Tall Greys
Tall Greys (also Tall Whites or Tall Grays) are an alleged morphological umbrella category covering multiple distinct non-human intelligent species that share a Grey-type body plan — elongated cranium, large dark eyes, four-fingered hands, slim frame — but stand substantially taller than the 3–4 foot worker-type Zeta Greys, ranging from five to nine feet in height depending on species. The category is not a single species; it encompasses beings of radically different origin, ethics, and galactic affiliation, united only by body morphology. Its members included Nebu, Draco reptilians, Kiily-Tokurt, Maytre, Solipsi Rai, and Xrog from Zeta Reticuli; the Alliance allegedly disbanded in October 2021 when the Galactic Federation of Worlds cracked the Nebu hive-mind signal.
Within the Nebu command hierarchy active on Earth, the Draco reptilian commanders from Thuban held overall command; they commanded the Tall Grey Maytre and Mantis Insectoids, who in turn directed the Do-Hu Zeta Reticulans and the enslaved faction of Solipsi Rai and their cloned technicians.
Danaan explicitly warns that, with the sole exception of the Tau Ceti Emerther (tall Greys with a human face), no benevolent Grey species made contact with Earth during the modern era: all other Greys who visited, made contact, or conducted abductions were assessed as nefarious and very dangerous. Danaan has described the adversarial Greys' broader strategy as one of deliberate cultural grooming: "We've been groomed by the Grays and the bad ones to be materialistic like this... That's what they do. They take an innocent species, and they groom them to be their minions and their slaves."
Classification of component species
Eban (Betelgeuse / Carina) — the Hive founders
The Eban (also Ebani) are Reptiloid Grey beings standing 6–9 feet tall, native to the fifth planet of the Betelgeuse Carina system — a cold, desertic world called Edemera, protected by a large engineered cloud of cosmic dust. As part of the Alliance of the Six, the Eban are deeply involved with the Cabal on Terra, working alongside Terran military personnel in underground facilities on hybridization programs and soul scalping. They maintain a secondary colony at Altimar in the Ophiuchus constellation.
The Betelgeuse Eban Hive was the founding engine of the Nebu Empire's expansion agenda in Orion. Their principal method of empire-building was assimilation of other species' hive queens into the Nebu superqueen. When the Myiut of the Rigel system refused to submit their planetary hive queen to this merger, the Eban sent military forces to forcibly assimilate the Myiut queen and eliminate any remaining resistance; the Myiut are now recognized by the GFW as a protected culture.
Maytre (Andromeda galaxy / Megopei) — mid-tier commanders
The Maytre (also Maytrei) inhabit the Andromeda galaxy (Megopei). Hermaphroditic and described by Danaan as "the worst out of all," they served as mid-tier commanders in the Nebu Earth hierarchy, positioned above the worker Greys but below the Draco reptilians Reptilians. The Maytre created the X-Tykut, a synthetic slave-worker race resembling small Greys, of which fewer than 300 units exist due to rarity of required materials; these are capable of basic rational thinking and ship piloting but are fully inorganic. Kiily-Tokurt shape-shifters are regularly mistaken for the Maytre; the Maytre are not shape-shifters, have darker grey skin, uglier features, and wider skulls.
Do-Hu (Zeta Reticuli) — the treaty signatories
The Do-Hu from Zeta Reticuli are the "big-nosed" or "long-nosed" Greys, taller than the standard Solipsi Rai worker type. Their discoidal ships carry a very wide aperture underneath, calibrated for large-scale abductions including vehicles. Despite their technological superiority over the Draco reptilians, the Do-Hu submitted to Reptilian command for reasons of survival.
The Do-Hu signed the Greada Treaty with Eisenhower in 1954 — ostensibly an exchange of technology for limited genetic study — which served as legal cover allowing the Nebu to settle permanently under treaty protection, shielding them from GFW intervention. The scenario had previously been executed on twenty-seven other worlds in the galaxy. Approximately two thousand Do-Hu were present on Terra and its Moon at the time of writing, supplemented by many thousands of clones.
Indugutk (Bellatrix) — the violent whites
The Indugutk from Bellatrix (Orion) are tall white Reptiloid Greys, described as extremely violent and recognizable by a distinctive burnt-sulphur smell. Their civilization extends across the star systems of Rigel, Bellatrix, Betelgeuse, and their home world Mintaka. Also referred to as the "Grail," they infiltrated the peaceful Eldari of Canis Minor using diplomatic pretense before subverting all levels of Eldari social structure through the same genetic infiltration technique they had applied elsewhere.
Kurg (unspecified) — slave traders
The Kurg are a species of Tall Greys with very pale skin, sometimes called Tall Whites, who operate in Area 51 and drive black triangular craft. In a 2021 interview, Elena Danaan described an encounter facilitated by Thor Han Eredyon aboard a GFW station, where she telepathically communicated with a captive female Kurg. Despite their involvement in abductions and the selling of human slaves to the Dark Fleet and Reptilians, the Kurg female explained that on her home world "they put their children as very important" and "they love their children so much" — a cognitive dissonance Danaan found disturbing given the species' documented trafficking of children of other species for what she described as "despicable purposes."
