Jorge Omar Pabon (publicly known for years simply as JP) is a Brazilian-born naturalized United States citizen and retired United States Army paratrooper attached to the 7th Special Forces Group at Eglin Air Force Base, who since 2008 has reported encounters with Nordic extraterrestrials and participation in dozens of covert military missions to space arks, Inner Earth facilities, stargate hangars and off-planet locations through Michael Salla. Pabon revealed his full name publicly in December 2025 in JP Update 52, alongside a DD Form 214 showing his rank, decorations and medical retirement. His mission accounts have been published as the running "JP Update" series on Exopolitics.org and the EXOPOLITICS TODAY podcast, and collected in Salla's three-volume book series U.S. Army Insider Missions.
Were his account true, Pabon would be a rank-and-file enlisted soldier rotated through a fully operational, present-day secret space program run jointly by the U.S. military and Nordic extraterrestrials — one in which space arks, ancient dormant motherships said to be reactivating across the Solar System, Inner Earth civilizations holding life-extension technology, stargate hangars in deep-underground facilities beneath domestic bases, a submerged Atlantean city, and age-regressed "20-and-back" service tracks all operate in parallel to the conventional force and are hidden from its own chain of command. His testimony is packaged for the public by Michael Salla, the exopolitics writer and former Australian National University academic who has been Pabon's exclusive interviewer since 2008 and has built a run of books, subscription videos and conference appearances on his and other insiders' disclosures. Salla and allied contactees such as Elena Danaan and Alex Collier read Pabon's missions as one strand of a single connected account of the disclosure era — a controlling cabal and a benevolent extraterrestrial federation contesting Earth's future — an interpretive edifice assembled, in this timeline, from what began in the 1950s as a handful of contactees, a few alleged craft and a few named non-human civilizations.
Because the mission program he describes was, by his own account, tasked outside his chain of command through anonymous grid-coordinate texts and reaches the public solely through Salla, it leaves no record against which it could be tested; read with doubt, it is an unverifiable insider account whose only documented trace is the ordinary paratrooper and quartermaster service shown on his DD Form 214, the anomalous Chief Warrant Officer-2 grade on which was administratively corrected to Specialist. Read as authentic, that same absence of a paper trail is exactly what the compartmented, off-the-books tasking Pabon reports would be built to leave behind.

Clandestine military career of Jorge Pabon
Early life and pre-enlistment contact
Pabon was born in Brazil and emigrated to the United States, settling for a period in Orlando, Florida. He speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English, an ability he describes as a factor in his subsequent selection for international missions. Pabon has reported close encounters with Nordic-appearing extraterrestrial craft beginning in childhood and continuing in Florida and Brazil prior to his Army service, including a 2015 visit to a Nordic-operated dome containing unfamiliar plant life and a 2018 encounter in Orlando in which a flying saucer briefly descended and offered him a ride; he photographed the craft's departure and submitted the image to Salla.
Beginning around 2015 and continuing into 2017, Pabon photographed unidentified aerial craft near MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida and forwarded the images to Michael Salla; according to Salla, this surveillance was tracked by the United States Air Force and other agencies before Pabon's 2019 enlistment.
United States Army service
Pabon enlisted in the United States Army in late 2019, completing basic training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina during the COVID-19 pandemic — the first cohort in Fort Jackson's history to graduate without a public ceremony. He completed advanced individual training at Fort Lee, Virginia, qualifying as a 91J (Quartermaster / chemical water purification specialist) — and went on to Airborne School at Fort Benning, Georgia, qualifying as a paratrooper with jumps from C-130 Hercules, C-17 and Black Hawk platforms. He was attached to the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) at Eglin Air Force Base in the Florida panhandle — an assignment he described as unusual for a soldier without Special Forces credentials and one he learned of from a drill sergeant at Fort Lee. Within the 7th Group, Pabon served as one of only two soldiers in the unit holding the 91J MOS, with collateral duties including chaplain support, vehicle maintenance and shuttle driving for pilots; he earned an Airborne Combat Support certificate, a sharpshooter qualification, and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for joint work with naval and Marine Corps units.
In August 2024 Pabon was medically retired and honorably discharged after roughly four and a half years of active service — a full retirement benefit that ordinarily requires twenty years — which Salla attributes to injuries Pabon allegedly sustained on covert mission assignments. Pabon's discharge papers initially listed his rank as Chief Warrant Officer 2 — a grade implying roughly twenty years of service, consistent with a 20 and Back program — before being administratively corrected to Specialist (E-4); Pabon interprets the anomaly as evidence of a parallel age-regressed service track of which he retains no conscious memory.
Covert mission program
Pabon claims that his alleged mission assignments arrived as encrypted text messages containing grid coordinates rather than through his standard chain of command, which he says was unaware of the activity. A handler Pabon refers to as "the guy that always talked to me in the base" — and whom Salla identifies as the same officer (surname McNeill) who had coordinated Pabon's pre-enlistment UAP photography — issued a "green light" before each public interview, specifying which details Pabon could disclose. Pabon's reported missions span late 2021 through the present, with continued participation after his August 2024 retirement.
Relationship with Michael Salla
Michael Salla — an exopolitics researcher and former lecturer at Australian National University — has been Pabon's exclusive interviewer and primary publisher since 2008. Salla published Pabon's mission reports as the numbered "JP Update" series on Exopolitics.org and the EXOPOLITICS TODAY podcast, with the series passing fifty installments by late 2025, and gathered earlier accounts in three volumes of U.S. Army Insider Missions. Salla treats Pabon as an active-duty source and has produced a body of supporting material — including hand-drawn illustrations, photographs of unidentified craft, and a self-portrait of Pabon connected to medical electrodes — submitted by Pabon to corroborate his accounts. Salla has personally visited the southern military base Pabon was attached to, including a 2022 tour with his wife, and has corroborated specific Pabon details — such as the Huntsville underground spaceport — in independent interviews.
Salla first published JP's accounts on Exopolitics.org in 2016, presenting them as a form of controlled disclosure — the gradual public release of classified information about non-human intelligent beings and exotic technology.[citation needed] Among Pabon's earliest publicized claims were a mission to an alleged extraterrestrial outpost on Jupiter's moon Ganymede; encounters with various non-human species, including Greys; "biological recovery chambers" reportedly used to accelerate human cell regeneration; and work with antigravity and portal technologies said to enable near-instantaneous travel on and off Earth.[citation needed]
Public appearances
Pabon has appeared alongside Salla at several public roundtables and conferences, including the Galactic Spiritual Informers Connection (GSIC) in October 2022 — where he joined Elena Danaan and Alex Collier to discuss the Sleeping Giants — and a July 2024 roundtable in Valence, France with Danaan and Salla on space arks, sleeping giants, Saturn and the Nordic Extraterrestrial Assimilation Program.
Reported health effects
Pabon describes a progressive decline in memory, vocabulary, vision, and bone density during his period of active mission participation, which he attributes to cumulative exposure on covert assignments. He has reported three hospitalizations following mission assignments, including one in late 2023 that he attributes to a directed-energy attack from a black van after he expressed reluctance to continue to a handler. The medical retirement that ended Pabon's active service in August 2024 was certified for "disability permanent."
