Telosii

Telosii (also Telosians, Telosi; singular Telosian; related names: "Agharians", "Aghartans", "Shining Ones") are a non-human humanoid underground civilization on Earth, descended from an ancient Selosi colonial settlement established before the last ice age, according to A Gift from the Stars (sourced from Thor Han Eredyon). Though widely known in Earth esoteric tradition as Lemurians and associated with Mount Shasta, their civilization is more accurately Atlantean — extending across the Atlantic Ocean and its shores before a cataclysm forced the survivors underground approximately 12,000 years ago. The Telosii constitute the western branch of the Aghartan network — the collective term for all underground civilizations on Earth — and number roughly 1.5 million today in their re-established subterranean colonies.

Origins

The Telosii are a colonial offshoot of the Selosi (also Selosians), the indigenous humanoid civilization of Alpha Centauri B 4 (planet Selo). Selosians are tall, white-skinned, white-haired humanoids with eyes ranging blue to green to grey, who master the harvesting of universal life-force energy into crystals for plasmic and etheric power generation — a technology their Telosii descendants brought underground with them.

The Telosii colony was established on Terra before the last ice age and developed a civilization spanning the Atlantic basin and surrounding coastlines — what Earth mythology recounts as Lemuria and Atlantis. As cataclysm approached — an event associated with the fall of Atlantis — the Telosii relocated their communities into pre-existing underground cavern systems and tunnel networks they had already partially occupied, severing their formal connection with the Galactic Federation of Worlds in the process.

Some underground civilizations moved below the surface during past cataclysms and brought surface humans with them: "according to They, some of these groups had moved underground during cataclysms and had brought Earth humans with them over other periods of cataclysms."

Agarthan and Telosian description

In the theosophical–channeled tradition collated by Craig Campobasso in The Extraterrestrial Species Almanac (drawing primarily on Dianne Robbins' purported channeled communications and the Guy W. Ballard / Saint Germain tradition originating from a 1930 Mount Shasta encounter), the Agarthans are reportedly "a highly advanced society comprised of ancient Lemurians and Atlantians that went underground forewarned of the destruction of their surface civilizations," governed by the Agarthan Network — "a unified governing council made up of ancient elders and councils" — with Telos as the capital city beneath Mount Shasta. Campobasso describes the Agarthans as "indistinguishable from Earth humans except for one point: they are much taller, with some reaching fifteen feet or more." The almanac describes a guardian named Mikos, fifteen feet tall, overseeing the multidimensional Library of Porthologos — a 456-square-mile library in the city of Catharia beneath the Aegean Sea, holding the entire history of Earth and the universe on crystal slides and an indestructible metal called telonium, viewable on holographic projection systems.

Campobasso's Telosian entry specifically describes Telos as an ancient Lemurian colony located one mile beneath Mount Shasta, governed by "an Ascended Master Council of twelve: six males and six females," with Adama as high priest of Melchizedek overseeing the city and its 1.5 million inhabitants. The city's sun is described as "a crystal brought from another world that will burn for one million years," maintaining a constant temperature of 70 to 75 degrees. Telosian homes are round crystal stone structures with walls that function as one-way mirrors, transparent from the inside but opaque from the outside. The Telosians are described as possessing amino-based computer systems that are "organic entities at the avatar or fully conscious level and therefore cannot be corrupted" — capable of reading one's past-life records. Telosian healers can reportedly cure any illness by accessing the patient's original etheric blueprint, restoring the body to its perfect template. Despite their spiritual advancement, the Telosians are described as actively fighting underground Grey and Reptilian factions that have encroached on their territory. Campobasso classifies the Telosians as members of the Galacterian Alignment.

Physical description

The Telosii are tall, pale-skinned humanoids with white or very light hair and clear eyes ranging from grey to pale blue. Their plant-based alimentation is grown hydroponically under full-spectrum artificial lighting in their underground cavern systems. They possess highly developed telepathic abilities and use psychotronic technologies incorporating crystals and universal life-force energy. Their rhythm of existence is described as calmer and quieter than surface humans, vibrating at a slightly higher density.

