Super Federation

The Super Federation is a council of 40 to 60 extraterrestrial civilizations alleged to have conducted 22 parallel genetic experiments on humanity over thousands of years, distinct from the Galactic Federation of Worlds in that its mandate is genetic stewardship rather than military coordination. The 22 programs ran simultaneously on overlapping human populations, with different races each pursuing distinct genetic and spiritual development objectives; the participating civilizations have been referred to as the "genetic farmer races" for their sustained investment in human development.

Meetings and conference structure

Super Federation councils convened inside a spatial-temporal anomaly — described as a null zone accessible from any point in the galaxy or neighboring galaxies — in which no stars were visible and which could be entered and exited only along precisely matched trajectories. Corey Goode described the meeting space as a sphere approximately 300 units in diameter with the buildings of different civilizations arranged around the interior circumference, their tops pointing inward toward the center.

Delegates seated around a large oval table represented each member civilization. The meetings were physically attended by representatives of secret Earth syndicates as well, who had fought for and eventually secured a rotating seat at the table after a prolonged effort — though they had no seat initially. Member species varied widely in appearance: some were virtually indistinguishable from Mediterranean humans; others had segmented, insect-like bodies with seahorse-shaped heads. Some Super Federation groups incarnated in human bodies as part of the experiment, their native soul group monitoring them throughout their human lives.

Super Federation Conference

Corey Goode attended a Super Federation Conference as Earth's first-ever representative — humanity having previously had no seat at the table — where delegates from each member civilization were seated around a large oval table, transmitted to him via his Blue Avian contact Tear-Eir and through Inner Earth beings during alleged visits to subterranean civilization complexes. The Sphere Being Alliance, acting through Tear-Eir, issued a directive to the Super Federation to end all genetic programs and allow humanity to evolve naturally without further intervention; the programs were wound down circa 2017–2018 following that directive.

Galactic scope

The Super Federation drew membership from multiple galaxies, a process facilitated by the temporal anomaly meeting space, which could be entered from any galaxy. Rob Potter, discussing the broader context of the council with contactees, noted that grand super-federation councils involved beings from eight different galaxies coordinating the alignment of higher-dimensional interactions with Earth's evolutionary process.

Distinction from related bodies

The Super Federation is a distinct body from several superficially similar councils and alliances that appear across the exopolitics literature. Corey Goode, in a Q&A responding directly to the question of how his "Galactic Federation" related to the Super Federation, drew the distinction explicitly: "The Super Federation is made up of 4th to 5th density beings that comprise the genetic farmer races, as well as higher density civilizations that were products of the grand experiment that advanced to the point of becoming a part of the group doing the experiments...The Galactic Federation...is more responsible for maintaining this universe's reality for the one infinite Creator and exists within what we would consider other density or even an angelic realm."

• Main article: Intergalactic Confederation — Elena Danaan's Intergalactic Confederation (the "Seeders" / 24 Founder Races) allegedly operates at an intergalactic scale across multiple galaxies as the original architects who seeded humanoid genetic lineages approximately 65 million years ago; the Super Federation, at 4th–5th density and with 40–60 members, reportedly managed the later 22 parallel genetic and spiritual programs on the lineages the Seeders had previously established. Michael Salla notes the numeric convergence — "22 genetic experiments on Earth and...approximately 24 extraterrestrial civilizations that are involved in these seeding experiments" — but treats these as layered rather than identical phenomena: Seeders = ancient architects (IC), Super Federation = later stewardship council.

• Main article: Anunnaki — The Anunnaki (Sitchin / Danaan) are a single Milky Way (Nataru) imperial culture centred in Sirius B, explicitly NOT members of the Intergalactic Confederation or Super Federation; they arrived on Earth approximately 450,000 years ago and, per Danaan, found that the Seeders had already seeded the Earth human lineage long before.

• Main article: Andromedan Council — Alex Collier's Andromedan Council is a separate 139-star-system advisory body rooted in the Andromeda galaxy and Andromeda constellation, philosophically aligned with the Galactic Federation of Worlds but operationally independent. Collier's Andromedan contacts independently reported "22 genetic experiments run by different human-looking alien groups stretching back into human antiquity" — a number later matched by Goode's Super Federation figure, though Collier attributed the 22 groups to the three competing alliances (Federation, Draconians, Orion) rather than to a single Super Federation council.
