In December 2021, leaders of the global Cabal — adherents of the old Dark Fleet-aligned financial and occult power structure — were allegedly summoned to Antarctica by representatives of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, the Intergalactic Confederation, and the Earth Alliance for a sequence of meetings purportedly constituting a negotiated surrender and permanent exile from Earth. The events were reported by Michael Salla based on communications relayed by Elena Danaan from Thor Han Eredyon of the Galactic Federation and Una of the Intergalactic Confederation.

The Antarctica meetings were a direct follow-on to the Jupiter Accords of July 2021. Thor Han Eredyon confirmed that the Accords had included a provision requiring the global Cabal to present itself for surrender negotiations by December 2021 — giving the elites five months to prepare for an orderly transition of their financial and institutional power without triggering an economic collapse. Thor Han explained: "If we had suppressed them all at once, the financial and economic systems on Terra would have imploded in a terrible chaos. There are better ways. They are summoned to transfer to the Alliance their keys and tools, in order to make the transition as smooth as possible for the population."

Evidence that the meetings were planned emerged publicly through social media posts. Christine Lagarde, President of the European Central Bank, had tweeted as early as July 2021 that she would attend a meeting in Antarctica in December. Klaus Schwab, founder and executive chairman of the World Economic Forum, also posted public confirmation of attendance. Also present were Brad Garlinghouse and David Schwartz, respectively the CEO and Chief Technology Officer of Ripple Labs.

The surrender meetings

On December 14, 2021, Thor Han Eredyon communicated the first report. The surrender had been reached by decision of the High Council of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, in accordance with agreements set at Jupiter between the Earth Space Alliance, the Galactic Federation, the Council of Five, and the Zenae Alliance. The Cabal leaders, described as "Terran elites under enemy leadership," complied and traveled to Antarctica to hand their powers over the global financial system to Earth Alliance representatives.

The financial system they controlled — rooted in the same power structures that had facilitated the Nazi breakaway treaties and the Greada Treaty — was to be replaced by a new quantum financial system developed with extraterrestrial assistance and administered by the Earth Alliance. The quantum financial system was described as a "megalithic financial structure given to mankind by the heavens," operating through a quantum supercomputer linked to SpaceX and U.S. Space Command and running on "divine consciousness."

A central condition of the surrender was that the Cabal hand over what were termed "keys and codes" — the means by which they had maintained control over humanity through occult rituals and black magic. According to Una's message, the elites had "locked" the human race and the planet itself through dark ceremonies performed at the foundations of human societies, and only they possessed the means to undo those bindings. Una identified the practitioners as including those of "the number 33" — a reference interpreted as Scottish Rite Freemasonry — as well as those of "the reverse triangles" and others who "worshipped the Soul Harvester," practices aimed at separating the soul from human bodies and subjugating consciousness. Thor Han corroborated this from his own perspective, confirming that the Cabal routinely employed dark ethereal arts and spells as part of their global control system.

Thor Han also confirmed that the Dark Elites were explicitly barred from the concurrent Jupiter meetings held simultaneously in the Ashtar Galactic Command facility: the Antarctica meetings and the Jupiter meetings were parallel tracks, with the Cabal negotiating on the ground while Earth Alliance and galactic representatives finalized higher-level arrangements in orbit above Jupiter.

In exchange for surrendering the financial system and the occult keys, the Cabal was offered passage through the Antarctic intergalactic portal to an unnamed prison world in another galaxy — described by Una as a planet that would provide them everything they wanted materially, but from which they would never leave and would eventually be forgotten. Leaders were required to hand over all black magic keys and codes before gaining passage through the portal, disabling the control systems they had installed at the foundations of global society.

Aftermath

Una indicated that while the surrender meetings marked the end of the Cabal's rulership, a remaining group of Cabal "minions" would continue attempting to hold power through measures such as mandatory vaccine mandates into early 2022. The full transition of financial, political, health, and energy systems was expected by 2022, with Una stating that "in 2023, all of this will be a memory." The galactic organizations involved — the Galactic Federation of Worlds, the Ashtar Command, the Council of Five, the Intergalactic Confederation, and the Earth Alliance — were expected to reveal themselves publicly once the liberation process was complete, marking humanity's graduation into the galactic community.

In a 2025 interview with Brad Olsen, Salla confirmed the account from a ground-level source: a U.S. Postal Service worker stationed in Antarctica named Frank, who observed the Antarctica Germans departing the bases around 2021–2022 and the Chinese arriving to take temporary control before handing them over to the Earth Alliance. Olsen independently corroborated that the Antarctic bases were "the last exit for the dark side aligned forces to leave planet Earth and their exit has just been cut off," adding that the Reptilian escape route had also been sealed.
