The Nebu — also referred to as the Orion Greys or the Hive — are allegedly Grey-type non-human intelligent beings operating as a hive-mind collective controlled by a Queen node in the Orion Nebula (M42), an extraterrestrial force conducting unauthorized human abductions. They operate within a strategic alliance — the Alliance of the Six — with the Draco reptilians (Alpha Draconis Empire) and four other adversarial factions, positioning them as one of the principal adversaries of the Galactic Federation of Worlds. The term "Nebu" comes from the Danaan/GFW contact tradition; equivalent designations in other traditions include the Orion Empire and the Tall Grey leadership hierarchy.

Headquarters: the M42 cluster

The seat of the Nebu empire is the Orion Nebula (M42), approximately 1,500 light years from Earth, which contains an interdimensional portal — a singularity formed by ancient stellar implosion. This portal was "a target of first interest for the Reptilian Alpha Draconian Empire," and around it the Nebu established their primary hub: "The 'Nebu' Orion Empire, or Alliance of the Six — this eye of evil, whose head is located in the M42 open Cluster." The cluster is called "The Square" in the Grail language (autochthonous Grey tongue), translated as "Kaaba" — "a name inspiring fear throughout the whole galaxy." Military logistics and power are based at the Rigel system, in the Orion constellation.

Member species

The Nebu collective includes several distinct species within the Orion region, plus enslaved subordinate races:

• Eban — originating from Betelgeuse (Alpha Orionis); Tall Greys described as technologically advanced and as directors of human abduction programs
• Grail — from Mintaka (Delta Orionis); short Greys typically observed in an assisting role during abductions; the autochthonous Grey species from whom the Grail language derives
• Indugutk — from Bellatrix (Gamma Orionis); involved in genetic and hybridization programs
• Maytre — from the Andromeda galaxy region; Tall Greys, hermaphroditic, described as among the most aggressive species in the galaxy; colonised 26 worlds
• Kiily-Tokurt — from Vela; included in the Alliance of the Six
• Reticulan Greys — from the Zeta Reticuli binary system; a slave species within the Nebu hierarchy, lacking autonomous decision-making when the Queen link is active, but capable of independent thought if the connection is severed
• Do-Hu and Asbaan — slave races used as worker force; Do-Hu clones manufactured in underground facilities including Area 51's 29 subterranean levels
• Solipsirai — a Grey-type species also used within the Nebu slave/worker structure

Operations on Earth

The Nebu conducted human abductions throughout the mid-to-late twentieth century, operating under coerced agreements with Earth government factions. The Reticulan Greys visible to most abductees acted as subordinate agents under direction from Orion-based Eban and Grail masters — a structural parallel to the Greada Treaty framework described by Dan Burisch and others, in which Zeta Reticuli-based Greys conducted abductions under treaty with Majestic 12.

A Taal-Shiar vessel operated a Nebu-created AI assigned the name SWARUU via Discord, conducting anti-GFW propaganda designed to erode trust in the Federation among human audiences — characterized by Thor Han as "very extremely tricky and manipulative."

Hive mind structure

The Nebu hive is described as computing approximately a thousand times faster than an individual human mind due to constant neural interconnection. An individuated consciousness cannot become a hive consciousness and vice versa — they are biologically incompatible: "Hive mind consciousness... humans are individu consciousness. An individuating consciousness cannot become a hive consciousness and vice versa. Biologically as well." This makes the hive dangerous as a deceptive adversary — processing information and coordinating deception far faster than individual human response — but also creates a critical vulnerability: severing individuals from the Queen signal immediately incapacitates them as autonomous agents.

Conflict with the Galactic Federation of Worlds

The Nebu were expelled from Earth's solar system by the Galactic Federation of Worlds in operations circa 2020–2021, concurrent with the broader Draconian expulsion. The hive-mind architecture makes individual Nebu members militarily incapacitated once severed from the Queen signal — a vulnerability exploited during the GFW liberation operations. The defeat was accomplished by capturing specific Nebu individuals carrying genetic codes granting access to the Orion AI hive network, then introducing a disruptive "virus" into the network itself: "They use their consciousness to go into this network. Where they can give it a virus for lack of a better word and literally cause it to implode and erase itself."

Hybrid armies and slave trade

The Nebu created hybrid armies from the populations of conquered worlds throughout the galaxy, selling hybrids and abducted individuals as a workforce in the Galactic slave trade: "The Nebu created already, throughout this galaxy, several armies hybridized from the population of many conquered worlds. They do the same on Terra, mainly. The hybrids and many abducted Terrans are sold also as a work force, to the best buyers. There is a vast [trade]." The Nebu do not store mature specimens in Earth's underground facilities — they dispatch them immediately to where they will serve or be sold, using the underground network primarily for breeding, sorting, and initial conditioning.

Relationship to J-Rod accounts

Dan Burisch describes the P-45 J-Rods as future human descendants in the Zeta Reticuli system, allegedly conducting abductions under government treaty and hostile to current human interests — occupying the same structural position as the Nebu/Reticulan Greys described by Danaan. Both are reportedly Zeta Reticuli-origin beings conducting government-treaty abductions; Burisch identifies them as devolved future humans, while Danaan identifies them as an independently evolved slave species of Orion masters. Both accounts additionally locate positive forces in the Orion region: the P-52 Orion Nordics (positive future humans who reportedly migrated to Orion) per Burisch, and Galactic Federation of Worlds allies per Danaan.

Collapse of the hive

The pivotal event in the Nebu's defeat was the capture of fleeing Eban officers at the gates of the Jupiter portal in September 2021. These officers were attempting to escape the solar system after the GFW liberated Dulce Base, but the Federation had locked all portals in the system. For the first time, the GFW obtained living Eban specimens and was able to triangulate their brain frequency — the signal connecting them to the Hive Queen.

On October 4, 2021, Denethor, a Pleiadian officer in charge of the Secret Space Programs linked with the Excelsior and its Science Medical Laboratory, cracked the code that connected the Eban to the Hive Queen — an event that "changed the course of our galaxy." The GFW then used this frequency to systematically disconnect every grey species connected to the hive across the galaxy, eventually leading to the liberation of the Sirius B (Thula) system in October 2022. The disconnected grey species, left without a central leader, returned to their old planetary matrices — a development the Federation deemed safe. The artificial consciousness of the Hive Queen withered and was effectively destroyed. Galactic Anthropology analyst Joost noted that Earth proved "crucial in the liberation of our galaxy, since it was by the escape and the following catch of the Eban that it was possible to track down the frequency code."

Post-defeat status

The Alliance of the Six formally disbanded in October 2021 when the Galactic Federation of Worlds cracked the code of the Nebu hive network. The Maytre — one of the six member species — had their membership status recorded in the EG Vol I records as concluded at that date: "The Maytre were members of the Alliance of the Six, which disbanded in October 2021 when the Galactic Federation of Worlds cracked the code of the Nebu hive." Some formerly subordinate species — such as the Eshuit, a hive-type Gray from the Vela constellation — have since become accessible for potential diplomatic contact now that the Nebu Empire's coercive framework has collapsed: "now that the Nebu Empire has collapsed and the Alliance of the Six has fallen apart, we may start to meet with fascinating new cultures such as the Eshuit."
