Jupiter Hub
The Jupiter Hub is an alleged space station under construction in the orbit of Jupiter, centered on an ancient Alte mothership reportedly gifted to humanity by the Galactic Federation of Worlds and intended to serve as a permanent trade, research, and cultural-exchange facility open to civilisations from across and beyond the Milky Way, according to Thor Han Eredyon via Elena Danaan in October 2023. It supersedes Ganymede as the primary interstellar meeting point in the solar system, which the GFW judged too small for the volume of visitors expected now that the solar system has been opened to intergalactic trade.
Physical structure
The hub is built around an ancient Alte mothership, which Thor Han described as a type of space arc — one of the ancient motherships left on or around Earth and other planets in the solar system in remote antiquity by various members of the Seeder Races. Additional ships were linked to this central mothership via tunnel-like connecting passages, with the first ring of the hub's structure approaching completion as of October 2023. The design pattern parallels the Atlantean method of construction — building a city or colony around a central mothership — which Thor Han confirmed was a known historical practice among the Atlanteans and other civilisations.
U.S. Space Force technicians and military personnel were incorporated into the construction as of late 2023, preparing a dedicated "Terra Military Hub" — a section of the hub allocated specifically to Earth military operations, anchored to the central Alte mothership. Thor Han estimated construction would take one to two years from that point to complete.
Technology and access
The technology embedded in the Alte mothership is accessible only to star seeds and envoys from the Intergalactic Confederation possessing the correct DNA and consciousness profile; the same individuals identified to access technologies hidden on Earth. Once unlocked by these star seeds, the technology will be made available first to Earth's military, then to civilian and scientific organisations.
Function
Thor Han described the completed hub as a centre for trade, research, cultural exchange, consciousness expansion, and enjoyment, open to civilisations from across the galaxy and beyond — comparable to Deep Space Nine, which he confirmed was inspired by genuine GFW-communicated knowledge of humanity's near future and part of a disclosed fictional programme seeded through Gene Roddenberry. Full civilian access is contingent on Earth achieving formal membership in the Galactic Federation of Worlds.
The hub is also positioned adjacent to the Jupiter Stargate — a natural interstellar portal in the Jovian system — whose protection is a primary military concern. The Ash Command was assigned to reinforce the Jupiter region specifically because the portal, while secured, carries the risk of incursions from hostile civilisations.
Access terms and geopolitics
Nations that have signed the Artemis Accords are granted full access to the Jupiter Hub; nations with space programmes that have not signed — including China — are excluded. Thor Han attributed China's exclusion to its ties to the deep state factions that previously aligned with the Draconian occupation, while noting that China as a whole is not uniformly compromised and some white-hat elements exist within its government.
Russia, despite not being an Artemis signatory and having been among the unsuccessful delegations at the 2021 Jupiter Accords, was described by Thor Han as retaining hub access on account of its role within the Earth Alliance and the personal alignment of its leader, Vladimir Putin, with the White Hats.
Prior Jupiter meetings (2021)
Before the Hub's construction began, a series of diplomatic meetings in or near Jupiter's atmosphere laid the political groundwork for it. In July 2021, Elena Danaan reported that twelve meetings had taken place near Jupiter between the Galactic Federation of Worlds, the Earth Alliance, and an alliance of secret space programs to determine the post-war order of the solar system, including the establishment of safety zones and economic cooperation areas — language that Michael Salla noted mirrored the Artemis Accords. Chinese and Russian delegations were reported to have left "very unhappy," with the United States winning responsibility for organising the new Earth united space coalition.
A second independent source, contactee Megan Rose, described the meetings through her own GFW contact, Val Nek, describing the Jupiter facility as "a neutral ground for many different races and different space programs and everyone to meet" and "a safety zone." Rose added that under the Jupiter agreements, technologies and spacecraft were being manufactured and provided to the U.S. Space Force and U.S. Navy, which were being trained on the Moon with these GFW-supplied systems.
Earlier Jupiter presence: AGFTS account
Elena Danaan's 2020 book A Gift from the Stars documented a pre-existing GFW presence at Jupiter well before the Hub's construction began. Thor Han, as the book's narrator, described the Ashtar Galactic Command's outpost on Jupiter — a large floating city in Jupiter's extreme environment, operating in symbiosis with the GFW fleet: "This cell of the Ashtar Galactic Command is based on the surface of Jupiter, in an extremely hostile environment. It is a huge floating city, an unattackable citadel built with all the renowned architectural science and techniques of the Ashkeru people." The GFW headquarters for the Sol system was also described as based on Jupiter: "the Ashtar separatists were offered by the Galactic Federation of Worlds to help with operations in the Terran system, and they were offered to set an outpost on planet Jupiter." The 2023 Jupiter Hub — built around a gifted Alte mothership in Jupiter orbit — represents the formal expansion and public successor of this longstanding GFW presence at Jupiter.
