Moon space ark
The Moon space ark is a large alleged ancient spacecraft reportedly located on or beneath the surface of the Moon and reportedly the target of JP's first mission to a space ark in late December 2021, when JP was a United States Army serviceman. Thor Han Eredyon of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, relayed through Elena Danaan, stated that arks were buried on the Moon — which ancient texts called "Tyre" or "Luna" — during the withdrawal of Intergalactic Confederation colonial forces following great wars in the solar system.
JP's mission (December 2021)
The mission was a joint U.S.–China operation under U.S. Space Command, corroborating reports Michael Salla had received from Elena Danaan about the Galactic Federation of Worlds building a new base on the Moon at the same period. JP described the vessel as "over two aircraft carriers in size," spherical in shape, and filled with hieroglyphic-style writing being systematically recorded by archaeologists; he reported a crystalline material inside that emitted "a pleasant vibration that helped elevate consciousness." The crystal inside was described as "moldy" — suggesting extreme age — but still active. Salla notes that JP's earlier exposure to arks likely gave him the correct resonance frequency to safely interface with the craft: "It's very possible given JP's earlier exposure to arks, the right frequency that would be recognized by the arks' consciousness."
In September 2021, prior to this mission, JP had reported to Salla that U.S. military personnel were assembling large facilities on the Moon with assistance from human-looking extraterrestrials, and that a large space convoy was being assembled to depart from the Moon toward Ganymede. Thor Han confirmed a new Moon base was under construction in the same period, designed with technology to prevent infiltration by hostile extraterrestrials from the Draco empire and Orion Alliance.
Activation and JP's role
Michael Salla has noted that JP reports being able to activate both the Moon ark and the Bermuda Triangle space ark in the Atlantic through his presence, suggesting that JP carries genetic signatures from more than one of the 22–24 Intergalactic Confederation seeder civilizations, each of which built its own ark. During the Atlantic missions, JP also described TR-3B triangular craft departing the surface support ship toward the Moon after mission completion, suggesting ongoing logistical connection between the Atlantic and Moon arks.
A portal between the Moon ark and the Atlantic ark is described by JP: during the second Atlantic mission, a squad of fifteen soldiers from the Moon entered a portal inside the Moon ark and emerged inside the Atlantic ark's water-sphere chamber, surprising the team already present there and requiring evacuation from the water sphere.
Earlier contact experiences and ark pre-exposure
JP reported to Salla that as early as 2014–2015, Nordic extraterrestrials had taken him to large hemisphere structures he described as arks, where he witnessed ancient plants, animals, and technologies being preserved for a future time — including encounters with a Chinese national who was also being brought to these arks. Salla kept this information private until the broader ark narrative became public in 2022: "JP began sharing this information with me around 2014 and 2015, and I kept this information to myself since no one else was talking about it. U.S. covert operatives, however, monitored JP's extraterrestrial contacts and our communications." The pre-exposure is significant because it explains JP's effectiveness in the 2021 Moon mission: his energy signature had already been "recognized" by the ark's consciousness from his earlier visits, making him a functional activation key.
Portal network and lunar-Atlantic connections
The Moon ark is described as connected to the Atlantic ark — and by extension to the entire planetary ark network — through a system of internal stargates. Jean Charles Moyen, a French-Canadian secret space program veteran who visited multiple arks, observed that the portal system was the primary feature linking the network: "Each arc is connected with a Stargate and I think that's how it works. Everything is linked, inside Earth, outside Earth, and on other planets; there is no distance." The surprise arrival of Moon ark soldiers inside the Atlantic ark during JP's second Atlantic mission is the most dramatic documented instance of this portal connectivity — fifteen armed personnel emerging unexpectedly from what appeared to be a sealed chamber within the Atlantic ark.
Activation context
The Moon ark's activation in late 2021 is described by Thor Han as occurring simultaneously with all other Intergalactic Confederation arks in the solar system, triggered by the resonant proximity of the arriving Confederation fleet near Jupiter: "When the fleet from the Intergalactic Confederation approached this star system, the arks activated. It was time." The Moon is listed by Thor Han as one of the original colonial sites of the Intergalactic Confederation — referred to in ancient texts as "Tyre" — confirming the Moon ark as a genuine colonial repository rather than simply a cached vessel.
Lunar spaceport network
JP has also described an entirely separate but connected infrastructure of active Space Command facilities on the Moon — large football-stadium-sized spaceports analogous to the Alabama facility — through which ongoing ET traffic is managed: "There's a couple dozen of them around the United States and on the moon as well." These active spaceports are described as distinct from the archaeological Moon ark — the spaceports are operational logistics infrastructure, while the ark is an ancient dormant vessel being explored by Earth Alliance archaeologists and scientists.
Multi-activation potential
During the May 2025 JP Update #46 briefing, JP revealed that a Pacific Ocean ark was heating dangerously, apparently being manipulated by unknown parties to force activation at an accelerated rate. Military briefers told JP he might be needed to help activate or stabilize this Pacific ark, citing his previous success with the Moon and Atlantic arks: "By the way, I activated the Atlantic Ark. It could be a possibility that I can activate the Pacific Ark the same way. So, by the way, some Nordics were looking at me, and I was feeling the room." This pattern confirms the Moon ark activation as an early demonstration of JP's multi-ark potential, which the military and Nordic allies appear to be tracking systematically for use in future activation events.
