The Mars Colony Corporation (MCC) is an alleged corporate entity administering human settlement, labor, and defense operations on Mars under the umbrella of the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC). The MCC allegedly directs Mars Defense Force (MDF), an alleged contracting agency responsible for ground combat and security of ICC colonial facilities on the Martian surface.
Structure
The MCC is allegedly one of hundreds of analogous colony corporations, each governing a separate celestial body in the ICC network; equivalent structures allegedly exist for Ceres, Enceladus, and the Earth itself, with Tony Rodrigues stating "there are over hundreds of them in our solar system, corporations." By the early 1990s the ICC operated over 100 bases on Mars, ranging from small outposts of 28–30 security personnel to large facilities holding up to 250,000 people, per Corey Goode. In 2015, the SSP Alliance attacked one such Mars facility after receiving intelligence from Dark Fleet and ICC defectors that it produced a critical piece of equipment; the facility was reported to hold 250,000 slave laborers who were regarded as acceptable casualties by the attacking force.
Operations and personnel
Randy Cramer, who claims 17 years of service in the Mars Defense Force (MDF), describes the MCC-MDF relationship in operational terms: he reportedly served as infantry, "mostly scuffling with indigenous reptoids and indigenous insects territorially, mostly really to test military equipment." After his alleged MDF tour he reportedly received a promotion and went to flight school, completing the final years of his purported 20-year contract as a pilot aboard the Earth Defense Force Starship Nautilus — described as "basically an aircraft carrier in space patrolling the solar system."
Tony Rodrigues, who claims to have served on Ceres under the analogous Ceres Colony Corporation, stated the broader network: "Mars Colony Corporation. All that's real. There are a lot of people. There's too many people."
Ceres Colony Corporation
The analogous entity for Ceres — the Ceres Colony Corporation — is the most extensively documented by Tony Rodrigues, who served thirteen years aboard a Dark Fleet merchant vessel operating out of Ceres. He describes a giant interior hangar network "15–20 miles long" inside the dwarf planet, large enough for massive ships to enter through an airlock and dock within an atmosphere-maintained facility that included a gymnasium accessible to civilian cargo personnel. The Ceres Colony Corporation is described as a corporate structure parallel to the MCC, under the same ICC umbrella.
Slave labor economics
Tony Rodrigues has analyzed the economic logic of slave labor in the MCC system. Comparing the cost of constructing a naval aircraft carrier — approximately $10–15 billion — he noted that reducing labor costs through slave labor eliminates more than 60–70% of total construction expense, making the mass production of advanced spacecraft financially viable in a way it would not be under free-market labor conditions: "if you took away the bulk of the expense, which is labor... and you put that into slave labor where you're just paying for them to exist, then it really whittle that down, well over 60–70% of the cost disappears." This analysis directly explains the ICC's motive for maintaining a large human slave workforce across its colony corporations rather than automating production — the human cost of maintaining captive labor is lower, and the social control mechanisms developed through MILAB abduction programs supply fresh labor at near-zero acquisition cost.
Conditions on Ceres and the 20-and-back cycle
Rodrigues describes the universal awareness among Secret space program participants that all assignments carried a 20-year service term, after which personnel would be returned to Earth: "everybody had the understanding we were in the program on the other side... everybody had like their expiration date." Some workers knew their precise termination date; others held only vague awareness. After 20 years of service, memories were suppressed via age regression technology before return to the surface timeline, preventing disclosure of what had been witnessed. Rodrigues has described his own experience on Ceres and aboard a Dark Fleet merchant vessel as involving "dark, badly abused" conditions of essential slave labor: "I was essentially slave labor and I was badly abused many times, but the memories came back and things that I could call out and go on record and then corroborate did."
