Ginvo

The Ginvo are an alleged non-human humanoid species from the planet Maruu in the Elevena star system (Procyon, Canis Minor). Both A Gift from the Stars and Encyclopedia Galactica Volume I (both sourced from Thor Han Eredyon) identify the Ginvo as inhabitants of Maruu in the Procyon system and as one of the five founding members of the Council of Five (now the Council of Alnilam). Because both compilations derive from the same source chain — Thor Han's transmissions to Elena Danaan — they are not independent corroborations of each other. Roughly human-height with brown (tanned) skin, large dark eyes, and a faint nose, they live approximately 200 years and have two genders. Their young are born with hair that falls out as they age — evidence of a genetic mutation in their species' human genome.

Culture

Both A Gift from the Stars and Encyclopedia Galactica Volume I (both sourced from Thor Han Eredyon) describe Ginvo society as spiritual and peaceful; the species is constitutionally incapable of conflict, making them "a significant presence in galactic diplomacy." They revere life and all living forms, with art — both visual and musical — treated as a spiritual practice. Their deep mastery of mineral structure allows them to construct their habitats entirely from crystals and gemstones. The Ginvo place exceptional importance on offspring and education.

Contact with Earth

Ginvo have visited Earth but never landed on the surface. Encyclopedia Galactica Volume I (sourced from the GFW Excelsior database via Thor Han Eredyon) adds that by 2024, the Ginvo maintained a significant presence on Ganymede, Jupiter's largest moon, where they operated a diplomatic facility in collaboration with the Earth Alliance military — describing them as a "magnificent and wise race, known for their gentleness and calmness."

Council of Alnilam

By 2024, the Council of Five had been renamed the Council of Alnilam, with the Ginvo among its five member cultures alongside the Orela, Egaroth, Redan, and Emerther. The council's five members survive from a larger body called the Counsel of Nine from Orion, which suffered significant losses before being reduced to the current five elder cultures: "The Orela, the Egaroth, the Ginvo, the Redan and the Emerther. From that day, we vowed to continue our work." The Russian Alien Races Book, an alleged KGB document compiled between 1946 and 2013, also lists the Ginvo as one of the five races composing the Council of Five. The KGB book does not provide additional detail on the Ginvo beyond the Council of Five affiliation.

Ships

Their craft appear translucent — what Terran observers have sometimes mistakenly described as "etheric ships."

Ganymede outpost

In a 2021 podcast interview, Elena Danaan described visiting the Ginvo outpost on Ganymede, confirming it is "a big, big facility, very big in the northern hemisphere of Ganymede" operated by the Ginvo as a Council of Five installation, and noting that the Ginvo "are very nice. They are very slow moves and very quiet, calm people."

Elena Danaan describes being taken by Thor Han Eredyon to the Ginvo-run outpost on Ganymede, Jupiter's moon, where a small city of dark ice and artificial atmosphere was built in a frozen landscape. Upon arrival, the facility's sulfurous atmosphere — to Ginvo preference — was immediately apparent; the interior was illuminated by dimmed purple neon lights. Danaan observed Ginvo staff moving with gentle, unhurried motions and described them as "very nice and welcoming."

During the visit, Thor Han met with a Ginvo supervisor in a command room containing an elegant S-shaped table with a central holographic dome displaying planets, stars, and glowing navigational symbols. The two officers communicated telepathically while adjusting holographic representations of galactic star systems — a briefing Danaan understood to involve strategy at galactic scale. After the meeting, the Ginvo supervisor addressed questions about Terra's overpopulation problem, explaining that in a normally developing world — without off-world interference — a civilization's birth rate grows in parallel with its technological development, allowing colonization of other worlds once the home planet's resources become insufficient.

The Council of Five

In a channeled communication through Elena Danaan, Valiant Thor identified himself as a member of the Council of Five, explaining: "I am a member of the Council of Five because my planet, which you call Venus, is administrated by it. The Galactic Federation has an outpost there, for which I am working as well." This places the Ginvo — as founding Council of Five members — in a governing structure that extends its administration to Venus and interfaces with the broader Galactic Federation of Worlds.

Vega Alliance membership

The Ginvo are listed as members of the Vega Alliance — alongside the Adari, Elevar, Ozman, Puxhity, Zenatae, Aramani, and Eldaru — a coalition of races that formed to withstand the developing threat of the Orion Empire.

Jupiter Accords participation

The Council of Five — of which the Ginvo are a founding member — was among the extraterrestrial organizations that reached agreements with 14 spacefaring nations during the Jupiter meetings in 2021, joining the Galactic Federation of Worlds, the Ashtar Command, and the Andromedan Council in forming the basis for the multinational Earth Alliance.
