Saturn diplomatic station
The Saturn diplomatic station is a purported large spherical metallic space station allegedly situated within Saturn's rings, associated with the moon Mimas, that reportedly served as the primary operational venue for the United Nations Secret Space Program's off-world diplomatic activities from approximately 1990 onward.
Physical description
The station is spherical, described as resembling the Star Wars Death Star in shape, with a radius of approximately 250 miles. It is composed of metallic material and exists slightly out of phase with normal observable reality, operating primarily at the 8th density. Internally, the station contains differentiated environmental zones tailored to different species' atmospheric requirements: ocean spaces for aquatic beings, extreme heat and cold zones, and oxygen-enriched corridors for human personnel. The station housed hundreds of thousands of entities of different types.
Population
The station was populated predominantly by non-human beings, with Earth humans of all nationalities identifying collectively as "Earthlings." Species present included very tall humanoids, Sasquatch-appearing beings, insectoid ant-type beings, blue-skinned cloned humanoids with translucent skin and white hair, feline and canine beings, a primate-like race that wore human clothing, and beings of plasma or light. Among the advanced races present were Andromedans and crystalline beings of extreme antiquity from near the galactic center.
Stasis protocol
Because the station operated at the 8th density while human diplomatic personnel inhabited 3rd-density bodies, over 80% of service time was spent in stasis — both for physiological protection and to prevent higher-density telepathic entities from reading sensitive diplomatic information. Jean-Charles Moyen and his wife Melanie independently recalled seeing Chris O'Connor in his stasis chamber during their own secret space program service aboard the Solaris.
Saturn sovereignty handover
A major conference on the station concerned the formal transfer of sovereignty over Saturn and its rings from the Anak — identified as Enki — to the Earth Alliance. The transfer required disarming an ancient program linked to that ownership, a task that could only be performed by a being whose pre-incarnation lineage was involved in creating it. This event is independently discussed by Elena Danaan and Alex Collier from Pleiadian and Andromedan sources respectively.
Mining operations in Saturn's rings
JP, in a 2024 Exopolitics Today roundtable with Elena Danaan and Michael Salla, recalled a recovered memory of a military mission to Saturn in which he observed mining ships operating within the Encke gap of Saturn's rings. The ships communicated with a cigar-shaped "royal" vessel using light and vibration as a universal language carrier wave: "using this is like a universal type of language. Music is a type of universal language." JP described seeing the wave of particles in the rings physically respond to the communication signals passing between the vessels. JP further identified Saturn's moons Pan and Dione as "actually dormant ships" being protected due to their advanced technology, with Pan serving as the body that shepherds and creates the Encke gap itself.
