Halls of Records

Halls of Records are alleged ancient repositories of knowledge and extraterrestrial technology said to be sealed beneath specific locations on Earth — including Antarctica, the Giza Plateau, Mount Kailash in Tibet, and a submerged site in the Bahamas — and linked by Dr. Michael Salla, Jean Charles Moyen, and Elena Danaan to the network of space arks currently activating around the solar system.

The Halls are described as containing crystalline archives — stored in large crystal constructs capable of recording and replaying civilizational knowledge — as well as samples of ancient technology left behind by the Intergalactic Confederation and other non-human intelligent beings that visited or colonized Earth in prehistoric times. Jean Charles Moyen describes the crystal technology as a universal medium: "Every arc works like a family, and the point is there is a crystal... it's like a laser that records something... there are a lot of crystals in a lot of arcs, so I think the crystal is very, very important." The crystalline data storage systems are described as holding the complete technological and historical record of the civilizations that built or occupied the sites.

Locations

Antarctica (Lake Vostok)

Jean Charles Moyen reports being physically teleported to an arc beneath the Lake Vostok region of Antarctica aboard the Galactic Federation of Worlds mothership Excelsior, where he found a large chamber containing blue beings in stasis tubes — described as humanoids whose souls had incarnated as humans on Earth and who serve as the crew of the vessel. Elena Danaan independently confirms being brought to the same location and witnessing Moyen activate pods containing the sleeping crew — a physical experience, evidenced by both having been given density-adjustment belts necessary for physical (not astral) travel. Salla notes the Vostok site contains a labyrinth of rooms and halls as well as an arc, forming a combined structure that appears consistent across the multiple locations. Moyen also speculates the anomalous heat signature detected at Antarctica — causing ice melt — is energy released as the arc activates.

Giza Plateau (under the Sphinx)

Elena Danaan reports that in 1991 she was physically transported by a being named Thorn to the Great Sphinx of Giza, where she entered an excavation opening in the left flank of the Sphinx and descended into a deep passage connecting toward the Great Pyramid of Giza. A side corridor descending further led to a room she identifies as a hall of records, with light emanating from within. Danaan also reports a daytime archaeology work visit during which Zahi Hawass personally showed her an excavation hole behind the Sphinx — one that allowed her to go inside before she had a claustrophobia attack — and told her of what was found deeper within.

Jean Charles Moyen independently reports being taken to the same complex as a child (age 10) and again as an adult, and had drawn a spacecraft beneath the Sphinx at age 10 before knowing anything about such claims. Salla notes the Giza complex contains both a hall of records (where Danaan was) and a separate spacecraft or arc section (where Moyen was) — two distinct areas within the same underground complex. Danaan states she was brought to the Giza hall of records a total of four times.

Mount Kailash, Tibet

Moyen reports a third visit, this time to a hall of records or arc beneath Mount Kailash, the sacred peak in the Himalayas revered in Hindu and Buddhist tradition. Salla distinguishes this site from the Intergalactic Confederation base in the Ladakh region of the Himalayas described by other contactees, noting that multiple separate installations appear to exist across the Himalayan region. Moyen reports that Mount Kailash contains a stargate linking the Tibetan site internally with the other Hall of Records locations.

Bahamas / Bermuda Triangle

Moyen reports a fourth teleportation, to a submerged structure beneath the Bahamas / Bermuda Triangle area — an arc under the sea marked with a trident emblem, which he associates with aquatic beings. Moyen notes he drew this location as a child in 1977, before learning of any testimony about ET bases in the Bahamas. Danaan independently connects this arc to a concurrent activation signal from an arc at Neptune's south pole, which was simultaneously detected as a rapid temperature increase in the planet.

Hall of Records tradition

The psychic Edgar Cayce, in trance readings conducted in the 1930s and 1940s, described three locations where Atlantean records were preserved: a "Hall of Records" sealed beneath the right paw of the Sphinx at Giza, a repository in the Yucatan, and a third off the coast of Bimini in the Bahamas. The Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.) funded archaeological investigations at Giza seeking the Hall; no confirmed discovery has been publicly reported, though Robert Schoch and John Anthony West's geological evidence for an older Sphinx dating aligns with Cayce's pre-10,500 BCE chronology. Egyptian archaeologist Zahi Hawass confirmed in a Joe Rogan interview that Cayce's prediction was sufficiently credible to lead him to actually search, and that he personally found four tunnels inside the Sphinx during his investigations. Ben van Kerkwyk describes Cayce's significance in terms of the three predicted sites, noting that Cayce "would fall into these trance-like states and he'd have these visions" and produced "prophecies about locations for three halls of records, which were these Atlantean caches of information."

Alternative scholarly perspectives

Graham Hancock identifies Göbekli Tepe — the megalithic complex in southeastern Turkey dated to approximately 9600 BCE — as itself functioning as a hall of records: a deliberate repository of antediluvian knowledge constructed by survivors of the Younger Dryas catastrophe to transmit their civilization's understanding to future generations. Hancock: "I think in a way that's what Göbekli Tepe is. Göbekli Tepe is a hall of records." Hancock also endorses the Giza Hall of Records tradition from the standpoint of ancient Egyptian textual evidence: both mystical associations (the Edgar Cayce organization's reading tradition) and ancient Egyptian sources themselves suggest something was concealed beneath the Great Sphinx — an idea Hancock describes as "quite present in ancient Egypt" rather than a modern invention.

Relationship to sleeping giants and stasis

Elena Danaan, receiving contact from Thor Han, identified the Halls of Records as sites where Enki's scientists preserved ancient knowledge and technology following Enki's defeat by Enlil after the Great Flood. The scientists, who were geneticists rather than warriors, chose stasis over departure: "When Enki left, Enki left some scientists on Earth to take care of humanity and to make sure that certain knowledge would be hidden in sacred places, but I think we can safely call these places the Halls of Records." These scientists — described as Anak geneticists — entered stasis chambers near these sites, waiting for humanity to evolve sufficiently and for Enki's eventual return. The four remaining stasis giants described in JP's testimony — including one located in Florida beside a Tree of Life and one believed to be in India — are thus interpreted as Enki's custodians of the Hall of Records tradition.

Relationship to space arks

The Halls of Records are presented as complementary to — and in some cases co-located with — the space arks network. Salla summarizes: "In many of these places there can be both the hall of records and an arc, or maybe in some places it can be just an arc... under Giza there's a hall of records and an arc, under Vostok there's a hall of records and possibly an arc." The stasis chambers containing sleeping crew (described as having their souls incarnated as human star seeds) are treated as a distinct feature of the arcs rather than of the halls of records proper, though the two are structurally linked.
