The Alpha Draconian Empire (also called the Alpha Draconis Empire, and referred to as the Ciakahrr Empire in Elena Danaan's contact material) is the interstellar empire centered on the Alpha Draconis system, ruled by the Draco reptilians reptilian species and described across multiple contactee and secret space program traditions as purportedly one of the principal adversarial forces in Earth's galactic sector. It is described as the dominant adversarial power confronting the Galactic Federation of Worlds in the Terran sector and as the primary patron of the Dark Fleet (Nachtwaffen), operating through the Alliance of the Six coalition with the Nebu and other factions.
The empire is the political and military structure of the Draco reptilians species. The two terms are frequently used interchangeably in the source literature — Elena Danaan has noted that the reptilian collective gathered around the empire and the term "Ciakahrr" are "basically the same people" — but the empire denotes the institution while Draco reptilians denotes the species.
Territory and home worlds
The empire stretches from Cygnus to Perseus and into the Orion arm, with three home worlds: Thuban-Anwar (Alpha Draconis, the imperial capital), Tiphon Giansar (Sigma Draconis), and Grumium Eltanin (Epsilon Draconis). The Draco reptilians were among the first species in this galaxy to achieve interstellar travel, and the empire has allegedly colonised over 500 planets by means of infiltration, maintaining a presence on thousands of worlds. The empire systematically obstructed the technological development of other species to prevent them reaching parity, and the occupied outposts in this sector are described as reacting violently to any intrusion into their space. A former imperial colony on the planet Maldek (now the asteroid belt) was destroyed during a war with the Galactic Federation of Worlds seeking to expel the empire from the Solar System.
Structure and member species
The empire is multi-species, with the Draco reptilians as the ruling caste and the Nagai as its warrior arm. Subordinate, enslaved, and allied species include:
- Nagai — the warrior caste within the Draco reptilian imperial command hierarchy; feared throughout the galaxy for combat ability; known as the Ouroboros-symboled warrior race
- Hangiar (Sigma Draconis) — a distinct reptilian civilization with pledged allegiance to the Draco reptilians
- Taal-Shiar (Alcyone, Pleiades) — a rogue humanoid faction, Draco reptilians acolytes allied with the Dark Fleet and IVth Reich elements in Antarctica
- Anaki (Boötes) — Gray-reptilian reptiloids involved in infiltration of human government structures alongside the Draco reptilians, including at Dulce Base
- Kiily-Tokurt (Vela) — included in the Alliance of the Six as a subject species under Draco-allied management
- Solipsirai — a Grey-type species placed under Eban (Nebu) management within the Alliance of the Six
Position in the galactic hierarchy
The empire is commonly regarded as one of the apex predatory powers of the galaxy, though the sources differ on its precise standing relative to the other negative factions. According to Alex Collier's Andromedan contacts, the Draco reptilians are the oldest reptilian race and sit atop a vertical hierarchy — having enslaved the Grey species roughly 891,000 years ago — with a hereditary "royal Draconian line" at its summit. According to Elena Danaan, the empire is instead one co-equal "master" within a horizontal coalition — the Alliance of the Six — sharing power with the Nebu Grey collective rather than ruling it. Both accounts agree that the Draco reptilians are a top-tier military power; they differ on whether the Greys are subordinate to the empire or its partners.
Alliance of the Six
The empire was a founding member of the Alliance of the Six — a coalition formed during the Orion Wars comprising the Orion Nebu, Draco reptilians, Kiily-Tokurt (Vela), Maytre (Andromeda galaxy), Solipsirai, and Xrog (Zeta Reticuli). The Alliance coordinated abduction programs, genetic harvesting, and occupation-level influence over human governments through the deep state. The coalition collapsed in October 2021 following the Galactic Federation of Worlds' disruption of the Nebu hive-mind signal, and was formally dismantled in late 2023, leaving the empire — in Danaan's account — "on its own" among its former partners.
Relationship to the Nebu and the reptilian collective
The empire and the Nebu (Orion Grey collective) are described as distinct but allied negative factions — allies through the Alliance of the Six rather than a single political entity. The term "the reptilian collective" is used loosely as interchangeable with the empire itself — the Draco reptilians of Draconis together with allied reptilian races based in the Orion zone — rather than denoting a separate organisation standing above it; the Nebu, an Orion-based Grey collective, remain a structurally distinct ally. The Draco reptilians additionally used enslaved Grey species such as the Reticulan Greys and Solipsirai as advance proxies — sending "enslaved inferior races for first contact, such as Zeta Reticuli or Solipsi Rai, to disguise the invasion." Unlike the Nebu, whose members share a distributed hive mind, the empire is governed through a royal structure analogous to a terrestrial monarchy, though its lower classes can interface their minds to the higher-ranking officers they serve.
