Suzanne Spooner is an American QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) (QHHT) practitioner, Level 3 certified in the method developed by Dolores Cannon, based in Des Moines, Iowa. Over 13 years of practice she has conducted sessions aimed at recovering past life memories, resolving illness, and accessing client reports of extraterrestrial contact. She has also assisted Mark Domizio in recovering claimed secret space program memories over a six-year collaborative series of QHHT sessions.
Biography
Training and QHHT practice
Spooner trained directly under Dolores Cannon in 2012 and subsequently assisted Cannon and her daughter Julia Cannon in teaching classes around the world. Following Cannon's death in 2014, Spooner continued teaching QHHT globally, with instruction having moved largely online.
In her framework — derived from Cannon's model — illness originates in recurring thought patterns and belief structures rather than purely physical causes; the Higher Self (also termed the subconscious) selects relevant past-life scenarios for the client to witness and then directly diagnoses and addresses health issues during the session. Healing during sessions is self-directed by the client through the Higher Self, not by the practitioner.

Donald Trump as Ascended Master
On November 11, 2016 — days after the U.S. presidential election — a client in a QHHT session with Spooner reported that Donald Trump is an Ascended Master taking on a deliberately disruptive role to dismantle entrenched institutional systems. The client expressed personal dislike of Trump on returning to ordinary consciousness, contrasting with the session content, which is typical of QHHT cases where the Higher Self provides information at odds with the client's waking beliefs.
3I Atlas as evolutionary amplifier
In late 2025, following public attention to the interstellar object 3I Atlas, Spooner queried three separate clients about it at the end of their sessions. All three reported that the object is a consciousness-based amplifier arriving to assess humanity's readiness for an evolutionary leap, and that it had been approaching for "eons" for this specific moment. Two of the three sessions were published as YouTube clips; the third was withheld as substantially redundant. The clients described 3I Atlas as producing changes in human consciousness regardless of its physical proximity to Earth, and as a trigger for accelerated evolutionary experience rather than a military or catastrophic event.
Mark Domizio SSP recall
Beginning around 2018, Spooner conducted an ongoing series of QHHT sessions with Mark Domizio, an experiencer who claims service in a secret space program at facilities including Diego Garcia and underground bases. The sessions progressively surfaced material Domizio describes as recovered memories of SSP assignments, encounters with reptilian beings, and torture. The gradual progression of recovered material is intentional, allowing Domizio to acclimate to increasingly difficult content over multiple sessions.