Gene markers from ancient interbreeding between Telosii and surface humans appear regularly in the current Terran population.

Underground network

The Telosii underground network consists of three main regional hubs connected by high-speed subterranean tunnels. The primary installations lie beneath the Gobi Desert region and its surroundings; below Tibet in a vast cavern system linking to broader Central Asian underground networks; and on the American continent centered at Mount Shasta, California, where an underground city named Telos is located.

A subterranean tube connection links Mount Shasta to one of the main Telosii cities in the Mato Grosso jungle of Brazil. The wider Aghartan network extends these high-speed electromagnetic transit tunnels globally, including intercontinental connections at great depth, with trains traveling at speeds up to 1,200 km per hour.

U.S. Army insider JP described a mission in October 2023 involving an underground facility accessible by an elevator descending sixteen floors over approximately four minutes, then a second elevator descending for approximately six minutes at high speed using non-human technology, emerging into a large cavern system with running water, vegetation, and buildings integrated into the cave walls — where Nordic-looking individuals in white linen clothing and carrying metallic books were present. JP observed what appeared to be Sumerian-style lettering on the buildings in this inner-Earth civilization's city.

Telos and the Lemurian connection

The underground city of Telos beneath Mount Shasta is widely described in exopolitics literature as a surviving remnant of pre-cataclysmic surface civilizations. SunBow, a Sasquatch contactee interviewed on Exopolitics Today, stated that Telos was established when Lemurians "found refuge underground" during ancient wars, and that "there are unexplained remains, stone remains with stone walls and big structures around Mount Shasta, especially on the north side." Michael Salla has separately characterized Telos and Agartha as ancient inner Earth cities whose inhabitants "date back to Lemuria" and "still look very, very human" with no genetic degradation, in contrast to claims that Grays are future human descendants.

Mount Shasta as shared underground facility

John Rhodes, a reptilian-contact researcher interviewed on Art Bell's Dreamland, described Mount Shasta as "a shared facility, like a neutral base, like almost a Switzerland for many different races and beings," explaining that "there's such a variety of different reports coming out of there of various different looking beings" and that some of the displaced Lemurian inhabitants "did escape through the tunnel system because tunnel systems criss-crossed the world."

Corey Goode separately described encountering an Inner Earth group near Mount Shasta but stated he could not confirm whether they were the Telosii group specifically.

Culture and mission

The Telosii are described as "by nature benevolent people inclined to assist humanity remembering its ancient history, help in its ascension and improve health and longevity." Their active missions among surface populations include:

• Helping preserve Earth's environment and ecosystems
• Countering religious systems that "disconnect human beings from nature, from their own power, and from Source"
• Recovering and transmitting hidden ancient knowledge
• Providing surface humans with keys to unlock ancient scientific knowledge through encoded artifacts

The Telosii are credited with creating crop circles using sound frequency technology — geometric clues designed to guide the decoding of lost ancient science.

What are commonly called "Lemurian crystals" in the New Age tradition are more accurately Telosian Quartz, into which the Telosii have encoded keys to unlock ancient knowledge about the star origins of certain civilizations. In Celtic cultures, they are named "the Shining Ones" or Sidhe.

The inner-Earth civilization JP visited shared books about their history and offered samples of life-extension medicine they had developed, described as a longevity technology the Nordic inner-Earth peoples were willing to share with surface governments.

Political complications

A significant faction of the Telosii entered into alliance with Reptilian and Grey collectives, and subsequently with the American government through the Washington–Telos Alliance — providing access to existing underground structures in exchange for resources. This faction opened portions of the Telosii underground network to Draco reptilians Reptilian groups, who progressively extended and militarized the tunnel infrastructure using rock-vitrifying boring machines — a method that, while efficient, rendered structures vulnerable to seismic activity.

The resulting underground diplomatic landscape is described as a complex multi-party arrangement involving Terran military factions, Telosii, broader Agarthan groups, Greys (primarily Maytrei, Zeta, and Kiily-Tokurt) and Reptilians (Draco reptilians and Nagai).

