Oona
Oona is the name Irish-French contactee Elena Danaan has used since 2021 for a female-presenting member of the Intergalactic Confederation — also called the Guardians or Seeders — said to be a "tall white" humanoid who serves as Danaan's primary liaison with that collective. Danaan allegedly first encountered her on a Intergalactic Confederation mothership reportedly stationed in the vicinity of Ganymede, Jupiter, and Io, and has since described Oona as having facilitated a subsequent contact in which Danaan's consciousness was taken into the Void to meet The Nine.
Background
Oona is reportedly affiliated with the Intergalactic Confederation, which Danaan's corpus identifies with the Seeders — a grouping purportedly comprising 24 founder/seeder civilizations involved in spreading humanoid life across galaxies. Danaan has described the beings of Oona's group as "very tall, like nine feet tall", with white skin, wide Asian-like eyes, blue hands, and arms "a little bit longer than our proportions".
According to Danaan, the Guardians communicate via frequency rather than ordinary spoken language; Danaan has likened the sound of their speech to "dolphins" and said Oona's rendered name is merely the closest phonetic approximation of her underlying frequency-name.

2021 Ganymede-vicinity mothership transfer
According to Danaan, Oona facilitated a 2021 transfer aboard an Intergalactic Confederation mothership reportedly stationed between Ganymede, Jupiter, and Io. Danaan has described the transfer as occurring after she "suddenly felt extremely tired" in the afternoon, lay down, and was allegedly pulled through a vortex-like portal onto the ship, where she arrived physically.
Void contact with The Nine
Oona is further described as having mediated a separate encounter in which Danaan's consciousness was taken into the Void — described as a non-localized state outside ordinary spacetime — to communicate with The Nine, which Danaan has characterized as "plasma, supraconsciousnesses, individuated consciousnesses, but they are part of a group". In an accompanying 2024 podcast interview, Danaan attributed the term "plasma supra consciousness" specifically to Oona.
December 2021 Antarctica communications
Purportedly, during December 2021, Oona was the communications source for a series of updates Danaan has attributed to the Guardians concerning alleged events at Antarctica, including reported meetings between Earth Alliance representatives and off-world delegations to negotiate the surrender of global elites. In one relayed message, Oona reportedly stated that the dark elites had "come to bargain their freedom" and would be sent to "a prison planet... in another galaxy". Oona reportedly identified herself in the transmission as "from the Do, the Guardians, Founder ones".
Reporting on Oona is primarily attributable to Elena Danaan, compiled in The Decimation of the Dark Fleet and the Liberation of Terra (2021) and delivered through interviews on Exopolitics Today with Dr. Michael Salla and through Danaan's own podcast and guidebook materials. No independent contactee has, as of 2026, publicly corroborated a contact event with an Intergalactic Confederation member named Oona.
