List of beings recovered from exotic craft
Beginning with the early-July 1947 Roswell recovery — in which small, grey-skinned beings with disproportionately large heads were allegedly retrieved from delta-shaped wreckage northwest of Roswell, New Mexico — military or government personnel are reported to have recovered non-human intelligent beings, alive or recently deceased, following a succession of craft incidents; these alleged beings recovered from exotic craft are documented below in chronological order.
Cases
| Date | Location | Beings recovered | Description | Outcome | Sources |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Early July 1947 | Northwest of Roswell, New Mexico, USA | 5 total; 1–2 alive at time of first contact | Small, gray-skinned beings (approximately 4–4.5 ft / 1.2–1.4 m tall) with disproportionately large heads, large dark eyes, and spindly arms, found in or near the wreckage of the delta-shaped craft; one survivor emitted a telepathic "crying sound" perceived in the mind of CIC officer Steve Arnold rather than through the ears | One survivor was transported through Fort Riley, Kansas to Walter Reed Hospital and eventually to Los Alamos as EBE-1; additional dead entities were transferred to Wright Field in crates; EBE-1 died in 1952 or 1953 | See Roswell EBE survivors, EBE (Roswell), 1947 Roswell incident. Lt. Col. Philip Corso personally observed a body at Fort Riley in one of five crates.[1] William Cooper stated: "At least 16 crashed or downed alien craft, 65 alien bodies and one live alien were recovered."[2] |
| 25 March 1948 | Hart Canyon, near Aztec, New Mexico, USA | 14–16 humanoid occupants (all dead) | Humanoid beings of small stature found aboard a 99.9-foot-diameter disc resting virtually undamaged on a mesa after a controlled descent; craft was intact, hatch open; bodies were in seated or standing positions at craft stations | Bodies removed during rapid classified recovery operation; transported via M-25 Dragon Wagon transporters first to Los Alamos then to classified facilities; recovery team was sworn to secrecy and monitored for years afterward | 1948 Aztec UFO crash. UAP Gerb's documentary cites consistent cross-source descriptions of "several" occupants in operational condition.[3] |
| 21 May 1953 | Near Kingman Airport, Arizona, USA | Up to 4 beings (dead); one confirmed | Four-foot humanoid in a silver metallic suit, dark brown skin; observed inside the craft by engineer Arthur Stancil (Fritz Werner): "The skin on its face was dark brown"[4] | Being(s) recovered with craft; transported to classified facilities; one surviving entity from an associated crash designated Chi'el'ah (J-Rod P-52K) was later housed at S-4 under Dan Burisch's supervision | 1953 Kingman UFO crash; Chi'el'ah. Stancil filed a sworn affidavit. Bill Uhouse described the craft as "a controlled presentation" — deliberately offered to the US government.[5] |
| April 24, 1964 | Socorro, New Mexico, USA | 2 small beings (observed, not recovered) | Two small humanoid beings, described as white-suited, approximately 4 ft tall, seen near a landed oval craft by police officer Lonnie Zamora; beings appeared startled and re-entered the craft, which departed immediately | Not recovered; beings departed with the craft before any approach was possible | 1964 Socorro UFO incident. Classified as the most well-documented Close Encounter of the Third Kind in American history by investigators including Jacques Vallée.[6] Craft was described as oval, "the size of this room," with landing legs; insignia visible on the side. |
| 20 January 1996 | Varginha, Minas Gerais, Brazil | 2–3 beings (at least 1 alive at time of contact) | Bipedal beings approximately 1.6 m tall with reddish-brown skin, three protuberances on the head, large red eyes, and an overwhelming ammonia-like odor; one was described as injured; three young women (Liliane, Valquéria, Kátia) encountered one crouching near a wall | At least one entity was taken into Brazilian military custody, dying shortly afterward; Brazilian military officer Marco Chereze reportedly contracted a fatal bacterial infection after handling one of the entities; recovery material and entities were transferred to a US Air Force aircraft at Campinas and departed for the USA | 1996 Varginha UFO incident. Investigated by James Fox (documentary Moment of Contact, 2022) and Brazilian researchers Vitório Pacaccini and A.J. Gevaerd. Fox: "I can't think of a crash retrieval case with live aliens better than Varginha."[7] |
Notes on Chi'el'ah (J-Rod P-52K)
The being known as Chi'el'ah, designated operationally as "J-Rod," was a P-52K J-Rod entity recovered at or near Kingman, Arizona in 1953 and subsequently transported to S-4, where it was housed in an environmentally controlled clean sphere in an underground biological laboratory for approximately 50 years. Dan Burisch worked directly with Chi'el'ah at S-4 in the 1990s–2000s, providing medical assistance and eventually facilitating its departure through the Abydos stargate circa 2003–04. The entity suffered from a neuropathological condition caused by what Burisch describes as temporal displacement.
Notes on EBE-1 (Roswell)
EBE-1, the Roswell survivor, established communication with scientists at Los Alamos over several years using pictographs before acquiring some degree of verbal communication. Vannevar Bush proposed the term "Extraterrestrial Biological Entity" (EBE) as the designation. EBE-1 died in 1952 or 1953. Its survival and the communications it established led directly to the formation of Project Aquarius and later contact programs.
