Tengri-Tengri

The Tengri-Tengri are an alleged humanoid non-human intelligent species originally from Tengura, the second planet of the Tengur system (TRAPPIST-1) in the Aquarius constellation, 39.6 light-years from Earth. After a stellar shift rendered Tengura uninhabitable, the Tengri-Tengri relocated to the fifth planet Tengri — now a dazzling tropical environment — where they live primarily in semi-underground cities to conserve natural resources, ascending to the surface for resources and recreation. Their homeworld population is approximately 12 million individuals; they are pacifist members of the Galactic Federation of Worlds and no longer perform abductions. Quiet and peaceful, they discovered Earth approximately 10,000 years ago and travel in huge disc-shaped ships suited for interstellar distances. Very active members of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, they hold a seat on its High Council, and a Tengri-Tengri representative holds the position of Herald. Their system — which hosts 12 or more inhabited planets and numerous Stage-2 cultures — was the subject of Elena Danaan's 2022 prediction that it would enter mainstream news through the JWST; in July 2023, the JWST measured seven potentially life-supporting planets in the Trappist-1 system.

Evolutionary origins and physiology

The Tengri-Tengri are believed to have evolved from an amphibian ancestor related to the Cula, a very ancient species linked to the mysterious builder race. The Cula — the evolutionary precursor of the Tengri-Tengri — retain a more overtly octopoid form, with eight or more tentacles resembling large dreadlocks, each with its own independent movement. The Tengri-Tengri themselves possess approximately six tentacle-like appendages — not hair but living sensory structures that move in response to thought and emotion: "as they think and they speak the tentacles would move accordingly. If they have a strong emotion, the tentacles start to move quickly, quicker, and with more amplitude." The species has two genders.

Tengur system colonies

The Tengri-Tengri extended their civilization beyond Tengri itself, colonizing their moons and planting colonies on other planets in the Tengur system. The Tengur system (GFW reference F-1342) hosts twelve inhabited planets and more — making it one of the most densely populated star systems in this region of the galaxy. The Russian Alien Races Book, an alleged KGB document compiled between 1946 and 2013, also lists the species under the name "Tengri Tengri," giving a homeworld population of approximately 10 million — close to the AGFTS figure of 12 million — and likewise noting their underground habitation and the homeworld name "Tengri." The KGB document additionally claims the species requires no atmosphere or water — a description that conflicts with the AGFTS account's "dazzling tropical environment" and the *Encyclopedia Galactica'*s description of a sulfurous atmosphere at the Ganymede outpost, suggesting either a garbled transmission of their environmental adaptability or a confusion with their semi-underground lifestyle. Stephen Chua claimed to have seeded the KGB document with information obtained at Area 51, raising the possibility that both compilations ultimately derive from the same US intelligence pool.

On the fourth planet Deyal, the Tengri-Tengri maintain a colony that acts as a steward of that world's rich and diverse ecosystem: "This rich ecosystem is protected like a treasure by the Tengri-Tengri." On the third planet N-Nen (Nannu), a Tengri-Tengri outpost monitors the balance and evolution of a new ecosystem that formed after large numbers of life forms were evacuated there from the first and second planets when the star became more active.

Herald announcement and JWST

On March 11, 2022, Elena Danaan published a disclosure from her GFW contacts stating that the Trappist-1 system would enter mainstream media when the NASA James Webb Space Telescope revealed signs of exolife there. In July 2023, NASA's JWST announced measurements confirming that seven planets in the Trappist-1 system could unmistakably support life — a development Danaan connected to the Tengri-Tengri Herald's prominent position on the GFW High Council, suggesting the JWST's focus on this particular system out of more than 6,000 known exoplanet systems may not be coincidental. In a January 2024 interview, Danaan described the TRAPPIST-1 focus as part of a coordinated Earth Alliance disclosure plan: "it matches totally what I was told and I made public... the James Webb Telescope is going to focus on Trappist one, which they did, and they will first bring evidence of life and then evidence of techno signature and then contact will happen." Salla noted that a British newspaper, The Spectator, had released a disclosure plan supported by the British scientific establishment following the same trajectory: biosignatures first, then technosignatures, then an announcement that extraterrestrials are present.

Cula and the Cedars of Neptune

The Cula, the ancestral species from which the Tengri-Tengri evolved, maintain two outposts in Earth's solar system — on Venus and Neptune. A related species called the Cedars inhabits the planet Neptune and is connected to the Trappist-1 Tengri-Tengri lineage; in 2022, Elena Danaan reported being taken to Neptune to meet the Cedars, describing them as "beings related to the Trappist-1 Tang."

Seventh planet and Yuru-Viili

The seventh planet of the Tengur system (Eruyya) hosts extensive marine life, including the Yuru-Viili — a prominent aquatic planetary culture with which the Tengri-Tengri maintain both surface colonies and underwater bases, enabling active interaction with this indigenous species. The sixth planet of the Tengur system also hosts multiple organized societies, including the aquatic Gigat and the surface-dwelling insectoid Megurat; the Tengri-Tengri and Megurat have not always lived in harmony, but currently maintain relative peace alongside their colonies there.
