The Solipsi Rai (singular: Solipsi Ra) are an alleged non-human species from a five-planet star system in the Cygnus constellation, which they call "Aama" (meaning "mother world"). Classified by humans as Small Greys — a height/morphotype class they share with, but do not belong to, the Zeta Reticulian aliens proper, whose rogue faction they are nonetheless said to work alongside in Zeta Reticuli space, and with which they are, per Danaan, "often mistaken" — their civilization is approximately 2 billion years old and is described as originally peaceful. Unlike most Grey races, their society is not structured on a hive-matriarchy; their main leader is named Y-Martyyn.

Factions

The Solipsi Rai possess a powerful weapon that has repelled multiple attempts by the Maytra to dominate them. However, a faction made alliance with the Alpha Draconian Empire and the Orion Grey Collective, working with the US government in exchange for humans for experimentation — this faction is active in abductions and is involved at Dulce Base. Area 51 insider Stephen Chua has confirmed personal awareness of the Solipsi Rai at underground facilities, describing the Small Greys as equipped with "a tachyon belt" and characterizing them as dangerous; Danaan cross-referenced his account, distinguishing the Solipsi Rai from the Zeta Reticuli Greys and the tall Maytra. A portion of the species has also been cloned and genetically engineered as synthetic worker drones by hostile forces. Their ships are discoidal.

Within the Galactic Federation of Worlds's political taxonomy, the rogue Solipsi Rai faction was a member of the Alliance of the Six — initially formed by the Orion Nebu Tall Greys during the Orion Wars as a coalition of aggressive interests, with members including the Nebu, Draco reptilians, Kiily-Tokurt, Maytra, Solipsi Rai, and the Xrog of Zeta Reticuli. The Alliance of the Six disbanded in October 2021 when the Galactic Federation of Worlds cracked the code of the Nebu hive-mind, collapsing the coordinating structure that had held the coalition together.[citation needed]

US government treaty program

The rogue faction's arrangement with the US government followed the pattern described by Elena Danaan and others as the standard Grey-species treaty approach: presenting as a dying race in need of genetic material, offering technology in exchange for permission to conduct abductions on humans. Laura Eisenhower has noted that this identical offer was made to President Eisenhower — who declined to sign — and that the arrangement was subsequently concluded behind his back by other agencies.

In the context of the treaty network, the Solipsi Rai rogue faction functioned as a field-level abduction crew — conducting the physical retrieval, examination, and implantation operations — often in coordination with Maytra, Kiily-Tokurt, and Reptiloid overseers who directed the broader program. Facilities associated with this arrangement include Dulce Base and, per Galactic Contact Series testimony, slave-labor installations on Phobos and Deimos, the Martian moons.

Classification and distinction from other Greys

In the broader taxonomy of Grey species, the Solipsi Rai are distinguished from the Zeta Reticuli Small Greys proper by their facial features and social structure. The Zeta Reticulians have "more bony and emaciated" faces and "bigger eyes" than the Solipsi Rai, and operate under a hive consciousness, while the non-rogue Solipsi Rai retain individual consciousness. Danaan has emphasized that the Solipsi Rai, along with other individuated Grey societies, are "positive" civilizations whose peaceful faction "never really interfered on Earth," in contrast to the rogue faction that was assimilated into the Nebu hive structure. The Russian Alien Races Book, an alleged KGB document compiled between 1946 and 2013, also lists the species as "The Grey" from the Cygnus constellation, with a civilization 2 billion years old and a leader named "Ymartyyn," and uniquely attributes "645 optional futures" to the species — a detail not found in other sources. The two catalogs align closely on the Cygnus origin, the 2-billion-year civilizational age, and the named leader Y-Martyyn (spelled "Ymartyyn" in the KGB book); the close correspondence of this unusual specific detail suggests either a shared underlying source or direct derivation. Stephen Chua claimed to have seeded the KGB document with information obtained at Area 51, raising the possibility that both the A Gift from the Stars (sourced from Thor Han Eredyon) and the Russian Alien Races Book (claimed Soviet intelligence, unverified) ultimately derive from the same US intelligence pool.

Reported abductions and rescues

Elena Danaan describes being abducted at age nine by Solipsi Rai operatives — a traumatic medical-extraction procedure aboard a discoidal craft in which she was immobilized, fitted with wrist straps containing needles injecting cold liquid into her bloodstream, and subjected to gynecological and cranial procedures. She was rescued mid-procedure by a GFW boarding team that stormed the craft, killed the Solipsi Rai personnel, and extracted her through an airlock into a GFW vessel where she was treated by a medical officer. The GFW officer who directed her rescue was Thor Han Eredyon, who became her primary contact thereafter; he explained that the Solipsi Rai "come from another plane of existence and they travel inter-dimensionally" and that their abduction of her was driven by genetic harvest objectives — "they create a species of Hybrids."