Earth operations
The empire is described as the primary reptilian occupying power on Earth and in the Sol system, conducting human slave trafficking to the Moon, Mars, and off-world facilities; co-perpetrating population-limitation programs with the Maytre; and directing the Dark Fleet as its principal Terran military proxy. Its strategic interest in Earth is described as keeping the planet within its "window of opportunity" — the period before a federated society becomes an interplanetary power — by retaining advanced technology from Terrans and encouraging "confusion, conflicts and wars," while harvesting Earth's resources through hidden control of mining and industrial corporations.
Command structure on Earth
The invading forces on Earth maintained a strict hierarchy with the Draco reptilians at the apex. The Draco reptilians and the Nagai commanded the Earth-based reptilians, who in turn commanded the Maytrei (Tall Greys) and Mantis insectoids, who commanded the Do-Hu Zetai and the enslaved faction of Solipsi Rai together with their cloned and biosynthetic technicians. At the Terran level the Draco reptilians composed "the secret pyramidal summit of the military industrial extraterrestrial complex," controlling information related to the alien presence, human elites, media, corporations, institutions, and financial systems. Day-to-day rule is described as resting not with the full imperial leadership but with a small resident cadre: according to Danaan, roughly two hundred Draco reptilians and allied Anaki were installed in antiquity and govern through human proxies, such that removing that cadre would strip the human puppet structure of its off-world backing. Alex Collier similarly placed only about twenty members of the royal Draconian line on Earth, operating in alliance with Zeta Reticuli Greys.
Colonisation and infiltration method
The standard imperial method of colonising an inhabited world follows a consistent pattern: establish an underground base of operations, expand it through tunnels, connect all tactical installations, then install a surface-level puppet government — granting nominal absolute power to compliant local elites while the real rulers remain the underground Draco reptilian presence. A recurring legal stratagem uses the Do-Hu as advance agents to "quickly sign covering treaties with the leaders of the visited world"; once a treaty of consent is in place, the Galactic Federation of Worlds cannot override it without violating the Law of Non-Intervention, a method said to have been used on at least twenty-seven worlds. The empire's principal advance agents in this method, the Do-Hu, are described as technologically more advanced than the Draco reptilians yet deferring to them for survival. On Earth the surface instruments of this control are described as the human elites of the Illuminati — into which high-ranking Draco reptilians are said to have infiltrated — and the deep state, characterised as the empire's human minions.
Human abduction, slavery and trafficking
The empire is identified as the primary agent behind permanent human disappearances, as distinct from the Nebu practice of returning abductees after examination — "human abductions, when the abductee never returns, are usually of Draconian nature." Abducted humans were transported to off-world facilities including the Moon and Mars for use as slave labour in the Galactic slave trade. Within the imperial division of labour the actual logistics of abduction and trafficking are described as delegated to subordinate factions — the Maytre running slave traffic to lunar and Martian mines, and the Kiily-Tokurt specialising in abduction for food and sexual slavery while competing with the empire's other partners.
Soul scalping
Among the operations attributed to the empire's Earth presence is "soul scalping" — the extraction of a human soul from its body and its confinement in a containment vessel, allowing a reptilian entity to inhabit the body. The technique was reportedly applied to "powerful industrial and military elites, and some leaders" to achieve corporate and governmental capture. The procedure itself is a capability of the Draco reptilians; the responsible faction is contested. According to Thor Han Eredyon, relayed by Elena Danaan, the Draco reptilians and allied reptilians performed the elite-replacement program, sometimes as "real Ciakahrr, real Nagas shape-shifting" into positions of power. According to Gene Decode's analysis, the soul-scalping technology is instead attributed to the Kiily-Tokurt; and according to the contactee Megan Rose, relaying Val Nek, soul-scalped Terran leaders were operated remotely from facilities including CIA headquarters.
Dulce Base and government infiltration
The empire is implicated in the Dulce Base incidents and the broader infiltration of Terran government structures, though the alleged agency at Dulce is diffuse across sources — the classic accounts describe it as a joint Grey–reptilian–human facility rather than a purely imperial operation. According to Encyclopedia Galactica, the Draco reptilians and the Anaki (Boötes reptiloids) were involved in the Dulce incidents and in the implantation and control of Terrans, the Anaki largely using Draco reptilian ships rather than their own inferior technology. The Anaki are also described as having run interbreeding programs targeting the genetic heritage of East Asian populations at the end of the last Ice Age.
