Kherson space ark
The Kherson space ark is an alleged ancient spacecraft buried beneath the Oleshky Sands desert in the Kherson region of southern Ukraine, approximately 25 kilometres (15 miles) east of the city of Kherson. In early 2022 it was reported to have begun activating — emitting signals and building toward an eventual launch into the air — coinciding with Russian military forces seizing Kherson on 2 March 2022, making it the first Ukrainian city to fall in Russia's military intervention. The case is one of the most geopolitically specific claims among the broader Space Arks reports, and is advanced by exopolitics researcher Michael Salla and JP (a pseudonymous United States Army insider) on the basis of coordinates, voice messages, and corroborating intelligence attributed to the Galactic Federation of Worlds.
Location and identification
The ark is claimed to lie beneath Oleshky Sands, the only natural sand desert in Ukraine and a long-standing nature reserve and tourist destination whose geological origins have puzzled researchers, with conventional explanations attributing the sands to historical overgrazing by sheep. On 11 February 2022, JP passed Salla GPS coordinates pointing to Oleshky Sands as the location of a buried space ark he had been briefed on through his covert mission network. Salla publicly disclosed the coordinates and the ark's existence for the first time on 26 February 2022 during a live webinar.
The Kherson ark is described as one of a pair in the region: a second ark is said to exist in northern Russia, already under Russian government control and described as "in good hands" having been placed there by positive extraterrestrials who taught Russian authorities how to use it.
Activation
According to the broader Space Arks narrative, ancient arks across Earth, the Moon, and Mars began activating in early 2022 in response to the approach of a large fleet belonging to the Intergalactic Confederation parked near Jupiter. The Kherson ark is presented as part of this global activation wave. JP relayed to Salla in a voice message on 24 February 2022 — the same day Russia launched its broader military operation in Ukraine — that the Ukrainian ark was activating and that U.S. military authorities had been prepared to enter and investigate it. JP additionally predicted that the ark would eventually begin flying into the air, transforming into a globally visible aerial event.
The Russian advance and deep state involvement
Two days after Salla's February 26 webinar, Elena Danaan relayed a message to Salla from Thor Han Eredyon, a Galactic Federation of Worlds pilot, describing Russia's military action not as an invasion but as a "cleansing operation." According to Thor Han's message, the deep state had discovered the buried ark years prior and had been attempting to activate it, but the ark's own activation triggered Russia's decision to seize control: "The arc activated so it was time Putin got his hands on it." Thor Han further specified that the ark in Kherson remained actively contested as of 1 March 2022, "still fought for by the deep state military based in the south of Ukraine near the arc buried in the sand."
By 2 March 2022, Russian forces had defeated Ukrainian military opposition and secured full control of Kherson city and the surrounding region, including the Oleshky Sands area. Conventional explanations for the Russian offensive — pressure on the Donbas, destruction of US-sponsored biolaboratories, or the strategic value of the Dnieper freshwater canal serving Crimea — were assessed as insufficient to explain why Russia opened military axes far from the contested Donetsk and Luhansk regions; control of the ark was proposed as the more compelling strategic logic.
Global monitoring
During a later briefing at Eglin Air Force Base, JP — a pseudonymous United States Army soldier who had previously participated in covert joint missions to other Space Arks including the Moon space ark (December 2021) and the Atlantic space ark — reported seeing a live satellite-based map showing all active Space Arks globally, color-coded by heat signature. The Kherson ark appeared among a set of red pulsating locations alongside other arks described as activating simultaneously. JP's contact with the Kherson ark was indirect: he received the GPS coordinates from within his military briefing network and passed them to Salla on 11 February 2022, rather than visiting the site in person.
Significance
The Kherson space ark is presented as evidence that the Russia–Ukraine conflict has a hidden extraterrestrial dimension, with the movements of great powers shaped by competition over ancient technology rather than conventional geopolitical factors. The ark's reported impending launch — rising visibly from the Ukrainian desert into the atmosphere — is described as a potential global disclosure event comparable in scale to any officially sanctioned announcement. Russia's capture of Kherson has been characterized as "powerful circumstantial evidence" supporting the activation narrative and the involvement of the Earth Alliance in managing access to the ark technology.
