City of Jerusalem mothership

The City of Jerusalem is a claimed mothership of alleged extraterrestrial or advanced-civilization origin anticipated to appear over the Middle East in connection with end-times religious prophecy and false-flag alien savior scenarios, described by researcher and author Ella LeBain as associated with Atlantis and linked to the Gog and Magog war framework of Hebrew scripture. Michael Salla, in his December 2023 weekly review, discussed the claim and noted Elena Danaan's separate perspective on the phenomenon published to her Telegram channel.

Prophetic context: the Gog and Magog war

LeBain's interpretation frames the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and potential regional expansion as the fulfillment of the Gog and Magog war described in the books of Ezekiel and Revelation — a war in which Israel faces a coalition of regional nations and stands alone until rescued. LeBain, who has written a five-volume non-fiction series entitled Who's Who in the Cosmic Zoo and identifies as both Christian and Jewish, presented the mothership's arrival as a genuine messianic event, distinct from manipulation.

Deep state interpretation

Salla offered a competing analysis: that the Gog and Magog war narrative is not prophetic fulfillment but a scripted, manufactured geopolitical program. In support he cited General Wesley Clark's 2001 Pentagon disclosure that six Middle Eastern nations — Somalia, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, and culminating in Iran — had been designated for sequential destabilization following 9/11, none of which had involvement in the attacks. The 2010 Project Camelot Anglo-Saxon Mission document — presented by Kerry Cassidy and Bill Ryan — described a similar program for contriving a global war using the Middle East and involving Iran and China.

Project Blue Beam connection

Salla linked the potential appearance of the City of Jerusalem mothership to the "alien savior event" scenario first described by French-Canadian researcher Serge Monast in a 1955 book, published in French, entitled Project Blue Beam. Monast (who died of a heart attack shortly after publication) described not only a false flag alien invasion but specifically a false-flag savior event: the deployment of holographic technology to project a messianic or divine figure emerging from large craft, with institutional backing from the Vatican, to produce global mass compliance.

Salla expressed the view that the City of Jerusalem was "more than likely part of this false flag event," while acknowledging LeBain's belief that it represents genuine messianic intervention, and noting Danaan's "very different perspective" on the same question.

Extraterrestrial agreements

In the same December 2023 episode, Salla addressed researcher Jason Wild's analysis, drawn from Dolores Cannon's hypnotic regression sessions, of an alleged broken agreement between the U.S. government and extraterrestrial beings, in which non-human intelligent beings offered life-changing technologies that were subsequently weaponized by intelligence and military communities rather than released for public benefit. Salla argued this goes beyond speculation: whistleblower testimonies from Phil Schneider, Dan Sherman, Bill Uhouse, Charles Hall, and Daniel Salter all document agreements with grey extraterrestrials — admissible as eyewitness testimony — while his source JP, an active U.S. Army soldier, participates in programs that are a direct result of agreements between extraterrestrials and military organizations.

Salla further cited the 2021 Jupiter Accords, in which 14 major spacefaring nations represented through their space agencies reached an executive agreement — under the coordination of U.S. Space Command — establishing Jupiter as a hub for Earth's spacefaring relationship with extraterrestrial civilizations and creating a joint executive council for that purpose.

Atlantean origin and prophesied return

In a separate Exopolitics Today interview focused specifically on the biblical and extraterrestrial dimensions of the Jerusalem mothership, LeBain described the City of Jerusalem as a twelve-leveled mothership with twelve gates — each named for one of the tribes of Israel — that she believes was once the capital city of Atlantis and departed Earth when the Atlantean civilization was destroyed by floods: "I am of the belief that the main city of Atlantis was a mother ship and when the floods were ordered from inside the earth as well as from the sky, the main mother ship, the main city took off." LeBain presented the returning mothership not as an alien invasion but as a fulfillment of the Zachariah and Revelation prophecies: when the God of Israel returns accompanied by the New Jerusalem craft, the surviving third of Israel's population will witness "the one whom they pierced" arriving — a scene LeBain identifies as requiring reincarnation of those present at the crucifixion, since the prophecy cannot otherwise be fulfilled.

DeSouza's false flag mothership prediction

Former FBI special agent John DeSouza, in a separate 2023 Exopolitics Today interview, independently predicted the deployment of city-sized motherships over major cities as a false flag operation. DeSouza described the scenario in his book The Extra Dimensional: "Once the black swans arrive, once we awaken to numerous mile long shadows cast by these ancient ships hanging over our major cities, soundless, motionless, maddening, it will be too late." DeSouza argued that Project Blue Beam technology would be used not to replace real craft but to augment them — holographically multiplying a small number of real objects into an apparently overwhelming fleet — combined with voice-to-skull technology to simulate divine or messianic voices speaking to the population.
