Rashell of Temmer
Rashell of Temmer is, according to contactees Gosia Duszak and Robert of Cosmic Agency, an alleged Taygetan Pleiadian woman who served as the Galactic Federation envoy to President Eisenhower at the February 1954 meeting at Edwards Air Force Base, representing the Federation's High Council. Her account — relayed to Cosmic Agency in April 2019 — is presented as the first public telling from the Taygetan side of the 1954 Eisenhower meeting, at which she says Taygeta offered free-energy technology in exchange for nuclear disarmament; she gives Temmer, in the Taygeta system of the Pleiades, as her home planet.
The account reached Cosmic Agency, like its other Taygetan material, as text messages relayed from a ship in Earth orbit — a mechanism widely received with incredulity, with the contactees accused of fabricating it.[citation needed]
Preparation and arrival
According to Rashell, the Federation's High Council initiated contact with Eisenhower by breaking into Pentagon radio frequencies — a deliberate demonstration of capability chosen because it was the only method likely to be taken as genuine at that time. Rashell was selected as envoy because of her proficiency in English, which was rare among Taygetans at the time. The Taygetan team arrived on Earth in 1952 and conducted observation operations leading up to the meeting.
The meeting was held at Edwards Air Force Base in California — not Holloman Air Force Base, as other accounts allege — chosen for its large, isolated runways, which were later used as an emergency landing strip for the Space Shuttle. The Taygetans observed Eisenhower's arrival from stealth position at approximately 300 feet altitude in a 22-metre class III discoidal craft, descending only after Eisenhower's jeep escort was removed and base radars were switched off.
The meeting: first encounter, February 18, 1954
Rashell descended the ramp dressed in a gray one-piece suit, unarmed; Eisenhower descended in his sand-colored military uniform. The two met at approximately two metres distance.
Rashell proposed that Taygeta would provide humanity with free-energy reactors and electrical transmission in exchange for total nuclear disarmament — including Soviet disarmament, which she offered to negotiate. Eisenhower refused, repeatedly insisting that disarmament would give the Soviets strategic superiority and accusing the proposal of being a Communist ploy. He ended the meeting abruptly, gave a brief bow, and returned to his aircraft.
Rashell retrospectively notes that Eisenhower's dismissive attitude was partly attributable to her appearance as a young woman of Earth-like appearance, and that in hindsight a male Taygetan envoy should have been sent.
Second encounter, February 20–21, 1954
A second meeting was arranged the same night, after the Taygetan team threatened that, if Eisenhower refused to listen, they would negotiate exclusively with the Soviets instead. At this second encounter Eisenhower accused Rashell of not being extraterrestrial at all, claiming she had been identified in photographs from 1930s–1940s Germany as a member of the Vril Society, and that she and her companions were "Nazi girls" hiding in Antarctica. He again ended the meeting and returned to his plane.
Rashell explains that this accusation stemmed from a Taygetan covert operation to infiltrate Nazi Germany at the highest levels in order to halt its nuclear program and the development of Haunebu discoidal spacecraft, which the Nazi leadership believed could be used to contact a Taygetan colony at Aldebaran (called Cyndriel) that they associated with the origin of the Aryan race. Cyndriel is identified as the largest Taygetan colony outside the Pleiades.
Aftermath
Rashell states that by the time of the second meeting, Eisenhower had already concluded an agreement with the Maitre — a separate, hostile extraterrestrial group — who offered destructive technology in exchange for access to the human and animal population. The Maitre withheld key components of the technology, delivering only partial systems — which she says explains later reports of experimental antigravity craft failing or melting in front of witnesses — and subsequently demanded underground bases in exchange for the missing components. In a separate account, Elena Danaan — channeling Valiant Thor — relayed that the Federation-dispatched Nordics offered Eisenhower medical technology, free energy devices, and propulsion technology in exchange for weapons deactivation and an agreement to ease international rivalry, but the offer was rejected; twelve men of power — whom Danaan interpreted as Majestic 12 — subsequently signed agreements with the Grays without presidential authorization. Laura Eisenhower, Eisenhower's great-granddaughter, confirmed this understanding in the same conversation, describing her great-grandfather as having sided with the Nordics before being outmaneuvered by the unauthorized treaty.
Following the failure of diplomacy, the Galactic Federation of Worlds ceased direct government-level contact with the United States. Further brief contacts in 1957–1960 were conducted by other Taygetan members and were described by Rashell as equally brief and fruitless.
Laura Eisenhower, Eisenhower's great-granddaughter, has independently confirmed elements of the Eisenhower meetings account, stating that she "got a real grip on the Eisenhower treaties and the meetings" after a purported Mars colony recruitment attempt targeting her in 2006 — an experience she linked directly to the MJ-12 apparatus that originated from the 1954 contact and its aftermath through Operation Paperclip and Project Mockingbird. The broader account of the 1954 meetings — including the Nordic offer, the nuclear disarmament condition, and the subsequent unauthorized treaty with the Grays — was separately recounted on the same program by the host citing William Cooper's naval intelligence briefing materials, in which "a race of human looking Aliens contacted the U.S. government" and "warned us against the Aliens that were orbiting the equator and offered to help us with our spiritual development" on condition of nuclear disarmament, an offer Eisenhower's military advisors refused.
Publication
According to Rashell, was transmitted to Robert of Cosmic Agency in April 2019 and published as a YouTube video and swaruu.org transcript in the series "Pleiadian Taygetan woman who met with Eisenhower SPEAKS OUT (first time in history)." The video is notable as the first public account given from the Taygetan side of the 1954 Eisenhower meetings.