Collier and Danaan corroboration (March 2022)
During a March 2022 roundtable, Alex Collier, an Andromedan contactee, corroborated the ark interpretation of the Russian intervention: "I know you've received messages from Thor Han about this Ukraine arc and this — how the deep state people got their hands on it and they couldn't activate it and it was time for that to be controlled by the white hats." Elena Danaan confirmed via Thor Han Eredyon that the ark had activated on its own before Russian forces arrived: "In Ukraine, the arcs was already discovered by the shadow government and they were trying to activate it and did nothing they could — it was impossible, they couldn't. But then the arcs started to activate by themselves. And now it needs to be in the right hands." Collier additionally drew an explicit parallel between the Russian seizure of Kherson and the U.S. military's alleged seizure of ancient Sumerian stargates during the Iraq War, stating that the first city Russia captured was Kherson and the ark was located beneath it: "The first city it captures or the region it captured was Kherson and that's where this arc is located under the ground of Oleds [Oleshky] National Park. So again, the same." Collier argued that Russia's military entry into Ukraine served, at least in part, to ensure the Kherson ark came under Earth Alliance custody rather than remaining in deep state-aligned hands. Collier also alleged the presence of biolabs in Ukraine as an additional reason for the intervention, asking: "Why were there so many bio labs there? Why were we paying for all that? And what was it exactly they were doing? You see, we can't have that conversation." The companion ark in northern Russia, distinct from the Kherson ark, is treated separately in the literature as the Arctic space ark.
JP March 2022 elaboration
In a separate March 2022 Exopolitics Today interview, JP reportedly elaborated on the scale, characteristics, and contents of the Kherson ark, describing it as the largest ark on Earth — "bigger than the one in the Atlantic Ocean and it's slightly bigger than the one on the moon" — and as containing a vast biological library: "one of the biggest libraries of biological life forms — a huge room with capsules of all kinds of seeds of plants and plant life that has properties that can help humanity a lot."
JP further reported that the Oleshky Sands desert is reportedly itself a byproduct of the buried ark: the vessel allegedly emits a type of radiation that desiccates the ground above, producing the circular sand formation visible from satellite imagery, with a similar pattern observed at an ark site in Brazil near Guyana.
JP additionally reported that a team of American personnel had reportedly transited via a portal inside the Atlantic space ark directly to the Ukraine ark shortly before the Russian advance on Kherson, and that the team had since gone silent. He speculated that Elon Musk's deployment of Starlink over Ukraine was partly intended to re-establish quantum-entanglement communication with the team underground: "Americans jumped to one of those Arks using a jump room that each Ark has. Right now we don't hear nothing about them. We don't know if they're hostage or they're working together. That's one of the reasons I think Elon Musk is trying to help out, to see if we can get this communication back. It's a type of quantum entanglement communication type of communication — it penetrates deeper into the ground."
Continued custody and Sleeping Giants (2024)
In a July 2024 roundtable, JP indicated that the Oleshky Sands region remained under Russian-aligned control with inner-Earth support, and that the ark is connected to a broader network of Sleeping Giants under guard by inner-Earth civilizations: "Over there in Ukraine, I think that's why — I guess the Arkussians, they still have the area where the sand, sand domes — what do you call those? — that place, they still in charge of that." JP added that each sleeping giant has its own inner-Earth army that awakens when the giant's realm is disturbed.
October 2022 roundtable context
At an October 2022 roundtable discussion held at the Galactic Spiritual Informers Connection conference, Elena Danaan and Alex Collier placed the Kherson ark within the broader activation sequence. Danaan described a large automated mining ship in the A-ring of Saturn, maintained by polymer automatons with its original Anunnaki crew in stasis — and noted that the same Enki-return activation event governing the awakening of sleeping giants on Earth also governed the readiness schedule for off-world installations. Collier stated that Andromedan contacts had placed Anunnaki scientists in stasis across multiple solar system locations — including moons and craft — awaiting the same reactivation trigger, suggesting the Kherson ark was one node in a much larger coordinated network.
