Kiily-Tokurt

The Kiily-Tokurt are allegedly spacefaring non-human intelligent beings from the world Kiila near the star Suhail in the Vela constellation, powerful galactic traders and a former member of the Alliance of the Six. Both A Gift from the Stars and Encyclopedia Galactica Volume I (both sourced from Thor Han Eredyon) describe them as traders from the Vela constellation; because both compilations derive from the same source chain — Thor Han's transmissions to Elena Danaan — they are not independent corroborations of each other. Encyclopedia Galactica Volume I (sourced from the GFW Excelsior database via Thor Han Eredyon) adds that their root race is the Etherians — a Grey-human hybrid species from the Andromeda galaxy — a species "related to both Gray and Human biology" with individuated consciousness and a central government of 30 elected elders. Known colloquially as "Tall Whites" by Terran observers, they are regularly encountered in secret space programs and at classified facilities on Terra.

Biology

The Kiily-Tokurt stand approximately six feet tall and live up to 200 years, making them one of the oldest extant races in the galaxy. Their true form is that of a tall grey-humanoid with very pale — nearly white — skin and reptiloid genetics. They are oviparous (egg-laying) and have two genders.

Encyclopedia Galactica Volume I (sourced from the GFW Excelsior database via Thor Han Eredyon) specifies that the Kiily-Tokurt are natural shapeshifters, but their ability to shift is bounded by their genetic range: they can shift into Grey-type or human-type forms, but not into unrelated species. The one feature that betrays a shapeshifted Kiily-Tokurt is their eyes, which remain wide and obsidian black regardless of their assumed form. They are often confused with the Maytrei — who are not shapeshifters and have darker grey skin and wider skulls.

Eyewitness Stephen Chua, who encountered them at the Area 51 S-4 facility, described their complexion as "not white — more like death, somebody had died, definitely. That color is not very pleasant, it's like you take a dead person out of the freezer." He noted that females have very long hair, and that both sexes have longer necks and skinnier frames than Terran humans.

Commerce and activities

Both A Gift from the Stars and Encyclopedia Galactica Volume I (both sourced from Thor Han Eredyon) describe the Kiily-Tokurt as powerful galactic traders whose commerce extends to weapons smuggling and the slave trade. They do not conduct hybridisation programs but do abduct beings for the sexual slave trade and food market; some Kiily-Tokurt also work as mercenaries. The Zadu, an insectoid species from the Ara constellation, maintained trade dealings with the Kiily-Tokurt and through them even traded with the Alliance of Six until being sanctioned by the GFW.

After the 1954 treaty between the Do-Hu and the United States government, independent groups including the Kiily-Tokurt and Maytrei exploited the resulting web of agreements, rapidly inserting themselves into the expanding infrastructure of abduction and trafficking that followed. Through their involvement with the Maytrei and the Orion Empire, the Kiily-Tokurt cooperated with the Military-Industrial Extraterrestrial Complex (MIEC) on abductions, genetic experiments, mind control research, and diplomatic agreements with the Cabal, contributing to the corruption of political elites and infiltration of national security agencies. The Kiily-Tokurt also operated within the Orion Grey Collective, a Rigel-centred network that included the Maytrei, Solipsi Rai, Eben, Zeta, and Dows.

The Kiily-Tokurt cooperated with the Akhori of Altair in slave trade dealings and participated in Alliance of the Six operations via detachments stationed on Akhoria until the Alliance's collapse in 2021. They are not allies of the Zetai, Draco reptilians, or Maytrei, and do not seek territorial conflict, instead working as independent operators.

Spacecraft and Area 51

Kiily-Tokurt spacecraft are distinctive elongated black triangles with three corner lights underneath and a larger central light. Unlike USAF secret flying triangles, the Kiily-Tokurt ships make no noise, have sharp edges, are considerably larger, and possess a cloaking system based on quantum reflection — reflecting the image of what is above the craft on its underside.

In the United States, the Kiily-Tokurt maintained a presence at the Ada base in Oklahoma, a DUMB used for human cloning, genetic experimentation, and as a spaceship base.

