly prized subjects because "twins are naturally psychically connected," making them high-value assets for psionic programs within the SSP.
Cyborg variants
Cyborg super soldiers are distinguished by the fusion of biological and mechanical systems. Rebecca Rose described herself as both a clone and a cyborg, noting that the categories carry overlapping meanings within the programs. Among claimants who identify as super soldiers are Tony Rodrigues, James Rink, and Michael Jaco, all of whom describe off-world assignments as part of their service.
Lorien Fenton, a UFO researcher and conference organizer, documented the evolution of secret space program technology: she cited anti-gravity propulsion capabilities dating to approximately 1952 based on FOIA documents, and Ralph Ring's alleged 1970s-era functional craft built by a Tesla protege that demonstrated temporal shift effects — a precursor to the advanced craft technology later used in super soldier deployment.
Voice-to-skull and behavioral control
Claimants describe a suite of behavioral control mechanisms applied to super soldiers beyond simple trauma programming. Arkheim Ra described voice-to-skull (V2K) technology deployed against himself and family members — his father, described as a broken program asset, was subjected to V2K instructions to commit suicide, framed in religious language. That's part of the programming and it's very easy to program someone to get to that state."
