Mount Fuji and Mauna Kea space arks
The Mount Fuji space ark and the Mauna Kea space ark are two ancient spacecraft reported to be concealed inside the volcanic mountains of Mount Fuji in Japan and Mauna Kea in Hawaii, respectively, linked by an underground portal network and serving as primary arks for a civilization whose descendants are held to include the Japanese people. The two arks are named Omega (Mount Fuji) and Alpha (Mauna Kea) and are described as the most prominent example of the global portal network connecting all space arks through the inner Earth.
Guardian beings
The Mount Fuji ark is guarded by a being named Utsu (also transcribed as Utu or Mutsu), described by French-Canadian secret space program whistleblower Jean-Charles Moyen as resembling a female of Sirian origin — appearing Asian in features, with black hair, a tail, and a silver suit — consistent with a description in Elena Danaan's book A Gift from the Stars. A second being, named Ko (also associated with the fire dragon goddess of Japanese mythology), appeared inside the ark and outranked Utsu: when Ko appeared, Utsu bowed her head in a sign of respect. Japanese researchers Miko and Mariko have stated that these beings correspond to figures in Japanese mythology: Utsu as the water dragon and Ko as the fire dragon.
The guardian identified the Mauna Kea ark as Ko herself, who guided Moyen through a portal from the Mount Fuji ark directly into the Mauna Kea vessel during the same visitation sequence. A local Hawaiian contact named Mao, residing near Mauna Kea, independently reported contact with beings matching Moyen's description — white-skinned and blue-eyed — and gave the name of the Mauna Kea ark as Alpha.
Interior description
Inside the Mount Fuji ark, Moyen reported a large interior space lit by golden Katakana script on the walls that reacted to his presence with a surge of energy. The ship contained purple and blue crystals, a large crystalline board, and a portal resembling a horizontal pool of levitating water on the ceiling — touching it caused instant teleportation. Michael Salla noted the similarity to a portal described by U.S. Army insider JP during his mission to the Atlantic space ark, where a glowing blue bubble of water functioned as an inter-ark transit point.
Inside the Mauna Kea ark, the script changed: the wall inscriptions appeared to be a mix of Japanese and glyphs Moyen could not identify — possibly Lemurian or Atlantean — on a crystal board with a handprint interface. Placing his hand in the liquid-metal impression caused a holographic display of the Hawaiian Islands to appear, with Ko explaining the tunnel system connecting every volcano on Earth to the inner world. Ko stated that every ark in the world is connected by portal — "We can travel each arc by the portal" — and that Mauna Kea itself is linked by portal to Olympus Mons on Mars, which she called "the God Mountain."
Jean-Charles Moyen's connection
Moyen's contact with the Mount Fuji ark is documented to predate December 2022 by approximately 46 years: a childhood diary entry dated 7 April 1976, written in French when Moyen was seven years old, describes being taken to Mount Fuji and meeting a "very kind Japanese lady" named Mutsu inside a big spaceship in the mountain, and includes a drawing of the spacecraft. Moyen was first teleported to Tokyo with Elena Danaan in December 2022 — both appearing in Tokyo simultaneously in what Danaan characterized as a Galactic Federation of Worlds teleportation — then separated: Danaan was returned to her home in Ireland while Moyen was deposited in front of Mount Fuji before waking up.
The guardian referred to Moyen by the name "Osi" (meaning "Star" in her language), a name she had used in 1976 as well, suggesting a multi-lifetime relationship between Moyen and the ark's guardians. Historical research conducted by Miko and Mariko uncovered Japanese documents and legends corroborating elements of Moyen's 1976 account — including a depiction of a spacecraft matching his childhood drawing and a figure identified as Utsu — in records he could not have accessed as a French child. A historian named Masa, a colleague of Mariko, had researched Japanese mythology for twenty years and has stated that the details Moyen described — including UFO accounts and the guardian figures — corresponded to known legendary material in Japanese historical records.
Moyen's prior ark experiences include contact with arks in Antarctica, Tibet, and what he describes as the Calash Mountain. Salla has interpreted Moyen's repeated ark access as reflecting the DNA-consciousness interface principle: that only individuals carrying the genetic key of the building civilization can activate a given ark, and that such individuals reincarnate across lifetimes as a standing crew.
Past life and soul continuity
In his 2025 documentary Starseed Revelations 3 and the associated Exopolitics Today interview, Moyen elaborated that his connection to the Mount Fuji ark spans multiple incarnations of the same soul, which he identifies as "Luka," an entity originally from the planet Ultima. Moyen stated that Uyou recognized him as Luka rather than as Jean-Charles — "she know me, but she don't know Jean-Charles; she knows the real being" — because the ark itself identifies visitors by soul frequency rather than physical body. In one visitation Moyen observed Uyou emerge directly from the wall of the spacecraft — materializing as a woman of Japanese appearance before returning into the crystal structure — which he interpreted as evidence that Uyou may be the living consciousness of the ark itself rather than a separate guardian being.
A past incarnation as "Hoshi" (or Hoshiarpur) in twelfth-century Sendai, Japan is described in the documentary: drawings Moyen made of his village at age eight matched historical papyrus records in the Sendai museum to a degree that historian Masa, who had studied Japanese mythology for twenty years, considered documentary corroboration rather than coincidence. Moyen's childhood teleportation to Mount Fuji at age seven was documented as physical rather than astral: upon returning to his bed in a ninth-floor Paris apartment, physical artifacts — a branch and, separately, white sand identical to Bahamas sand recovered years later — were found in his bedclothes by his mother, who was a direct witness.
The Japanese tradition of Mount Fuji as "the center of the universe" was confirmed to Moyen by multiple Japanese researchers, who described the mountain's cosmological centrality as a recurring theme in historical literature — consistent with the ark's reported function as the hub of the global inter-ark portal network.
