The Val Thor case is the most extensively documented early claim: a Nordic being who allegedly spent three years (1957–1960) at Pentagon invitation, living on the premises and interacting with Eisenhower administration officials — his physical near-identity with a tall human male enabling this proximity without public detection.

Human-looking extraterrestrials

Many species within the Galactic Federation of Worlds are described as physically indistinguishable from Terran humans, allowing them to move freely in human society. Elena Danaan identifies several Ahel (Pleiadian) sub-groups and Aldebaran colonists — tall, blonde, and fair-skinned — as the primary races capable of this integration. According to Danaan, certain Reptilian individuals use shapeshifting technology to assume human appearances, complicating identification.

Randy Cramer, a Mars Defense Force veteran who claims seventeen years of service in the secret space program, states he received a briefing that some ETs appear so similar to humans that close physical examination would be required to distinguish them, while others use projected holograms to mask their true appearance. Cramer recounts a security camera incident at a Las Vegas casino in which three ETs with white skin and large heads appeared on camera in their true form, yet nearby humans perceived them as unremarkable customers.

The Puxhity (Olmec star people), recorded in A Gift from the Stars, maintained a population of over 2,000 members living openly among Terran humans before territorial tensions prompted them to withdraw, leaving twenty-five behind as guides.

Negative-agenda infiltration

Elena Danaan identifies Naga and certain Aldebaran factions — descended from Anak Greys who have adopted human-looking forms — as infiltrating Earth society to gather intelligence, manipulate leaders, and discredit the Galactic Federation of Worlds. The Kiily-Tokurt, a Reptilian race active in the Altair system, work alongside blonde-humanoid groups and are heavily involved in abduction and interbreeding programs with Terrans in coordination with the US-Telos Alliance and Orion Grey Collective.

Cramer reports that when infiltration of human leadership positions is discovered, a case file is opened, a special team investigates, and the identified being is offered the choice to leave voluntarily or be arrested or terminated.

Nordic assimilation program

JP, a U.S. Army soldier who has reported multiple missions involving Nordic extraterrestrials, describes an official military programme on a Florida base in which Nordics undergo biological transformation to become indistinguishable from human civilians before departing with passports and airline tickets. The transformation is accomplished within approximately forty minutes using a transparent capsule, and is sufficient to prevent even soldiers familiar with Nordics from recognising individuals they had met minutes earlier. JP speculated that Nordics who have undergone such transformation may be operating throughout human institutions including government, medicine, and law — consistent with longer-standing civilian contactee reports of Nordics living covertly in American and European society. Michael Salla contextualises this program within a historical pattern: Howard Menger in the 1950s helped Nordics assimilate into American civilian life by providing haircuts, clothing, and identity documentation; the Italian Amicizia contact network of the late 1950s included Nordics living covertly in Italian society. The formalisation of this practice through an official military installation with a transformation capsule represents an institutionalisation of what had previously been an informal civilian assistance network.

RH-negative blood as NHI heritage

Shape-shifting Reptilians

David Icke has argued since the early 1990s that a faction of Reptilian beings — typically identified with the Draco-Reptilian lineage — occupy the highest levels of human governments, financial institutions, and royal families through the use of allegedly shape-shifting technology or genetic hybridization enabling them to maintain a human appearance for extended periods. Alex Collier reported that his Andromedan contacts identified a surviving layer of part-extraterrestrial beings embedded in Earth's ruling structures — described as the "Magi" or "blue bloods" of Europe, descendants of mixed unions between visiting extraterrestrials (specifically Anunnaki-lineage beings called Nabu) and Terran women following the antediluvian period. "They have survived — you have your blue bloods of Europe, they always try to marry within the same lineage. Most of our political figures, most of our historical figures were nothing more than puppets for the Magi — for these ruling elite who are half extraterrestrial, who have extended lifespans."

Hybrids in ordinary society

Budd Hopkins, David Jacobs, and other abduction researchers documented in the 1980s–2000s a category of alleged hybrid beings raised in human families: children born of human women following forced reproductive procedures during abduction encounters, who show anomalous physical characteristics (large eyes, unusual sensitivity to light, alleged psychic abilities) but who are raised as conventional children.