Despite the pro-Reptilian faction's influence, a benevolent resistance is described as operating within the Agarthan community. This coalition of Agarthan races, Telosii dissenters, and certain U.S. government factions has joined forces with the Galactic Federation of Worlds in a covert campaign to end Reptilian occupation of the underground network. The resistance fleet — called the Silver Fleet and composed of discoidal and spherical craft — is the same group credited with creating crop circles.

The Alpha Draconian Empire has made repeated attempts to take over Agarthan kingdoms through "threat and manipulation," to which some factions have fallen. A parallel intervention by the Galactic Federation of Worlds, described as part of the broader "Storm" cleansing operation begun in the second decade of the 21st century, has been directed in part at liberating these underground spaces from Reptilian control.

Lemurian civilization: past-life regression accounts

Past-life regression accounts provide experiential narrative of the Lemurian civilization that the Telosii descend from. Jen Sullivan, whose hypnotic regression sessions were conducted over two and a half years by hypnotherapist Sarah Breskman Cosme, recalled a past life as a Lemurian princess and briefly as queen — describing Lemuria as a matriarchal maritime civilization with near-perfect health maintained by red crystal technology and a population immune to disease through crystal-enhanced biological implants provided by the original extraterrestrial colony founders.

Lemurian society was a seafaring matriarchy; the queen did not take a formal husband, and royal succession was maintained through selective conception around a woman's twentieth year. The Lemurian queen possessed a particular red crystal of extraordinary power — its transfer to visiting Atlantean leaders became the proximate cause of Lemuria's destruction, as the Atlanteans then used seismic technology deployed beneath the ocean floor to generate tsunamis that obliterated the Lemurian homeland: "Underneath the ocean in certain rifts under the ocean in order to create these seismic tidal waves that just kind of obliterated Lemuria."

Sullivan describes surviving Lemurians witnessing the approach of the tidal wave before the final inundation, with some taken away in floating orbs by unknown parties and others perishing. The princess survived but was taken prisoner to Atlantis, where she remained for sixty years witnessing Atlantean political decline — during which period she played a role in the energetic chain of events that eventually destroyed Atlantis itself.

Both civilizations were established by extraterrestrial colonists who seeded Earth at multiple locations using vortex technology: "The founder of Atlantis took the technology from his ship... and he created his own vortex with it." Both civilizations used red crystals — carried aboard the seeding ships — as foundational technology for immunity, psychic amplification, and architectural scale. The Atlanteans' viral epidemic drove them to seek the Lemurian red crystals as a cure, triggering the conflict that ended both civilizations: "the Lemurians wouldn't give the Atlanteans the red crystals. That's when they took and destroyed their whole civilization."

Atlantis itself was destroyed shortly afterward by an internal energetic mishap resulting from its own reckless misuse of crystal and vortex technology: "Boom goes Atlantis. It was an energetic mishap, but it happened for a reason."

Vaccine episode and Atlantean hybridization

An additional dimension of the Atlantean period recovered through regression concerns a large-scale genetic intervention. The Atlanteans developed a vaccine to counter their viral epidemic — seemingly successful initially, but producing hybrid children with unusual psychic abilities in subsequent generations: "The vaccine in Atlantis was seemed like a huge success at first. It seemed to eradicate the virus completely... it wasn't until much later when children started being born with these strange side effects." These hybrid or chimera children, including some with severe neurological differences and pronounced telepathic capacity, became an ethical flashpoint in Atlantean society — paralleling accounts in Edgar Cayce's Atlantean readings and prefiguring, in the view of these sources, certain aspects of present-day human neurological diversity.

The majority of present-day humans carry past-life memories of Lemuria or Atlantis — explaining why so many people have recurring dreams of tidal waves, recognitions of Lemurian symbology, and involuntary emotional responses to the history of these civilizations: "most of us walking the planet today have memories of Atlantis or Lemuria. And we're all back again now to kind of play things out differently."
