On 7 January 2023, Thor Han Eredyon, an alleged senior officer of the Galactic Federation of Worlds — an alleged extraterrestrial organization — supposedly met General Glen VanHerck, the four-star commander of United States Northern Command and NORAD, at the Raven Rock Mountain Complex in what was reportedly a closed diplomatic encounter to transfer extraterrestrial disclosure directives. Thor Han reportedly delivered a flat, oblong storage device containing directives and updated plans for public disclosure of the secret space program and blueprints for advanced technologies, developed jointly by the Earth Alliance and the Galactic Federation. The event was purportedly witnessed remotely by Elena Danaan through a neural link with Thor Han, and first reported publicly by Michael Salla on 11 January 2023.

The meeting

Thor Han reportedly entered the complex via a shaft connecting to an underground hangar bay containing multiple TR-3B anti-gravity craft. He met a four-star general described as a tall, pale-skinned Caucasian man with short white hair in a dark blue uniform, in a darkened room with approximately six military personnel in dark blue uniforms present in the background. Salla cross-referenced a list of 44 active-duty four-star generals, from which Danaan identified the individual as General Glen VanHerck without prior knowledge of American military figures. The hand-to-hand delivery method — rather than conventional communications — was reportedly chosen to prevent interception by hostile actors.

Location identification

When shown photographs of both the Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center and Raven Rock, Danaan identified Raven Rock's relatively flat adjacent terrain as matching what Thor Han had observed. Raven Rock, an underground facility in the Blue Ridge Mountains, is one of three principal U.S. continuity-of-government facilities; under a continuity-of-government scenario, the commander of Northern Command and NORAD would acquire extraordinary authority over all U.S. military branches, positioning that officer to make disclosure decisions.

Corroborating documentation

Freedom of Information Act documents dating to 1976 confirm multiple UFO sightings in the vicinity of Raven Rock, consistent with claims that the complex includes an underground spacecraft hangar accessible via a mountainside shaft.

Connection to the 2023 UFO shootdowns

Shortly after the meeting, General VanHerck became the central military spokesman for a series of events in which NORAD ordered the shootdown of unidentified aerial objects over North America in February 2023 — the first such shootdowns authorized by NORAD since its 1958 founding. VanHerck's deliberate use of the term "UFO" rather than the deep state-favored "UAP" was interpreted as a signal that the incident was connected to the Raven Rock initiative. Thor Han reportedly informed Danaan that none of the objects shot down were of extraterrestrial origin — they were manufactured on Earth — and that the episode was in part a white hat operation to preempt a planned deep state false flag simulating an alien invasion.

Related 2023 disclosure events

On 1 January 2023, a separate communication from High Commander Ardaana of the Galactic Federation stated that 2023 would bring "focus on the pyramids," a physical opening in a pyramid, and a revelation linked to "islands in your oceans" — interpreted as a reference to Atlantis.
