Saturn ring mining

Saturn ring mining is an alleged Earth Alliance and extraterrestrial collaborative operation to extract materials from Saturn's ring system, reportedly ongoing since at least 2024. The materials mined — primarily anti-gravity rocks found in both the rings and in Saturn's upper atmosphere — are described as having mass-cancellation properties and were reportedly being studied on Titan and brought to Mars facilities before eventual transfer to Earth.

Background

In December 2022, according to Elena Danaan, an Anunnaki representative named Enki formally returned custody of Saturn to the Earth Alliance, opening the planet and its moons to Earth Alliance exploration for the first time. Prior to that transfer, Saturn had been under the control of a group described by Danaan as hostile, which had prevented any access to the system's interior and ring structures.

In January 2024, Danaan received information that an Earth Alliance team of scientists — described as including topographers, biologists, and engineers — had been granted access to Titan, Saturn's largest moon, and were being transported to Saturn itself to study ancient floating cities built from anti-gravity materials. The Anunnaki were described as providing guides for the Earth Alliance scientists to navigate these locations, with Enki's detachment facilitating shuttle travel to the sites.

Mining operations

JP, a former U.S. Army sergeant who had previously reported on missions to the Moon and a moon of Jupiter, reported in September 2024 — the day after the Galactic Spiritual Informers Connection conference in Colorado Springs — that he had recovered memories of a prior mission to Saturn's rings. He described being aboard a large mining ship in Saturn's rings, observing the Encke gap from the vessel and recognising at least two additional ships in formation.

The mining ship

JP described the craft as a joint Earth Alliance/extraterrestrial vessel marked with both English-language metrics and Sumerian cuneiform writing — the combination indicating a collaboration programme. Elena Danaan, on seeing JP's sketch of the vessel, identified the Sumerian inscription as reading "Ra" — a title meaning "high commander" or "supreme ruler" — identifying it as one of the Anunnaki-affiliated shuttles placed at the Earth Alliance's disposal for Saturn exploration.

The ship's front section contained an intake area where raw ring material was processed: separating water, gold, and other materials usable for construction. A rear section contained a rotating gravity ring — a ring of seats that rotated at high speed to simulate multiple gravitational environments, including those of Titan, Mars, the Moon, and Earth — used by crew members to prevent bone density and muscle loss during extended space missions. Crew uniforms contained electrical pulse circuits that provided additional muscle stimulation throughout the body.

The Encke gap and dormant ships

JP reported the presence of a cigar-shaped craft within the Encke gap that appeared to be guiding the mining ships and monitoring which areas of the ring system they were and were not permitted to enter. Communication between the cigar craft and the mining ships was conducted entirely through modulated light — the cigar ship's entire hull would illuminate in bluish-white light while the mining ship responded with a single large light using vibrational pulses — described as a universal form of interspecies communication that bypassed language barriers. Crew members also described feeling the communications vibrationally through their suits, enabling simultaneous telepathic reception of the transmitted information.

JP identified the moons Pan and Daphnis as not natural moons but dormant ships, and stated that the Encke gap itself was being shaped and maintained by the moon Pan acting as a shepherd body. The cigar craft was described as protecting these dormant vessel-moons and preventing the mining ships from approaching them.

Materials and distribution

Danaan explained that the anti-gravity rocks collected from Saturn's rings and upper atmosphere are materials whose mass-cancellation properties derive not from active technology but from the materials themselves — they have no inherent mass and therefore float naturally, without requiring any mechanism to maintain their position in Saturn's atmosphere. Ancient cities in Saturn's upper atmosphere — attributed to a group Danaan calls "the Builders" — were constructed from these materials, and the ruins still float in the same position because the stones retain their mass-cancellation properties indefinitely.

JP described the mined materials being transported first to Mars rather than directly to Earth, because Mars — fully under Earth Alliance control and hosting active Earth Alliance/ET collaboration facilities — was considered safer than Earth, where deep state elements still had some influence. Danaan confirmed this routing, stating that the rocks were first studied on Titan and then brought to Mars facilities before ultimately being implemented into technologies on Earth, and that Thor Han's brother Hans was working alongside Earth Alliance engineers on Mars.

Context: the Galactic Spiritual Informers Connection conference

The September 30, 2024 discussion took place the day after the conclusion of the Galactic Spiritual Informers Connection conference in Colorado Springs, at which a coordinated sky-watch event had taken place. Elena Danaan had arranged — through her Galactic Federation contact Thor Han Eredyon — a flyover of Galactic Federation scout ships above the Westminster Hotel at a designated time, attended by approximately one thousand witnesses. Because NORAD surveillance prevented Federation craft from descending below 62 miles altitude, Thor Han coordinated the appearance of a TR-3B triangular craft from the Earth Alliance, sourced from an underground facility at Cheyenne Mountain, to fly below the scout fleet at tree-line level — demonstrating the joint operation of Federation and Earth Alliance craft before a public audience.

Prior reports of Saturn ring activity

In a 2022 roundtable discussion predating the mining operations described above, JP reported the existence of a "very large mining craft in the A ring of Saturn" maintained by automatons, with the original crew in stasis. Elena Danaan added that the craft had a defense system preventing approach, with at least seven beings on board.

Separately, Aneeka of Temmer, communicating through the Cosmic Agency channel, described Saturn's rings as a major resource-extraction zone, stating that the rock structures forming the rings "can be used for multiple things" including "mining for resources, minerals and metals for industry," with Federation bases established on hollowed-out asteroids within the rings themselves.
