From the December 1984 microfilm delivery of the Eisenhower Briefing Document to researchers Bill Moore and Jaime Shandera by a source known only as "Falcon" onward, named pseudonyms and code-names have supplied much of the claimed insider record on non-human intelligent beings, crash retrievals, reverse engineering, and secret space programs; these anonymous alleged UFO witnesses, who withheld their legal identities at the time of their statements, are compiled below.
