Global Galactic League of Nations
The Global Galactic League of Nations (GGLN) is an alleged multinational secret space program established to give non-superpower nations a presence and role in space operations, operating primarily outside Earth's solar system. Per Corey Goode, it functions as a "NATO-type" structure distinct from the US-dominated Solar Warden and Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC) programs, focused on science, research, and planetary defense against perceived external threats.
Origins
By the late 1950s and early 1960s it had become apparent to most major nations that covert space programs were underway. Michael Salla further reportedly linked the program's institutional origin to a United Nations agreement following Ronald Reagan's September 1987 address to the General Assembly: "It seems to have been born out of a United Nations agreement. The beginning of this program coincides with a particular speech given to the U.N. by President Reagan that mentions how quickly we would come together if there were an alien threat." Smaller nations demanded inclusion. The GGLN was the result — described as a "carrot" offered to keep participating nations quiet and compliant while providing them a stake in extraterrestrial defense. The program's formation is dated to "probably at least the '80s, maybe even '90s — it's fairly recent," not the post-WWII period when knowledge of space programs first proliferated.
Surrendering UFO crash debris to American retrieval teams was part of the existing arrangement with smaller countries, and GGLN membership served as a form of compensation for their cooperation.
Structure and personnel
The GGLN includes personnel from nations across the world. "Just about every country you could imagine is involved at some level." Personnel at the base wore jumpsuits with national flag patches, identifying representatives from nations including Estonia, Ukraine, and others from Africa and South America. The staff were predominantly scientists and engineers — referred to informally within the SSP as "eggheads."
The program is described as heavily compartmentalized: personnel are told they are at the top of the intelligence hierarchy and doing vital work for humanity, while in practice knowing "some of the spectrum" of what is actually occurring in space, but far less than other SSP factions. Their stated mission is research and technology development to prepare for a potential outside alien threat — framing consistent with Ronald Reagan's public remarks about an alien threat unifying humanity.
The base
The GGLN installation was visited "a couple of times." Access was via the underground tram system, traveling through a portal to emerge on a habitable moon orbiting a gas giant in another solar system. The moon had a breathable atmosphere, vegetation, and a luminescent blue pool inside a natural cave grotto where personnel relaxed. "Scuttlebutt" among GGLN personnel placed the location in the Pleiades star cluster, though this identification was doubted.
The atmosphere at the base contrasted sharply with ICC installations: people were relaxed, happy, and unguarded, working on what they believed to be vital research. Equipment at the base was ICC-sourced technology provided to keep personnel satisfied and productive.
Developments since 2018
By 2018, the GGLN had undergone a significant internal shift. After intelligence gathered by SSP Alliance operative "Sigmund" revealed evidence of ICC-facilitated human trafficking, biological trading, and technology deals conducted through the Dark Fleet — activities that violated the terms of agreements made with more ethical extraterrestrial groups — the GGLN began taking active steps to identify and remove compromised personnel from its ranks. The organization simultaneously began forging closer ties with a Galactic Federation group and evolved into "a complete breakaway civilization" operating under the guidance of positive extraterrestrial beings — increasingly independent of U.S. SSP control.
An earlier public presentation described the GGLN's structure in the same terms: a multi-national program founded in the 1980s or 1990s as a geopolitical "carrot" — giving member nations a stake in secret space operations in exchange for their continued silence — with personnel uniformed in jumpsuits bearing national-flag patches, tasked with scientific research and planetary defense while remaining heavily compartmentalized from the wider range of SSP activities. The contrast between GGLN facilities — where personnel were genuinely happy and believed they were doing vital work for humanity — and the guarded, anxious atmosphere at ICC installations on Mars was noted as stark.
Relationship to other SSP factions
The GGLN is one of five major secret space program factions alongside Solar Warden, the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate, the Dark Fleet, and a military faction. Unlike Solar Warden (which operates inside the solar system) or the Dark Fleet (which conducts offensive operations with the Draco Alliance), the GGLN works "almost completely outside of the Solar System." Its infrastructure was likely constructed by the ICC.
In the late 1990s or early 2000s, a further technology-sharing agreement was reportedly signed between major powers — the US, Russia, China, India, and others — to complement the GGLN arrangement, involving exchange of scientists to ensure continuity of technical knowledge across groups.
Formation context
The end of the Cold War provided the unique geopolitical opportunity for the GGLN's establishment. The program was formed in the context of the extraterrestrial invasion threat that President Ronald Reagan believed was imminent and discussed both publicly and at summits. Michael Salla described Reagan's September 1987 address to the United Nations General Assembly — in which he stated that it would be better if Earth's nations cooperated in facing "the extraterrestrial threat" — as directly connected to the formation of a United Nations-affiliated secret space program during that same period. Additionally, the alleged 1989 abduction of United Nations Secretary General Javier Pérez de Cuéllar — who was involved in high-level disclosure negotiations — demonstrated to world leaders the reality of the extraterrestrial presence and the need for a coordinated international response. Salla characterized the GGLN as fundamentally "a cover program whose true purpose was for the U.S. to manage extraterrestrial secrets acquired by other nations" — giving smaller countries the appearance of participation while preserving American control over the core intelligence.
Public disclosure
The GGLN was first described publicly by Corey Goode in the Cosmic Disclosure television series beginning in August 2015, specifically in Season 1, Episode 8 ("Global Galactic League of Nations"), broadcast on Gaia TV and hosted by David Wilcock. Goode elaborated on the GGLN across multiple subsequent seasons as additional context about the SSP factions emerged.
