Val Nek
Val Nek is a purported Ahel officer of the Galactic Federation of Worlds who appeared in contact material transmitted to former U.S. Army medic Megan Rose beginning in 2020, and who served as one of the primary sources for information about Galactic Federation operations on and around Earth in the period 2020–2022. Val Nek is also referenced in the contact memoirs of Elena Danaan, who describes first encountering him as co-pilot aboard Thor Han Eredyon's ship; she identifies him as originally from Epsilon Eridani and as Thor Han's closest friend, noting his slightly different facial features — more elongated face, prominent chin, slender indigo-black eyes, and a thin hooked nose — compared to other Ahel crew members.
Identity and role
Val Nek is described as an Ahel male of senior command rank within the Galactic Federation of Worlds, operating in the Sol system as part of the liberation operations against Nebu and Draco reptilians infrastructure on and around Earth. He reportedly worked alongside Thor Han Eredyon (the Ahel contact of Elena Danaan) in coordinated operations. Rose transmitted regular "briefings" from Val Nek throughout 2020 and 2021, covering topics including:
- Dismantling of Nebu hive-mind control nodes on the Moon and in near-Earth orbit
- The Jupiter Agreements negotiation process
- Operation of the Galactic Federation fleet in the inner solar system
Relationship with Megan Rose
Rose described Val Nek as a contact who had known her since childhood — having been present during her earlier abduction-related encounters — and who subsequently reached out through telepathic communication as she re-established contact in adulthood. At age five, Rose was abducted by Zeta Reticulans (grey beings of the Maitre type) for tissue sampling; Val Nek, described as a trained warrior wearing advanced combat suits, arrived with a small team and extracted Rose from the ship. At age nine, Rose was taken by a reptilian using a Zeta Reticulan vessel and was slated for transport through a portal to Mars for super-soldier conditioning and a breeding program; Val Nek again intervened, killing the reptilian — exploiting access points beneath the neck characteristic of Draco reptilian biology.
Rose confirmed Val Nek's identity through Elena Danaan: Rose described Val Nek's appearance and energy without knowing his name, Danaan cross-referenced the description against her own Galactic Federation contacts, and confirmed the identification.
Michael Salla published multiple analyses of Rose's Val Nek transmissions on Exopolitics.org, treating them as intelligence briefings consistent with other Galactic Federation contact material.
Jupiter Agreements role
Val Nek provided one of the two corroborating accounts of the Jupiter Accords — the negotiations conducted in mid-2021 between Galactic Federation representatives and Earth corporate and military leaders concerning the post-liberation transition of Earth. In a communication relayed through Rose, Val Nek described his direct participation:
"I was there representing the Federation, helping facilitate things and negotiations between corporations and the Alliance. The corporations of those three men, Bezos, Musk, Branson, among other smaller corporations, were chosen to manufacture technology like spacecraft to serve humanity and help defend Earth so that the Federation can hand over the responsibility to the Terran people."
Val Nek further stated that he had been personally working alongside Terran military leaders to "organize their military and choose military leaders who have the consciousness to understand the benevolent space beings and how to make peace in the galaxy" — and that the selected corporations were under "tight, strict control" with severe consequences for breaking the Agreements.
Military training operations
Beyond the Jupiter Agreements negotiations, Val Nek described an ongoing operational role in training Earth military personnel in space travel, navigation, and the use of Galactic Federation-transferred spacecraft technology — specifically targeting U.S. Navy and Space Force units. His transmissions through Rose described this as a large-scale, time-sensitive operation driven by the urgency of completing Earth's defensive posture before the withdrawal of Galactic Federation direct protection.
Ganymede operations
Val Nek's name was independently cited by JP — an active-duty U.S. Army soldier — in accounts corroborating Megan Rose's reports of Galactic Federation operations. Michael Salla noted that JP's intelligence about an Earth Alliance space convoy traveling from the Moon to Ganymede in late 2021 dovetailed with Val Nek's transmissions through Rose: "In an earlier article, I discussed the information received by Elena from her primary extraterrestrial contact, Thor Han, a ship commander from the Galactic Federation of Worlds, who escorted some of the Earth delegates to the meetings. We also discussed the meetings in an interview released on August 6, which is available on Youtube and Rumble."
GFW–Navy historical engagement
Val Nek's communications through Rose indicated that the Galactic Federation's working relationship with the U.S. Navy began in the 1950s — not only with the Jupiter Agreements of 2021. Rose stated that Val Nek described how the GFW "started intervening in the 1950s and working with the US military to... groom the US and help train the US Navy," citing the GFW's use of quantum predictive technology as the reason they knew early intervention was warranted. This claim was corroborated by Michael Salla with reference to the earlier testimony of William Tompkins, who stated that Nordic human-looking extraterrestrials had been assisting the Navy in designing large spacecraft during the 1950s from within Douglas Aircraft Company.
Tall Gray capture operations
Val Nek's operational intelligence was referenced by Michael Salla in the context of the Galactic Federation's capture of nine Eban officers near Saturn in September 2021. Salla noted that "in a previous update from Val Nek, received by me and Megan Rose, it was described how new technologies were being provided to U.S. Space Command to prevent the Tall Grays and other negative groups from using such sophisticated means to infiltrate Earth and create havoc here."
Antarctica base transfer operations
Val Nek provided intelligence on the transfer of former Dark Fleet bases in Antarctica to the Earth Alliance following the Jupiter Accords. In a September 2021 Q&A relayed through Rose, Salla asked Val Nek about the fate of workers at the former bases: "Val Nek: the exact number I cannot say. It was in the tens of thousands. This includes the slaves but also workers as well."
Divergence from Elena Danaan network
In late 2022, Val Nek announced through Rose that his communications would cease — he had completed his assigned mission on Earth and was departing with the Galactic Federation fleet. This cessation coincided with and contributed to a growing divergence between Rose's contact material and that of Elena Danaan, as Danaan's Thor Han Eredyon transmissions continued while Val Nek's did not. The separation prompted public disagreements within the disclosure community about the respective reliability and authenticity of the two contact streams.