Kiily-Tokurt (Vela) — the "Tall Whites"
The Kiily-Tokurt from Vela present as tall grey-humanoids with pale, nearly white skin and obsidian-dark wide eyes — a Reptiloid species with a deceptively humanoid silhouette, frequently mislabeled "Tall Whites." Unlike the Maytre, the Kiily-Tokurt are shape-shifters; they are oviparous with two genders and do not hybridize, but do conduct abductions for sexual slavery. They were members of the Alliance of the Six and formerly active in abduction programs; they subsequently joined the Markhat Collective after Nebu collapse.
Eshuit (Auriga) — giant hive-minds
The Eshuit from the fourth planet in Auriga are among the tallest of the Grey morphology, standing 8–9 feet, with obsidian eyes carrying a silver pupil and an elongated skull with a median ridge. They are a Level 3 planetary hive mind — all life on their world is connected to the planet's central mind.
Orelai (Ophiuchus) — benevolent ambassadors
The Orelai from Ophiuchus are a positive Tall Grey species and members of the Council of Five and the Galactic Federation of Worlds. Very slim with a high thin long neck, triangular face with a slit mouth, barely visible nostrils, and slanted eyes with a pupil, they are very old and serve as peace ambassadors. They have two genders but no longer copulate for reproduction, as this function became inefficient with their evolutionary progression.
Emerther (Tau Ceti) — the exception
The Emerther from Tau Ceti are tall Greys with a human face, physically classified as the Grey morphotype but of entirely distinct non-adversarial disposition; they are members of the Council of Five and the sole benevolent Grey species assessed to have made genuine contact with Earth.
Hive classification
Nebu-affiliated Tall Grey species operate under a superqueen-linked hive-mind structure. The Galactic Federation of Worlds classifies hive consciousness on a scale: Type −1 is a single species interfaced with its own biological queen; higher types involve multi-species or artificial integration. The Betelgeuse Eban Hive expanded by assimilating other species' queens into the Nebu superqueen — a process allegedly terminated galaxy-wide when the GFW cracked the superqueen signal in 2021, causing the Nebu Empire's collapse and Orion Greys' withdrawal from their various Earth-adjacent coalitions.
Capture of Eban leaders (2021)
In October 2021, the Galactic Federation of Worlds captured nine Eban command-tier individuals who had been fleeing Dulce Base and attempting to escape through a portal near Saturn. Thor Han Eredyon described the capture to Elena Danaan: "These are Ebans, a very rare and exceptional catch. It is extremely difficult to catch them as they play with frequency shifts, interdimensional jumps, and temporal hide-and-seek games. And when we happen to catch one, it disincorporates instantly." The nine were kept in darkness within transparent cylinders of bluish gel, because "they thrive on ultraviolet light — our regular light harms them." The GFW's strategic purpose was to crack the Nebu hive-mind frequency for the first time in galactic history: "For the first time in the history of this galaxy, we are going to crack this code." Danaan explained that Tall Greys' hive communication operates through brain frequency calibrated to a central queen consciousness — not implants: "There is no technology involved. We are talking about consciousness. Although they have individual thinking of their own, their minds are calibrated on a specific, same brain frequency connected to a central consciousness called the queen."
Third-party accounts
William Cooper, drawing on documents he claimed to have seen during Naval Intelligence service, described a taller command-type Grey in the alleged Eisenhower-era treaty negotiations, distinct from the shorter drones — consistent with the Eban/Do-Hu distinction between command-tier and worker-tier Greys. Cooper placed the Tall Greys as originating from the constellation Orion — "a planet around a red star in the constellation of Orion, which we called Betelgeuse" — and described their planet as dying at some unknown future time, explaining their presence in Earth's solar system. Charles Hall's Nellis Air Force Base accounts describe a pale-skinned tall humanoid that some researchers map to the Kiily-Tokurt morphotype. In a 2025 interview with Jesse Michels, Hall stated that the Tall Whites possessed technology superior to that of the Grays and that both species used scout craft distinct from the deep-space vessels that made the interstellar crossing: "The craft that the Tall Whites and the Grays came in could easily exceed the speed of light by many times. The Tall White technology was better than the technology of the Grays. But the Grays come from a planet that's closer than the planet the Tall Whites come from. And the Grays got here first." Hall estimated that approximately 90 percent of actual extraterrestrial craft sightings involve Gray craft and about 10 percent involve Tall White craft, owing to the Grays' earlier arrival and greater numbers.
Alex Collier, drawing on information he attributes to his Andromedan contacts Moraney and Vasais, described the Grays at Dulce Base absorbing adrenalized human blood through their skin: "What the Grays, which we call the Grays, which Elena's people refer to as the Naaru — they would put their hand in these vats and they would take the fluid and they would put it on their arms and their bodies and then their bodies would absorb the fluid... our fear, the fear that humans were put through, is actually a narcotic, a drug for these extraterrestrials."
The Alien Races Book (Santori translation of an alleged KGB document) catalogs Grey-type species as separate entries without employing the "Tall Grey" umbrella designation.
