Med bed
A med bed is multiple distinct classes of advanced medical device of alleged extraterrestrial or back-engineered origin, purportedly capable of diagnosing and repairing the human body at the cellular and genetic level — including reportedly reversing aging, regenerating damaged tissue, correcting genetic diseases, and modifying DNA — by mechanisms that allegedly differ substantially across device types. Michael Salla identifies at least four distinct technological approaches reportedly in active use within secret space program contexts. Alex Collier reports that the Andromedans call their equivalent devices "holographic cameras" — also rendered as "healing tables" — and David Clements describes a qualitatively different ET-origin type he characterizes as an "intelligent living field system which could organize matter very quickly."

Most-documented type: holographic healing chamber

The crystal-based holographic healing chamber — the type most extensively described in SSP testimony — uses a quartz array to read and restore the body's complete holographic cellular pattern by tuning backwards through time to before the onset of injury or disease. Dan Willis identifies this as the "most positive form" of the four types. Randy Cramer independently describes the same principle: "if you fool the cells into thinking that the cells are already good, then they'll repair them into a perfect state... it just gets your body to repair itself using a holographic pattern."
Reported use in secret space programs
Multiple SSP witnesses describe personal experience with med beds. Jean-Charles Moyen, who reportedly served in the Franco-American Solar Warden fleet aboard the Solaris, describes living quarters that allegedly included "a med bed, regenerating bed" during his SSP training. After allegedly suffering injuries in a combat rescue mission, Moyen was reportedly "regenerated in a medical bed" by fellow SSP member David Rousseau's unit.
David Rousseau, who claims to have served alongside Moyen on the Solaris, provided a description of the med bed he reportedly witnessed used on Moyen: the device was allegedly a sarcophagus-shaped container, half-filled with a translucent liquid resembling fluid metal, that could open and close. Moyen's body was purportedly immersed in the liquid with the container sealed around him; Rousseau described the process as "abnormally long" compared to what he understood to be typical.
Public suppression
John Warner IV, son of former Secretary of the Navy John Warner, reports having privately discussed med beds with former Deputy Secretary of Defense Chris Mellon: "I know the med beds are real, I asked Chris Mellon about those and that was one thing we agreed on." Dan Willis characterizes their withholding from the public as a case of suppressed technology: "these advanced healing technologies — these exist, but they have been kept from the general public. But there is a plan in place to reveal this." Elena Danaan reported in March 2023 allegedly witnessing mass production of med bed devices at facilities inside the Moon.
Age regression at lunar medical facilities
Mark Domizio, who claims 34 years of service at a deep underground military base at Diego Garcia, testified that end-of-service age regression was allegedly performed at a lunar hospital facility. According to Domizio, his clone was transferred to a moon-based hospital after a period of psychological breakdown, where it reportedly spent approximately two months before the age regression and memory alteration procedures. Domizio describes the moon hospital as a distinct facility from surface-based med beds — a purportedly dedicated medical environment for high-complexity procedures including clone management and regression.
Quantum crystal scalar wave devices as med bed precursors
Inventor Dave Rossi, discussing his development of a quantum crystal scalar wave transmission device in 2023, was asked by Michael Salla whether his technology was related to the med beds allegedly being mass-produced on the Moon with extraterrestrial assistance. Rossi stated that crystalline structures — particularly quartz crystals — are very much part of the technology: "I would certainly encourage people not to discount crystalline structures and quartz crystals. Very much so." He described his device as representing a component or subset of the underlying principles that med beds may employ, while noting that he does not claim full knowledge of how the complete technology functions.
ICC regen tanks as med bed variant
Len Kasten, documenting the medical technology at Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC) facilities on Mars, describes the "regen tank" as a distinct med bed variant using holographic cellular regeneration based on the subject's own DNA — capable of regrowing lost limbs in hours, healing cancer, and restoring the body to a younger state indefinitely. Kasten reports that Randy Cramer ("Captain Kaye") had his foot regrown after it was bitten off by an Insectoid soldier, and describes the broader principle: "The field hospitals include 'med beds' that can restore limbs, sometimes in hours. They can fix destroyed bodies and even cancer. Anything can be regenerated in these tanks." Kasten further notes that some ICC personnel attribute nanite technology — including what witnesses describe as black or gray goo — to the regeneration process, paralleling the nanite bed type identified by Salla.
Alleged Earth-based facilities
Steven Greer has stated that he personally visited an underground laboratory on the Mexico–Texas border where he observed medical technologies capable of spinal cord regeneration and regrowth of lost limbs, describing the experience as having convinced him that "if we had that, the lives that could be saved" would be transformative.