Underground infrastructure
The empire's underground facilities on Earth were built in extension to pre-existing Agarthan structures, connected by antigravity trains reaching up to 1,200 km per hour and linking continents at great depth. Four main Cabal underground headquarters are described: beneath Dulce Base, off the coast of the Bermuda Triangle, off the coast of Denmark, and off the coast of New Zealand. Underground facilities assigned to colonised worlds are identifiable by the Ouroboros insignia, a serpent circle incorporating seven stars for the empire's seven main colony sectors.
Antarctic alliances
The empire maintained a significant presence in Antarctica, where it formed alliances with multiple Terran and non-Terran factions. The primary alliance was with the Thule Terran group (the "Nazi" faction), which developed spacecraft "with the complicity of beings from the Alpha Draconian Empire and the Altair Collective" — the empire providing metallic shielding compounds, spacecraft and propulsion guidance, and cloning and genetics technology. According to Danaan, the empire stormed and took the Antarctic site at Vostok, then welcomed the Fourth Reich group to help decode the technology found there, taking human DNA as payment. Allying with opposed indigenous groups in this way is described as characteristic imperial conquest behaviour. Draco reptilians and Altairans regularly fought over territoriality in Antarctica, making the continent "extremely dangerous and unstable."
1950s Earth agreements
The empire is described as actively competing with the Galactic Federation of Worlds for Earth's allegiance at the time of the 1950s agreements. According to a 2020 message relayed by Elena Danaan, Commander Val Thor of Venus described a Draco-backed offer to Earth's leaders — paired with Nebu-Orion forces — that was ultimately accepted over the Federation's counteroffer of peaceful medical and energy technology, and stated that a president and a senator who later attempted to break the agreement were assassinated. In the canonical secret space program account of these events, the treaty was signed with the Greys as a co-primary signatory and the reptilian side as a co-equal party, rather than as a sole imperial act.
Lyran wars and galactic expansion
The empire's most consequential military campaign was its attack on the ancestral Ahel star system in the Lyra region — the Lyran Wars — described as the formative event that triggered the humanoid diaspora across the galaxy and the eventual formation of the Galactic Federation of Worlds as a counter-force. Encyclopedia Galactica repeatedly traces the origin of individual humanoid civilizations to this event, "after the Alpha Draconian Empire devastated that star system in what would be remembered all throughout the galaxy as the dreadful Lyran wars." A faction of the surviving Taal royalty is said to have negotiated terms with the empire during the war and resettled in the Mirza system (Canis Major), establishing a precedent of Taal–Draco collaboration later echoed by the Taal-Shiar.
Solar System expulsion (2020–2022)
Galactic Federation of Worlds military operations between 2020 and 2022 expelled the empire's forces from the Moon, Mars, and near-space. According to Alex Collier, it was a deliberate trap: Draco-allied forces were permitted to retreat to Mars believing they could regroup, then were captured there. Following the expulsion, the Dark Fleet relocated its command structure from its Antarctic headquarters to Aldebaran, with a division remaining active in the Markhat Collective on Altair's fifth planet.
Black Draco variant
Jean-Charles Moyen, who served in the Franco-American Solar Warden fleet aboard the Solaris, identified the black-skinned Draco variant as the most dangerous adversary encountered during rescue missions — faster, larger, and more powerful than the more commonly described green or bronze variants. Combat training aboard the Solaris focused on mind-shielding techniques taught by a being named Mentis, since the Dracos could read thoughts ahead of physical action.
Post-expulsion status
Following the dismantlement of the Alliance of the Six, the empire was described as increasingly isolated, its former allies having either collapsed (the Nebu) or defected. The admission of the Negumak into the Galactic Federation of Worlds in October 2023 — coinciding with the Draco–Negumak conflict — further isolated the empire, the Negumak being the only species the Draco reptilians are said to fear. The secret space program whistleblower Randy Cramer separately stated that all Draco reptilians had been removed from the Solar System. Cosmic Agency transmissions (Swaruu) distinguish between now-predominantly-positive Alpha Draconian representatives — maintaining observer craft near Earth and holding membership in the Orion Council — and isolated negative factions whose activities continue to be monitored.