At the Area 51 (S-4) spaceport, Stephen Chua observed the sinister triangle-shaped ships of the Kiily-Tokurt using underground landing facilities built specifically for them — a detail that corroborates the independent testimony of former US Air Force weatherman Charles Hall, who witnessed Tall White spacecraft at the adjoining Indian Springs facility in the mid-1960s. The Kiily-Tokurt also maintained interest in recovering the Terran moon following the GFW's enforcement of exclusion boundaries there following the liberation of the Sol system.

Intelligence cooperation with GFW

Despite their reputation as illicit traders, the Kiily-Tokurt have occasionally cooperated with the Galactic Federation of Worlds on matters of mutual interest. In 2024, Elena Danaan reported that the Kiily-Tokurt provided the Federation with the location of a hidden armada of Nebu-engineered hybrid beings — concealed in an interdimensional bubble behind the Orion Nebula M42 — in exchange for commercial agreements: "They said to the Federation, well, in exchange of a few commercial agreements, because they are traders. We give you the location."

Charles Hall, a former US Air Force weather observer who spent approximately two years in regular contact with beings he calls "Tall Whites" at the Indian Springs gunnery ranges adjacent to Area 51 during 1965–1967, described their craft as egg-shaped or ellipsoidal, powered by force-field coils that render the craft "fuzzy white, like a Tic Tac" when energized. Hall stated that the Tall White technology exceeded that of the Grays, with their craft "easily exceeding the speed of light by many times." The Russian Alien Races Book, an alleged KGB document compiled between 1946 and 2013, also lists the Kiily-Tokurt as one of its earliest entries, but places their origin in the Pleiades rather than at Suhail in Vela — a discrepancy with the AGFTS and EG accounts; whether this reflects a conflation with Ahel or other Pleiadian species, or a transmission error in the KGB document, is unresolved. (Danaan has acknowledged using the Russian Alien Races Book as a starting template for A Gift from the Stars, so divergences and agreements between the two compilations may reflect editing of shared material rather than independent traditions.)

Cultural attitudes

Despite their involvement in the slave trade, the Kiily-Tokurt maintain a deeply child-centred domestic culture. A captive Kiily-Tokurt female, telepathically interviewed aboard a Federation station by Elena Danaan via Thor Han Eredyon, described how her species "put their children as very important" and devote enormous effort to their education. When confronted with the contradiction between cherishing their own young and trafficking the children of other species, the female responded simply: "Because that's what we do. It's a trade. It's business." Danaan characterized this as a cattle-analogy: just as Terran humans love their own children while slaughtering the young of animal species, the Kiily-Tokurt regard humans as livestock whose children are a commodity.

Alliance of the Six

Both A Gift from the Stars and Encyclopedia Galactica Volume I (both sourced from Thor Han Eredyon) list the Kiily-Tokurt as members of the Alliance of the Six, a coalition formed by the Orion Nebu Tall Grays during the Orion Wars whose members included the Nebu, Draco reptilians, Kiily-Tokurt, Maytrei, Solipsirai, and Zeta Reticuli. The Alliance maintained detachments of Maytrei, Kiily-Tokurt, and Zeta Xrog on Altair until the Nebu Empire collapsed and the Alliance disbanded in October 2021. The Kiily-Tokurt were also listed as part of the Antarctican Collective — a coalition that included the Corporate of Altair, Draco reptilians, Zeta Xrog, Thule (former Nazi) MIEC, US-Telos Alliance, and the Orion Collective.

1954 Eisenhower meetings

The Kiily-Tokurt attended the 1954 meetings with President Dwight D. Eisenhower at Holloman AFB, representing the Orion Alliance as part of a large delegation. They came on behalf of the Orion Alliance to offer technology in exchange for human biological material, competing against the Galactic Federation of Worlds' disarmament offer.

Relationship with GFW

The Kiily-Tokurt are not members of the Galactic Federation of Worlds and frequent incidents with GFW forces have occurred regarding their illegal activities on and around Terra. Thor Han Eredyon, as a GFW pilot, was regularly involved in routine engagements with Kiily-Tokurt vessels above Earth's orbit.
