Orela

The Orela (singular Orelai) are an alleged non-human species from the Ophiuchus constellation and members of the Council of Five. Tall Grey beings, very slim, with a high thin long neck, a triangular face with a slit for a mouth, barely visible nostrils, and slanted eyes with pupils, they are very old and very wise — peace ambassadors at the high council of the Galactic Federation of Worlds.

Reproduction

The Orela have two genders but no longer reproduce sexually, as that function became inefficient with their evolution; instead they construct new organic bodies and imbue them with a soul from their own matrix. They rarely travel out of their world, preferring interdimensional resonance to physical travel; their ships are round and flat.

Council of Five

The Council of Five — of which the Orela are a founding member alongside the Egaroth, the Ginvo, the Redan, and the Emerther — is the remnant of the ancient Council of Nine, which was reduced to five cultures after the Orion wars took their toll. The Russian Alien Races Book, an alleged KGB document compiled between 1946 and 2013, also lists the Orela as a member of the Council of Five. The Council of Five operates independently of the Galactic Federation of Worlds' jurisdiction but shares its ethical foundations of free will, balance, justice, and evolution. Their long-term mission on Terra has focused on preparing human populations for the Great Awakening by working on specific bloodlines to activate and enhance DNA codes capable of withstanding higher-frequency soul embodiment.

History of the Council

The Council's predecessors watched over Terra before the Galactic Federation of Worlds existed, monitoring humanity "when it was still organisms floating in your oceans." The Council of Five last met Terran leaders in 1944 and, unlike the GFW, does not follow a strict rule of non-intervention — holding that intervention is sometimes necessary to prevent a species from taking a fatally destructive path.

In an appearance on ParaTruth Radio, Elena Danaan described the Council of Five's bloodline selection program, explaining that "some earth blood lines were picked because they have a potential and throughout generation and generation children are abducted by, it's the Council of Five. It's a good extraterrestrial organization to activate their DNA and enhance them" so that higher-frequency souls can incarnate in sufficiently activated bodies. Danaan has also described the Council of Five's work on Earth in terms of a long-running starseed program: working generation after generation on selected bloodlines to enhance alleged psychic abilities and reactivate DNA that had been genetically altered in the past. Danaan has also described a personal Council of Five contact from her childhood — a Councillor from the Orela's circle who she identifies as one of her interdimensional protectors.
